Oyster Plaza Hotel

The free shuttle from and to the airport was great. As was the restaurant, which served good food at a very reasonable price. I was disappointed with the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in my room. Plus TV access was very limited ( could only watch YouTube). But was only staying one night before catching a domestic flight to my destination. It was not a big problem.

* we were attempting to organise airport transfers by messaging the hotel through the app, but received no response to our messages. We had to make special arrangements for a call from overseas to access this service * transfers were finally organised, but noone showed up until an hour and a half after the flight landed. After half an hour of waiting outside the airport, we called and were told the driver was there, but he didn’t turn up for another half hour after that. After 28 hours in transit, the last thing you want to do is stand outside the airport for an hour, waiting for a pickup. * the room was sparse, almost monastic, with concrete walls and no window. No artwork or anything to reduce the feel of being in a cell. * everything was noisy. The air conditioner rattled terribly, there were trolleys being pushed up the passage and doors slamming all night, and people calling out to each other. In the morning the room was right next to the restaurant, so we were awoken to the sound of cutlery and crockery clinking and conversations, starting from about 6am. Not ideal when we only finally made it to our room at 3am. * the room had no hot water in the shower. We reported this to the front desk, who said they called housekeeping. noone showed to fix anything before we were picked up for our transport into town, and we weren't offered any alternative arrangements. so after a very long transit and a poor sleep, we couldn’t even have a hot shower before starting our visit.

The price was cheap and located about a 10 min. drive from the airport in Manila. The staff was helpful arranging transport, assisting in printing documents. The free shuttle only operated from 6am to 6pm. So that did not help us for our evening flight. Secondly the Wifi was so weak we could not use it in our room, we had to go to the lobby to get service. Thirdly, there was no elevator.

Please note that the shuttle services only runs up to 6:00 pm.

Cockroaches. In first room moved phone that did not work and 6 roach's ran. Second room killed as many. Running across table at breakfast. Airport shuttle ends at 6 pm. I suggest you not list them anymore.

The photos are very misleading, the property is very rundown, the Photos of room are not what I was given and grossly misrepresented, the food although inexpensive was terrible in both quality and quantity. Roaches or some other insect kept darting in and out from the refrigerator

Upon arrival, the staff at the front desk and guard were very helpful especially with my heavy luggages. I was assigned Room 201, and found out later that the room phone did not work. I had to go downstairs to order dinner which was brought to my room in a timely manner. Food was not bad. The room seemed clean. I could not sleep because I could hear other guests in the hallway and the traffic noise outside was really bad. I dozed off but woke up at around 2am and saw a bug crawl under the bed. I also had a couple of bites on my right cheek, right arm and right thigh. I immediately packed up everything. Fortunately, the cleaning lady was outside my room and she called the guard to help me with my luggages. Front desk called for a GRAB service and I was off to the airport at 4am even if my flight was not til 10am. I could not get out of there fast enough!

Hot shower was not working! And the room was facing the street so it was so loud. And the worst thing was, cockroaches were everywhere the room! So gross

The staff are nice. I appreciate the free shuttle going to the airport. I tried to schedule a shuttle to pick me up from the airport to the hotel but nobody would answer the calls. I called over 20 times in a span of 5hrs. So I guess the free shuttle is only from hotel to airport but not vice versa. The rooms are small and dirty. There’s bugs and cockroaches. Upon inspection, there’s a strand of hair on the sheets. We also didn’t get any sleep before our flight because the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear the nonstop traffic outside. There’s free breakfast but we didn’t take them as we are scared of getting sick because of how unsanitary the place is. I do not recommend to anyone.

Roaches in both rooms. I mean multiple living roaches. I left and they didn’t want to refund me at all. Expedia helped to get the refund.

We killed a few bugs in the middle of the night which we did not expect to do.

Full of baby cockroaches; phone did not work; no hot water. Took a COLD shower at 4 in the Morning.

Roaches crawling on the furniture and out of shower drain. Can hear rats in the walls. Noise carriers down the halls and you hear every radio check in made through the night. Staff was friendly but skip the cafe.

Ok the first room we had on the street side was old and traffic from the street was terrible, noisy all night long! We upgraded to an interior room for 500 pesos and it was much quieter. but it smelled of serw

For that price was perfect. One night close to the airport. Including shipping to airport was great. Breakfast was included too. Just the area outside was very annoying. Walls are very thin. Could hear everything outside and neighbor room. I still would come again. Thank you

Convenient to airport. Just too much noise from hallway and light bleeding in around the door. Only luke warm water for first shower and then cold for second person.

Friendly, helpful people very courteous excellent stay was here for one week last week and came back again for a few more days. I stored my luggage here for several days. Everything was excellent.

Menu says '114' but staff says it is '1114' UPDATE IT! -Airport shuttle wasn't available as advertised. -Bugs in bed -Brought incomplete meals to room without coffee (coffee never arrived, had to buy from outside) -Kitchen ignores all calls -Hotel guard mistakenly interrupts me at 6am while I was having sex with my girlfriend due to wrong room. I was room 205 and check out 2 days later. No reason to knock on my door at 6am. I don't blame the guard for this incident. I blame the one who got the rooms mixed up and ordered the guard to knock on the wrong room door. Very idiotic mistake that doesn't happen in other well developed countries. Hotels in other smart countries would call the room first, extend the room if the guest overstays, or simply just leave the guest alone and deal with it at check out, but no! Here I get repeated knocks on the door, I tried to attempt to ignore the knocks, but the knocking during sex was so annoying by the 3rd time I was forced to answer the door! This hotel is ran by brainless idiots! Sadly I was a guest at this hotel for several past visits. But the service has gotten worse after the renovation. Hotel just got bigger with worst service! Never staying at this hotel again!

The staffs services are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. We are very happy and much appreciated being served by them. Thank you very much.

We contacted to hotel several times before the trip to ask where the shuttle would pick up. No response. We had to take a cab to the hotel. It was clean, but rooms needed some maintenance and updates.

Staff in the restaurant is so slow in serving breakfast

I booked and was charged over $100USD for a premium suite only to get there to be downgraded to a double room that goes for $50. They promised to make it right only to find out they refused to do anything about it or reimburse me the difference. It was extremely noisy with us being woke up multiple times through the night. The free breakfast was all unavailable leaving limited crappy options to choose from. Due to the downgrade we had to rent an additional room and where charged multiple extra fees for a third person to stay in a room for 4 people. The shuttle was earlier that we were told not even allowing us to eat our limited crappy breakfast. Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! It was also not only us having problems, as we heard other families there dealing with similar issues of having booked a big family room to be downgraded as well and they had to rent an extra room as well. Do Not Stay Here!!! I'm still trying to get my money back from their mistakes even when I paid for the insurance just in case something like this happened!! Definitely the WORST experience of my entire 30 day trip in the country and multiple hotels in multiple locations! I would give - stars if it was possible!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Oyster because it was very convenient. The place was near the airport. The staff and services offered were wonderful.

Not a good location. Too much noise, insects in the room, shower and faucet not flushing property, a d no internet access.

I believe the room rates for this property expensive and I am not happy staying here. I don’t feel safe in the area and it is so hard to find the place.

For a sleep between flights, this hotel does not offer very much quiet and it takes a long time to get between the airport and the hotel.

It was a nice stay. I liked the the restaurant and the options it had. The mall is near walking distance and other convenient stores like 7 eleven. The staff are nice and always willing to help you out. Ask if you need directions to get somewhere. The staff for the restaurant are nice as well, and can suggest recommendations from the menu.

It was a good stay except that there is no black coffee available and to order bfast is a long wait.

We really enjoyed our stay because the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good as well.

以前マニラに滞在した時に、酷いホテルに当たりましたので今回も心配していましたが、送迎も無事にあり、食事処もあり、朝食付き、全て情報通りで安心しました。マニラトランジットの時は、次回からもこちらに泊まろうと思います。 部屋は割りとゆったりあるのですが、洋服がかけられる様な収納スペースが全くなかったので（初めての事で）驚きました。テレビ配線のコンセント部分が浮き上がっていて、上手く繋がっていないのか？、雑音交じりの酷い画像、危険ではないか？とも感じました。 食堂は、一通りフィリピン料理が試せますので、外に出る必要なし。・・朝食もメニューの中から選べます。（画像添付）因みに・・コーヒーは（フィリピンでは普通ですが）既にミルクと砂糖が入ったものが出ますので念のため・・。 空港に近くて送迎ありのリーズナブルなホテル、何の文句もありません！また 泊まりますので、よろしくお願い致します。
