Great hotel with nice sized rooms. A little pricy. But I guess thats what you pay of the amazing views of the bay and pence rock from the balcony. The checkin process was smooth and person at the reception was pleasant and helpful. We could park our car right outside the room (our room was on the ground floor)

Assez bien mais un peu vieillot. Pas de service de restauration le soir pour le souper.

The Rooms were great the view was awesome. But the bar was not available for opening due to no waiters and the price you gave was not even right

Room dated. Wood ceilings and walls. Ice only available from front desk, closes at 9pm. Excess to room via outside steep wooden stair case.

L'endroit est propre, mais le bâtiment est âgé. La salle de bain mériterait un petit rafraîchissement et une ventilation adéquate. L'insonorisation des chambres est de base, nous entendions les gens à côté rire. De plus, il n'y a aucun ascenseur pour les gens à mobilité réduite.

We arrived expecting the restaurant to be open....it wasn't....hearing your neighbours on both sides....not cool....using a flat sheet for a bottom sheet with 'barely' a mattress cover...is not smart.....it was a long uncomfortable night....the view was fantastic....

The hotel is clean and has a fantastic view of Percé Rock. The staff were pleasant. A few things to be aware of the rooms are dated and beds are not comfortable, there is no restaurant onsite (even tho website says there is), the pub/lounge only serves two kinds of beer and nothing else nor is there any food served, ice is provided by the staff so only available when reception is open (7am to 9pm), no ventilation in the bathrooms,

Great view of the town below and of Percé rock. The staff were not overly friendly. Getting creamers for room coffee maker was impossible as it seemed too much of an effort for them . No after hours ability to get ice.

The room was quaint and comfortable and clean. The view was excellent, especially considering the hotel is a little off the beaten path. The breakfast was good, dinner was excellent. Very satisfied.

Perched atop the hill above town, this is the best place to capture photos of Le rocher Percé. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The staff is lovely and helpful as well.

You could hear the music from the restaurant below. The bathroom , long hair found behind the door. The toilet wasn't scrub propurly, black RIM all around inside top where the water come out. So for 253$ very desappointed.

Such a lovely property with beautiful views of the Perce rock. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and close to town. Excellent hotel!

Points positifs : Vue exceptionnelle : La vue depuis l'hôtel est tout simplement sublime, difficile de faire mieux sur ce point. Points à améliorer : Confort de la chambre : Malheureusement, la chambre n'est pas à la hauteur du tarif payé. Les matelas sont si inconfortables que, parmi les quatre voyageurs de notre groupe, aucun n'a pu bien dormir. Recommandation : Pour que je puisse recommander cet hôtel à d'autres, il est essentiel de revoir un peu la décoration et surtout la qualité des lits.

It’s an older place. Floors were uneven in our room.

Très bien en général et bien situé pour apprécier la vue de Percé, du Rocher et de l’Ile Bonaventure. Le seul point négatif, le confort des lits est moyen.

While the view was beautiful there were some things that we were not impressed by. The hotel/motel and furniture is older which is fine and we were expecting that. There was no toilet paper in our room and even no dispenser in the bathroom at all. We had to go and ask for toilet paper and while doing so someone else was doing the same. No apologies were offered and we felt that we were imposing by even asking for some. The mattress was horrible and sunken in the middle so neither of us slept well. The coffee was of a very cheap quality and not drinkable. We had not made reservations for dinner anywhere so decided to eat at the Belvedere restaurant which is attached to the property. We found the portions very small and overpriced. The person at reception made no attempt to speak to us in English.

All was very good and employees friendly.

Stayed 2 days. Wonderful location with professional staff and great water & Perce rock views. Downtown has many restaurants & tourist shopping & a boardwalk along the ocean..

The location is close to Perce downtown, there is view of the mountain from the room. The room itself needs some update, wall is very thin, I can hear the conversation very clear from the room beside it, shower was making noises. And alsk the front desk lady was not very friendly, housekeeping ladies were nice. Other than that it was a ok stay.

The woman at the reception (morning 8am 29 Jul 2025) was very rude and provided an irrespectable attitude to us. We were walking to the breakfast area and were pulled back by her. She asked for our room number, and we provided her accordingly. She kept saying "It is not possible" 5 times to my face that we had breakfast with our room booking. She did not bother to check the fact that we already reserved for the breakfast and paid for it. I understand that she wanted to mean that breakfast is supplementary and we have to pay. But the way she skept saying to us that "C'est pas possible" (well obviously it is possible if we reserved and paid) very rudely. She refused to let us in at first, until I insisted that she checked and she found that it was paid. She literally did not say any apology for that wrong direction that we were not allowed to have breakfast. It makes us feel so pissed that we look like we cannot pay for the breakfast (as there was another guest standing at the counter, she said out loud like she wanted to make us fell embarrassed that we should not go to that area at first). Anyway, the hotel room is very nice, view is excellent but even our kid said that this was the worst hotel we have been so far because she also felt the same disturbing attitude from that woman.

Perfectly located, welcoming staff, and clean, roomy accommodations.

Beautiful setting and view spoiled by inhospitable staff. Checking in is painful - paperwork intensive - only one ever there - but two to ‘patrol’ breakfast & check time & numbers, and there is time for someone to ‘patrol’ the halls to ensure everyone is in their room by 9pm. These folks seem to have made the wrong career choice.

The staff were less than friendly…..we stood waiting for several minutes to check in while they chatted to each other.

Liked it was just out of town - quiet - the town Iway to busy for my liking and too much souvenir shop style places. The town is full of in town camping and over run. The locals beach for putting in boats was awesome and a great experience paddling out to Perce Rock.

J’ai bien aimé la vue que m’offrais cet hôtel. Le seul point négatif est qu’il est plutôt éloigné du centre. Donc pour aller souper on doit prendre le véhicule. Mais en gros je le recommande

It was an older motel. Smells and very outdated Other then that staff was excellent. Upset that there is no breakfast considering they advertise breakfast every morning

This property was lovely as were the owner /operator's. We had a beautiful meal in the restaurant. I especially loved the bed linen’s, nice crisp white sheets. My only concern was I couldn’t get the keurig to work. Great view of Percé Rock!

The room was basic, missing the luxury that you would expect for the price paid but I guess the view makes up for it, because it is spectacular. The food at the restaurant was very very good although on the pricy side. Over hall we enjoyed it.

My stay had some positive aspects, but it was ultimately spoiled by a lack of transparency regarding extra fees. The Good: * The location is very convenient. * My room was clean and had a pleasant view. The Bad: * The biggest issue was the misleading information about breakfast. At check-in, the staff told us breakfast was available but failed to mention it was an additional charge. In the morning, the dining staff simply asked for our room number, reinforcing the idea that it was included. I was surprised to find a significant and overpriced breakfast charge on my final bill. * The room itself was expensive for the quality provided. * The in-room TV was far too small. Final Thoughts: Honesty with customers is essential. A hotel should never assume guests know about charges that haven't been clearly communicated. Due to this experience and the high price, I would not recommend this motel and will not be returning.
