Very helpful staff and very ornate hotel

The staff were absolutely outstanding, professional, polite, helpful, went the extra mile and always had a smile x

The only thing I can say that was not good is that we happened to pick a day to stay there that there was a carnival which made it inconvenient to eat out since all the local pubs and restaurants were closed and parking was non existent. It would have been nice to have known before booking our stay we would have chosen a different day.

The rooms are very different to anything I have stayed in before, very quirky decor. When we arrived we did struggle to park as it's only on street parking.
