Villas Michalis

Nice little bungalow in a beautiful garden. The decor is 90s but everything is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The mattresses were definitely modern and comfortable (not 90s). It’s a very quiet location but still quite close to the village and beach. We did not use the pool, but it was large, clean and had a separate area for small children.

A great stopover location for our first night in Crete. We arrived too late to collect our hire car so wanted a hotel near the airport to make it easy to return the next morning. Booked a double room and was given a two bedroom apartment with lounge, kitchenette and patio overlooking an excellent pool. Communication from the owner in advance of arrival was excellent. Service on arrival was first class. Be aware there is no catering or bar onsite, but there is a Taverna about 10 minutes walk away. Great location for a convenient airport hotel.

Close to the airport, stunning views, clean, well stocked apartments, beautiful pool and surroundings, but most of all above-and-beyond owners who are the most kind human beings. Waking distance to cafe, restaurants and stores.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble , les lits enfants sont par contre très dur .

We appreciated our warm welcome, Aleca and Michalis were thoughtful and generous hosts. We also enjoyed the space of the family apartment and the wonderful view over the bay, especially for sunset. We would happily recommend Michalis Villas to others.
