Very nice outdoor sitting area

I like that i can park right beside my door. I did not like yhe toilet which constantly smelled like a septic tank.

The owners are absolutely lovely. The beds are comfy. The price is incredible. The facilities are older but well maintained. Great bang for your buck. Lots of take out options not far away. Close to Kingston but without the noise. Quiet area. Cute little park area for the kids in the summer. What's not to like?

TV was small, plus on off was not remote. Curtains were old. But room, bed and bedding was fresh, clean and comfortable. Parking easy and convenient, right outside the room door. Check in was quick and not complicated, it literally took 2 minutes.

Room was quite adequate and had all we needed to make our 2 day stay comfortable. With all the bad weather before our stay we had to be careful walking from our car to the room but it was manageable. Very accessible to the 401.

Its a plain little motel, but surprisingly a nice modern room. Everything worked. Good spot to make a base for travel. It has a fridge and a microwave.

Open area behind the motel was nice to look out over versus another parking lot.

Two play structures for the kids were fun! The TV’s could be better quality and more channels would be a welcome addition. Staff was friendly and helpful and addressed our issues promptly. This was our second visit in a year, good value and close to the highway, quiet as well.

Very cheap motel. very dark to cover up stains, carpet looked and felt unclean. Mold in shower/tub.

Terrible experience, dirty motel, sheets were not even washed, towels had hair on them, stinky as someone had recently pee , dusty, faulty lock, dirty wiped mirror and tv, filthy curtains, dirty furniture, stinky sheets, stained bed sheet and pillow cowers had dried food on it. Air conditioner as loud as a jet plane . I am luck i survived the night There.

Mold in shower. Ugly stains on carpet. Bathroom door could not close. Bathroom sink faucet fell apart when used. Old telephone not operational. Lights didn’t work. Hairdryer didn’t work. Curtains hung poorly and did not close well. Overpriced, non refundable. No bed bugs. No place to hang clothes.tub bottom was grimy. Shower curtain rod was rusty and needed replacement. Would never recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately not worth it. Fairly accessible. The room was in order but smelled like a wet dog, animal urine and unclean. It was bad.There was a thick undisturbed coating of dust on every surface and around the tv. The bedding smelled incredibly gross, dirty and THOROUGHLY used. Arrived after 7:30 pm, thankfully check-in and the male staff was a breeze with a smile. I paid an extra $100 deposit with my debit. One gas station 10 mins left. There was a Md fridge in the room. Every time we opened the door it sucked the large bathroom screen out and sprawled it. Exposing long-term filth, nests, wasps, SPIDERS, lol. We hesitantly put it back each time. Ordered a late dinner, expensive and under portioned, actively mouth breathing to sleep. 5 am, turned tv on for music but our wifi was out. Couldn't get to staff until 5pm and my daughter was stuck entire day with no wifi or t.v.. She did go to and explained the situation. They immediately without a thought said that it was working. Back and forth a few mins. My daughter is very timid so, confused, said disagreed, insisted it worked and that was the end of Wifi and TV for the weekend. Check out, 11am, to get our deposit and run to our 8 hr bus home. Locked until we left the keys an hr later. Expedia said already refunded. NOPE. Gave it a week, 2 unread messages and call. She said had to go there and tap card. We are 8 hrs away. Argued. Finally told to email info to have cheque mailed. 5 weeks later and nothing.

Room was in poor repair. Caulking around tub was moldy. Tub was dirty. The pictures display on website are not true to the real place. Very deceiving!

Absolutely disgusting. Dirty, cold and noisy. Mold on bathroom ceiling, cob webs everywhere. Nothing like the pictures. Do not book

Felthy carpet and shower curtains. Need serious cleaning and maintenance. Bad smell noisture or cigarette smell...? I suggest pay 20 or 30 $ more and go to a better hotel

The TV did not work in my room. Therefore there was no TV viewing that night. I had to unplug to unusually off. Then the main lamp did not work the next morning. It’s either the light bulb burnt out or a malfunction somewhere inside the lamp.

You get what you pay for. Cheap one night, but very noisy, hard bed, and the door has a gap so there is a constant draft.

Bed was comfortable and clean. AC did not work well. Carpet and curtains were old and need to be replaced. Faucet in bathroom is loose. Rooms should be cheaper given the condition

Very uncomfortable bed, with a metal frame that extended out under the bed at shin height. Ouch. The AC unit leaked. The table lamp didn’t work. The TV screen couldn’t be viewed on the left hand side. The one remote batteries were dead. I don’t like to make a fuss but I did expect a bit better for the money it cost.

The staff are very friendly. The property rooms are could be updated especially the chairs and curtains. The room fairly clean. It was obvious that someone smoked in the room. The two chairs smell like smoke and I think the carpet did too. It was really strong we had to air out the room several times and finally it was better. We suffer from allergies that so it wasn't a good. On the plus slide the bed was smell clean and it was pretty comfortable. It is a convenient we probably will book again. But hope we don't experience the smoke odor next time.

The room was musty and in need of upkeep. Lamp did not work for one. Door security lock was not working (misaligned deadbolt). Not worth $100 / night that I paid.

It was fine! The room was big and clean. King bed was fine, I slept ok. No frills but worth the price. Air conditioner was v loud but we opened the windows so it was fine. I think if I had needed to use the AC I wouldn’t have been happy.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to any request I asked of them. Offered me a weekly rate when I needed to add a few more days to my stay.

The Price was OK, the staff was very friendly and helpful , but ,someone needs to show them how to clean. The room really needs to be updated also.

From check in to check out, staff made my stay a relaxing one, would like to say an extra thank you for the extra key when I locked myself out if my room! Super friendly, and pleasant staff, highly recommended for any time you are in kingston and need a room for the weekend!

We had one issue with the man staying next to us. We talked to the staff and they moved us to a different room. No problems wonderful people who offered to help us get out in this massive storm so we could get food. And when everything was closed they brought us some of there own food. Very kind and friendly staff

My stay at the Countryside Inn was perfectly fine for what I needed, just a room for a night to attend an event close to Kingston. The bed was comfortable and clean, the shower had good water pressure. The room did have a bit of a smell, like it used to be a smoking room before and the smell still lingers.

Staff was very nice and the room itself was fine. The bed was cozy, but the bathroom had a bit of mold. Also the tub had some rust in its corners, and the water from the tap did not taste right at all. If you go here maybe bring your own water and drinks and you'll be just fine. Id give this place a good old 5/10. Great place if you need to stay somewhere in a pinch.

Overall the service was good But the property is in need of desperate renovation!! And also good water The borehole water tastes bad and makes your body itchy

Very accommodating staff and receptionist, she gave us a room in a far, quiet area like we asked. Our next door neighbours(who arrived later that day ) were old and quiet like us. We appreciate the thoughtfulness of receptionist Good beds but no coffee machine and no breakfast.
