Comfortable beds and pillows

Bathroom had an odor like mildew/mold the ac wouldn’t work and the sink and tub wouldn’t drain. Won’t be staying at the beach house part of the hotel. Will only stay at the main hotel.

Awful no WiFi beds not comfortable no hot water .. No housekeeping until you check out . Overall stay pathetic

Our first night stay was great. Everything clean, safe environment and overall great place for the price. Second night, there were issues. People started coming in late and were extremely loud and not respectful towards others. Our room happened to be right at the bottom of the stairs for the next level. People talked loud, stomped up stairs and kids were running up and down the hallway. Someone tried to open our door twice. These occurrences happened about every 30 minutes for a few hours. By the time the other guests were calm, it was just about time to get up and head home. There was not personal at this location. I feel if there had been hotel personal at the location maybe the loudness wouldn’t have been an issue. Again, cleanliness was great but actions of others not so great.
