Our stay at Hotel Georgia was nothing short of wonderful. The level of courtesy and care taken by the staff was above and beyond anything I've experienced at a hotel and it truly made my stay special. The property is beautifully designed and decorated with well-maintained amenities throughout (pool, spa, etc.) There was live jazz music in the evening (on a Saturday) which was a pleasant touch and created a relaxing atmosphere. The room itself was thoroughly clean with high-quality amenities, from the tea selection to espressos to the complimentary bath salt. Although we stayed for just one night, it was a memorable one. Hope to visit again soon.

First time staycation at the Rosewood and it didn’t disappoint! Dinner at Hawksworth was delicious, cocktails were great (and strong)! Room was beautiful, loved the oversized bathroom. Staff were great. Only thing I wish I knew was parking is valet only at $70 per night.

The property is gorgeous! Loved the pool and sauna. Lots of nice dining options in the hotel and the in room dining is fast and delicious. The only negative we had was that our bathroom, specifically the area with the enclosed toilet, had a rather pungent smell to it. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I was blown away by this hotel! For whatever reason we haven’t stayed here before, always other 4 or 5 star hotels downtown. But we decided to give Rosewood a try and I don’t think we will ever go somewhere else now! The atmosphere and smell in the lobby is so comforting and satisfying. The service is top notch, and the facilities are exceptional. Not to forget mentioning the location is central to transit, shopping, and dining. Although in an older building, the renovations are spectacular. Elevators are fast and require a key card for safety. We stayed in a king bedroom and were stunned and left speechless upon arriving. The decor and furniture is what we now want to emulate in our own home. It was super clean and spacious. The bed was so fluffy with the right amount of firmness and your head just sinks into the soft pillows. The bathroom…just extravagant. Dual sink/vanity, heated floors!!!, a bath tub, proper rain fall shower…all enclosed in double doors for privacy. The bathroom alone was larger other than some rooms we’ve stayed in. The only minor issue was our phone wasn’t working so it was challenging ordering room service but otherwise I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

This hotel was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. It was centrally located and provided easy access to the best of downtown Vancouver. My only complaint is that the double beds were quite narrow and the room was lacking in overall storage like hooks and shelves. But other than that, it was lovely.

Staff was amazing and helpful. Everyone there was great. Only problem was the air conditioning in the room. Did not get a comfortable temp until our last day. Even then it would only get down to 70 in room. I like a cold a room. It was 74 most of the time.

The beds are comfy and the room spacious. The bathroom products are high end. Very attentive and friendly staff. We checked in at 6 pm on Friday night and the lobby/bar is right beside the check in counter which made that experience very loud. We were first placed in a room that was right beside a loud air flow duct. We asked the front desk if it would shut off and they upgraded our room.

The beds are comfy and the room spacious. The bathroom products are high end. Very attentive and friendly staff. The only caveat is a simulated bird recording that plays over the courtyard beginning around 7am daily to frighten birds away. It was somewhat disruptive to our sleep. Otherwise, a perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Hotel Georgia is our favourite stay downtown Vancouver by far and this past stay was no exception! They go over and beyond every time. The staff on all levels are amazing and we are excited for our next stay!

Hotel Georgia is our favourite stay downtown Vancouver by far and this past stay was no exception! They go over and beyond every time. The staff on all levels are amazing and we are excited for our next stay!

I’ve been staying at this property for years and have always enjoyed it. They recently went under renovation and now they seem to be having some issues getting their customer service and Hotel conditions up to par. On this visit, they lost my luggage for a number of hours which caused me to miss meeting up with friends and also required me to go to the mall next-door and purchase an outfit. During the night, my TV came on which woke me up. On another occasion that same night the lights in my bathroom and bedside tables went on waking me again. The Hotel did try to make things right by offering to extend my massage and comp my valet parking. I am , waiting to hear if they will do more for me. It was a very stressful overnight day, which caused me mental distress, considering the value of items I could have potentially lost. I hope they are able to get their experience back to what it used to be. It’s a beautiful hotel .

This is one of my favorite hotels that I frequent annually. This recent stay was an exception to the rule of exceptional. We booked 2 adjoining rooms. One was available at check in, one was not. The second room was not available for 3 hours after check in. A few other issues: our breakfast on the day of departure took over two hours and the reason stated to us was that it was busy after the Valentine's Day rush. I do not care. A $250+ breakfast in a 5-star hotel should not overwhelm the kitchen. The server was less than attentive. Despite sharing the above at checkout and requesting a call from the manager to discuss the inadequacies, no call or email has arrived from management. Sadly, this is the first time I am writing a review like this. However, as a business owner, I would want to know that this was occurring in my establishment.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in the past 5 years(PS I travel extensively). Service was simply the best. Every single hotel staff member was accommodating, went above and beyond, and had the highest standard to make it a wonderful stay. Sadly, so many hotels lately have slipped on service and attention to detail, but Rosewood Georgia hit on every level. The room was beautiful, every detail in its place, and turn-down service was immaculate. The hotel has fabulous restaurants onsite and lively energy. The restaurant made my Mom's birthday extra special. My spa treatment was the best I've had in ages, and the sauna was a must after a long day. Lastly, the concierge and all front desk team members were so welcoming and helpful! A must-visit in Vancouver.

I don't like the hotel's policy of preassigned rooms. when a guest arrives early, they are told that their room is not ready, and will have to wait, even though there are made-up rooms of equal value available. I had to arrive early because a single seat was medically necessary and the only convenient such AC flight leaves Toronto at 8:45 am. I told the the hotel about early arrival the day before arriving. So why couldn't 'my' room have been ready? Or, why could I not have been given an equivalent room with no backtalk?

I had a very mixed experience. The property is very nice and the room was nice but I had a few negatives. Firstly the room I reserved they didnt actually have, they had to downgrade me to a different room and I had to wait about 35 minutes for them to get that room ready. At the end they tried to still charge me for the more expensive room. Also, the food is very much not up to snuff for the price. The coffee was legitimately bad from room service breakfast and the poached eggs were nearly hard boiled. On a positive note the spa was lovely and the massage was top notch.

Our stay at Hotel Georgia was nothing short of wonderful. The level of courtesy and care taken by the staff was above and beyond anything I've experienced at a hotel and it truly made my stay special. The property is beautifully designed and decorated with well-maintained amenities throughout (pool, spa, etc.) There was live jazz music in the evening (on a Saturday) which was a pleasant touch and created a relaxing atmosphere. The room itself was thoroughly clean with high-quality amenities, from the tea selection to espressos to the complimentary bath salt. Although we stayed for just one night, it was a memorable one. Hope to visit again soon.

Great location, excellent service and amenities. Bel Cafe inside for breakfast was convenient for grab and go and pastry and beverages were delicious. Hawsworths restaurant was every bit deserving of the high reviews for food and service. Staff was very friendly and helpful...would definitely stay again.

The pool/spa was very welcome after a long flight and the service throughout was excellent. The room was exceptional and location ideal. We loved our first visit to Vancouver and - when back - will make the Rosewood Georgia our first choice. Food excellent and coffee bar downstairs had some amazing treats!

Our 1st time staying at the Hotel Georgia for my wife and I. We were looking to do a “staycation” in Vancouver at a nice hotel to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. This hotel did not disappoint ! The staff were all phenomenal! From the front desk to the bartenders on the property. The lobby bar had great service and awesome cocktails! The down stairs bar (Prophecy) was nothing short of spectacular with live music and wicked cocktails to match. I’ll be eyeing this property for deals and definitely will be back for the Prophecy bar ( this place is the best bar we’ve ever been to and it’s not even close).

Among the many luxury hotels in downtown Vancouver, Rosewood Hotel Georgia truly stands out with its unique blend of style and exceptional service. This was my second visit, and I was pleased to see several upgrades since my last stay. The new sauna in the pool area is a wonderful addition, and the redesigned terrace restaurant is not only beautiful but also serves delicious, high-quality food. In-room dining was also a standout — convenient, beautifully presented, and very tasty. The Sense Spa deserves special mention. The staff are highly professional, and the service is top-notch. From head to toe, I felt pampered and well taken care of. However, I’m giving the hotel 3 stars due to a booking issue that affected my overall experience. When booking through Expedia, I noticed that two different room types — Superior King Courtyard View and Superior King Courtyard View with Tub — used the same photos. In reality, the rooms are quite different not just because of the tub, but also in terms of interior design and layout, which Expedia did not accurately represent. As a result, I had to pay for an upgrade upon arrival. While I understand this is not the front desk’s fault — the staff were kind and tried their best — I do hope that the Sales & Marketing team works with Expedia to provide accurate images and information so that future travelers can make informed choices. Despite this issue, I still plan to stay at Rosewood Georgia again on my next trip to Vancouver.

Rosewood Georgia was beautiful and the service was wonderful. Like most hotel rooms, it was compact, but their room service was great -- actually good food. Amenities were awesome and their staff was always helpful when we reached out. The only small drawback was our room was facing some hotel construction and when we dialed room service/concierge, there seemed to be some connectivity issues which led us to have to call a few times. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

We finally had the opportunity to stay with you Saturday evening. The hotel is obviously stunning but the service was impeccable and stood out immediately. Every detail was touched with elegance and comfort and we enjoyed every moment in our room and our dinner at Hawksworth. Divine.

The only disappointing experience we had was at the restaurant 1927 , there was one other table besides ourselves and the waiter paid more attention to them all Night while. We were there , not very attentive t was the night of the 29 around 7 pm

We had a disappointing experience at the Rosewood Georgia. When we checked in we had to wait 15 minutes in line to check in. Staff the first night told us they were tending to things like Sending us anniversary bubbles and then turn down service that never appeared then our room hvac system was broken and the room was 75 degrees F overnight and into the second night making it uncomfortably warm for sleeping. We asked for help the following morning and the hotel sent someone but the issue didn’t get resolved all day and we asked for help again around 4pm at which point the manager was very friendly and apologetic which was a welcome change from the tone of the prior messages with front desk staff. He sent us a bottle of wine and some complimentary bites in our new room, also very kind. We ended up moving rooms to the exact same room we had but come to find out it had nicer amenities than the prior room (better quality bathrobes), clocks by the bedside table etc that the other room didn’t have at all which seemed strange at a 5 star hotel. Our experience with the live music in the lobby which we were So excited for was that it was very loud And the crowd talked very loud over the music making it hard to enjoy the talented musicians. Overall the space felt less like a boutique hotel and more like a larger mainstream experience that didn’t match the price tag for the room and restaurants on site.
