Fredericka, the manager, was great. She helped us plan our trip ahead of time suggesting activities and giving local insight on the area. She was accommodating to our very early check in. Alex took care of us while we were there. Very nice, helpful, and thorough. Alex made us the best espresso every morning that we were not gone by 9am. Alex did not speak English, but we had fun translating messages with each other. There is a pizza place just down the street that we enjoyed numerous times. The port would be quite walkable for younger visitors, but for 60 somethings it was an easy taxi ride. AppTaxi was very easy to use to schedule a ride usually 20E or less. Great Hotel!

It was very clean and the location is great, the snacks and water were very much appreciated, and the owners were helpful too (though it should be noted that at some point there is such a thing as being too helpful, to the point it felt like nosiness). Also appreciated the shower, the air conditioning and the detailed instructions. Though, the walls are paper thin so you can hear very clearly the others who share the house. And it’s kind of advertised as a hotel, but it feels more like you are staying in someone’s shared apartment.

Staff did as best as they could to help us find the hotel but it was not easy. First find it, because there’s no sign indicating it’s a hotel until you find a way to the 5th floor. The laundry machine, once figured out was much needed and very useful. This is not a good place for tourists in my opinion, better for Italian locals, taxis are hard to find here, we had to order a standard uber to get back to the airport as the host did not respond at 8am via text message & there was still nobody there, same as when we arrived at about 2000; so we were unable to complete some of the legalities, no fault to us of course, also wanted us to send photos of our passports through WhatsApp, which you should absolutely NEVER do. Final rating, 6/10. Cheap price for a night, even though it was a ‘sale’. The air conditioner gets below 75° F which is hard to find anywhere in Italy and the washing machine was very nice to have an access too.

Dona Frederica foi muito gentil ao nos receber, porém antes de irmos tentei alterar as datas por problemas pessoais, mas ela foi irredutível, até entendo, porém faltou um pouco de empatia. Tínhamos duas diárias, mas ficamos apenas uma, além da minha sogra não ter passado bem a noite o banheiro do quarto fica no corredor e pra ela q é uma idosa, foi um transtorno, isso não está claro na descrição do “hotel” que na verdade é um apartamento com 5 ou 4 quartos, e dois banheiros externos, não sei se há alguma suite. O ar condicionado ficou pingando durante a noite, tive que procurar um pano e um balde para controlar o gotejamento. Pagamos 25 euros no parking, porém no anúncio dizia 15. Da varanda do quarto há uma bela vista da baía de Napoli. No entorno não tem muita opção de restaurantes, um pouco longe para ir ao centro histórico a pé.

Simple accommodations with very helpful staff! Bathroom outside of the room was the only complaint, but it was clean and fully functional!
