Holiday Inn Express and Suites Stroudsburg-Poconos by IHG

The Staff was excellent!

Staff was amazing, so helpful and friendly! Very welcoming and informed us of the hotel, amenities and the area. The room was clean, bed was comfortable! The bathroom had dirty q tips on the soap dispenser which was disappointing. The bathroom shower water was also luke warm and would not increase in temperature

Upon arrival the front desk person was not very friendly. Wasn't helpful at all. The room was clean. Breakfast consisted of a few items, stale muffins. The hotel is close to main street and the University but I doubt I will stay again.

It was a great stay for our family!

Hotel was good enough for a one night stay. Bathroom flooring was peeling up and we had to call maintenance for the toilet. Had a cheerleading competition in town so the amount of tumbling/jumping from other rooms made it difficult to relax and sleep fully.
