We stayed for one night. It is possible to drive to the property without dealing with congestion charges. Parking there is quite expensive but they were generous with leaving the car there on checkout day so it was quite convenient (tram line 3 from the centre). Rooms are very clean and unique. Bar area is a bit of a scene and eclectic and might not suit all visitors.

Beautiful property. Not in the center of the city, but located in a very nice neighborhood with many good dining options. The hotel bar and restaurant are awesome. The best part is the staff. So friendly and helpful. Will stay again when in Milan.

This property is a hidden gem. Although not exactly "hidden". It's in a great location. Easy to walk to everything...or a short cab ride. The property itself has been lovingly updated and decorated. Great bar / restaurant and staff. we are really glad we booked it!

First off this staff is amazing the hotel really stylish. The room was very cool but the amenities not so much! no steamer no iron in room, no menu for mini bar no information for guest no room service, maybe this was an oversight but I hate asking for things. The bathroom had mold and our shower clogged and flooded the bathroom it was disgusting and I had to go without a shower that day so I didn’t flood the whole room. While they fixed the shower and cleaned up there was mold all over the tile grout and that’s gross even above the shower and the window which is not a sign of a good hotel it’s actually unacceptable. Nobody made any effort to compensate or say sorry not even breakfast or coffee or drinks anything would of been better then nothing I didn’t ask to move rooms it’s unfortunate that this hotel didn’t make a better effort. We bought breakfast everyday it was good it was not included which was ok with me the bar was beautiful and hip but very loud and you could hear music till 1am in the morning at least in my suite.

The room we were in backed into the public toilets and due to the place being open late we had constant screaming and giggling and drunk people until 2 am keeping us awake. The staff also didn’t offer any kind of compensation or apologies. We ate there but the staff wouldn’t bring a wine list or recognise that breakfast was included.

The room was very spacious and well furnished. Staffs were friendly. Naviglio itself has changed a bit. became too touristic in bad way. so the neighborhood wasn't great. Also they have been kept opening the office door which is located on next to my room. Everytime I pass by, I had to face the working scene. that was annoying.

The hotel was amazing. Very friendly staff, room was beautiful and giving real old money. The restaurant is also a ten. Only one thing : air conditioning was stuck on heat and we needed to open the window to balance the temperature. We will come back for sure !

A good hotel in a great neighbourhood of Milan. A 30 min walk from the key sightseeing area around the Duomo and easily accessible via Tram 3. The welcome could have been better, we arrived after dark in a terrible rainstorm on Saturday night (4/11) and found the reception staff to be young, with a couldnt care less approach. No welcome, no helpful info on the hotel ie breakfast times or a basic introduction to the incredibly confusing layout of the hotel. They also pushed back on the VIP reward - although we subsequently worked this out with reception the next day. Our comfortable and quiet room was through reception and back outside, through The Doping Bar (a brilliant and incredibly busy bar) to a small door that took you to a lift to the rooms. The team member who showed us to our room could not work out how to operate the lighting in the room and left us in the dark wondering what exactly we had booked! Everything improved enormously the following morning at breakfast. The team working in Zaia serving breakfast were really fantastic! Attentive, interested and offered some great suggestions on things to do. The breakfast was delicious and worth adding to your booking. Overall we settled into this rather disjointed hotel and got in tune with its eccentric feel. We would definitely return.

Wow! This is an insane accommodation. We loved everything about the style, vibe, location, and service. For context, we are a child free couple in our 30s. Breakfast is a must! Big thanks to Adam at the front desk for helping us through the train strike and rescheduling our reservation!

No welcome, no helpful info on the hotel ie breakfast times or a basic introduction to the incredibly confusing layout of the hotel. They also pushed back on the VIP reward - although we subsequently worked this out with reception the next day. Our comfortable and quiet room was through reception and back outside, through The Doping Bar (a brilliant and incredibly busy bar) to a small door that took you to a lift to the rooms. The team member who showed us to our room could not work out how to operate the lighting in the room and left us in the dark wondering what exactly we had booked! Everything improved enormously the following morning at breakfast. The team working in Zaia serving breakfast were really fantastic! Attentive, interested and offered some great suggestions on things to do. The breakfast was delicious and worth adding to your booking. Overall we settled into this rather disjointed hotel and got in tune with its eccentric feel. We would definitely return.

Beautiful property. Not in the center of the city, but located in a very nice neighborhood with many good dining options. The hotel bar and restaurant are awesome. The best part is the staff. So friendly and helpful. Will stay again when in Milan.

Fantastisk hotell. Alle rom er ulike, alle har en sport. Vi fikk golf rommet med unik golf innredning, pokaler, golf sett. Veldig retro/antikk møbler style som er gjennomgangen både på hotellet og baren som hører til hotellet. Det ligger sentralt til med ca 10 MIN gange opp til Dumo og sentrum og rett ved kanalen. Ved kanalen er det rikelig utvalg med gode restauranter og masse puber/kafeer hvor du kan nyte det du vil.

This property is a hidden gem. Although not exactly "hidden". It's in a great location. Easy to walk to everything...or a short cab ride. The property itself has been lovingly updated and decorated. Great bar / restaurant and staff. we are really glad we booked it!

Wonderful stay. Restaurant was excellent as was the Doping bar. Accommodation was great so super all round stay. Only thing to include is a sign to show how to make the shower work/turn on.

Aethos Milan was such a unique property. Our room was amazing. Zaia, the restaurant is a must while there. And save room for dessert. You have to order "Paint" on the menu.

Aethos Milan is a solid 4-star hotel... but a couple of things made it fall short of a true 5-star status in my view. These might be small things, but having a high standard for 5-star status (and the elevated prices that they carry accordingly) is something an hotel with this designation in an international city surely expects its customer to have. The Good: Room was large and very cool -- high ceilings, great bathroom, ample room for bags and work desk space, large windows. Location is great -- easy walking to 2-3 hip neighborhoods, on a main street for easy arrival and departure logistics, near several neighborhoods for great nightlife away from touristy central plazas. Restaurant and Bar on-site are *very* cool -- the Doping Bar in particular is a place I would gladly take friends or spend a cocktails night out in the future, even if I weren't staying there. Service Staff is excellent -- friendly, helpful, multi-lingual. The Less Good (i.e. reasons I give it 4-stars instead of 5): Relatively loud -- rooms have somewhat poor sound insulation between them, and the street noise from sirens and motorbikes is pretty prominent at night. Light sleepers would have a hard time some nights. Security -- the property is pretty much wide open, day and night, since guest rooms can easily be accessed via passageways and stairs that are open all of the time via the restaurant and bar areas. Our room door lock was weak and I was able to push the door open once accidentally.

Der Aufenthalt im Aethos Milano hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist praktisch gelegen, auch für eine Anreise mit dem Auto und verfügt über eine kleine Garage. Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet und verfügt über verschiedene schöne Bereiche, wo man sich auch ausserhalb des Zimmers aufhalten kann. Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück, eine schön gestaltete Bar und wir hatten ein grosszügiges, ruhiges Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Lediglich den Griff von der Duscharmatur fanden wir total unpraktisch. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.
