I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in Kamloops, as I frequently travel. I even checked out the hotels actual website before booking. Pictures show a hot tub, there is NO hot tub and the pool was very cold. The hotel pictures on Expedia and the hotels actual website are not pictures of the hotels current conditions. The hotel is run down and in poor repair. The hotel website falsely advertises “Enjoy views of the lake, while staying at this Kamloops hotel”. This hotel is no where near a lake!!!! It’s by a major highway and train tracks, was a very noisy stay, we got zero sleep! Upon check-in the staff could barely speak English and nothing about the hotel amenities were explained, nothing! I had to ask for an extra key card several times before I was understood. I had to guess to find where our room was and the pool. This hotel was awful, it’s not a 3 star it’s a run down one star dump! With terrible customer service.

This property have really worst terrible conditions among the places I stayed in my 7 day trip. It was really dirty and bed frame was broken and me and my wife was not able to sleep well because of the conditions of the room. If you have money choose different place. Trust the bad reviews in this one because it was correct and i didn't trust it until I stayed there.

Front desk staff were friendly and the young man that checked us in definitely has people skills plus some! The property and room was spotless. Lots of room to unpack and relax. Cheaper than the going rate but excellent quality! Will stay here again!

This motel is located with easy access to the highway without hearing the highway noise. The room looked like it was recently updated with a large counter space in the bathroom but the tiniest shower stall I have ever seen. The place is clean, quiet, and friendly staff. The room was poorly designed- the beds were very hard. After 2 nites of sleep we were so sore we could hardly get out of bed. As well the pillows were lumpy. The coffee pot handle needed screwing back on.

We booked online last minute and the friendly staff called to make sure we on ourc way very shortly after. Rooms and site were clean and welcoming. Bed was comfy. Just what we needed! Would definitely recommend!

We were having problems with the tv. I went to the front desk to ask for help. She said she'd be right over. Never did see her. I figured out that the tv was unplugged and we had to move furniture to plug it in.

The staff were kind. They upgraded our room without cost and put us on the ground floor when they saw how tired we looked. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The pool was refreshing. All in all, one of the most pleasant motel stays on our vacation.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in Kamloops, as I frequently travel. I even checked out the hotels actual website before booking. Pictures show a hot tub, there is NO hot tub and the pool was very cold. The hotel pictures on Expedia and the hotels actual website are not pictures of the hotels current conditions. The hotel is run down and in poor repair. The hotel website falsely advertises “Enjoy views of the lake, while staying at this Kamloops hotel”. This hotel is no where near a lake!!!! It’s by a major highway and train tracks, was a very noisy stay, we got zero sleep! Upon check-in the staff could barely speak English and nothing about the hotel amenities were explained, nothing! I had to ask for an extra key card several times before I was understood. I had to guess to find where our room was and the pool. This hotel was awful, it’s not a 3 star it’s a run down one star dump! With terrible customer service.

Bed was super comfy, only problem when I booked it was a 2 double bed room but when we got there it was a double bed and couch( didn’t even pull out) no extra blankets or pillows for my son to sleep on the couch. Pool was good very cold, friendly lady at front counter. No breakfast but close to McDonald’s, Burger King, Tim Hortons etc

We got to the hotel at 8 pm looking for a nice hot tub to soak to find out it was a dirt pit for quite some time then inquired about the breakfast that was advertised just to be told it hasn’t been done for a few years and the website was never updated no blow dryer to use

The room we were in was absolutely disgusting. You could not even take our shoes off in the room. The beds were broken. The rooms bathroom was filthy dirty the mattress was sloped in the middle two towels for four people the swimming pool you could not even go in it it was green slimy. There were bugs floating in it and dirt on the bottom. I have photos to follow. It was disgusting for someone to want to put their family in that room. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The unit was ok. It was very dated (90s at the best). The pool was ok. No bathroom in the separate building, but it wasn't an issue. The unit was lacking in a hair dryer and bath soap. There was a smoke burn on the bedding.
