Das Chipman Hill Suites ist seh zentral gelegen und verfügt über eigene Parkplätze welche man reservieren kann. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr sauber und geräumig.

Our room was of generous proportions and included a full kitchen and a small sitting area with two upholstered chairs. Bathroom was lovely, in fact the whole unit and building was charming! We found that the window air conditioner together with the ceiling fan kept the room a comfortable temperature.

We had a lovely one-night-stay in Saint John. The hotel was conveniently located, and the parking option worked well. Communicating with the staff to arrange parking was quick and efficifient. Kitchen was well-equipped.

Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes. We were happy that we were there during business hours. Unsure what would have happened if this was on a weekend. There were no elevators in either building. If you have mobility issues ask for the first floor. We were on the third floor and it was a bit difficult for my husband. We managed ok. We had a great time cycling in the parks around the city.
