Außergewöhnlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal mit ungewöhnlich guten Englischkenntnissen!Wunderschöner Blick aus dem 8. Stock, tolle Lage. Hotel bietet die Möglichkeit, auch die beiden Pools der zugehörigen Nachbarhotels mit zu nutzen - einer mit wunderschönem Rooftop-Pool mit Glasscheibe und Stadtblick. Bestes Frühstücksbuffet in 1 Monat Kambodscha. Herzlichen Dank :)

Great location. I gave 3 stars for facilities only because the chemicals in the small pool here were too strong and burned my sensitive bits. But they have a sister property with a much nicer pool nearby.

Vriendelijk personeel maar helaas komen de foto’s niet geheel overeen. De foto’s van het eten zijn van voor COVID en dit is weg gehaald sinds en is niet terug en ze bieden ook geen alternatief. In de kamer ligt een boek met de openingstijden van het restaurant, het zwembad en de Spa. Maar al deze faciliteiten zijn niet beschikbaar en voor ontbijt word je door gestuurd naar een lokale koffie bar. Savonds wilde wij nog een drankje van de minibar maar deze was leeg en het hotel kon ook geen drankje of fles water aanbieden dus moet je het hotel uit om iets lokaal te kopen. De kamer zelf was netjes maar als wij hadden geweten dat deze faciliteiten niet aanwezig waren hadden wij dit hotel niet geboekt.

The description was inaccurate as the bar and restaurant were in a sister hotel around 2 corners. The breakfast was great and the staff so helpful. The airport transfer didn't work out but the staff organised a vehicle.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious and clean. The pool was small but still a nice added feature. I thought the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The location is very good - the Royal Palace is a 5 minute walk away and I was able to walk to all the other attractions that I wanted to visit - however, you will have no problem acquiring a tuk tuk if you want...

Great price. Comfortable bed and good shower. Didnt have "restaurant " the hotel next door could supply breafast but nothing else. The pool was on the ground floor and therefore in view of the foyer which made it not very private and therefore not Comfortable to yse. But great value for money

Hôtel très propre, tout le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, et toujours prêt à vous aider spontanément et avec le sourire, que ce soit pour ce qui est lié à l hôtel ou pour vous réserver un bus ou résoudre un conflit avec un tuktuk qui veut vous arnaquer. Vraiment super. L emplacement est parfait, proche de tout à pied et pourtant au calme. Seul bémol: la piscine est toujours à l ombre et reste donc un peu fraîche.

Checked into our room and as soon as we opened the room, it reeked of cigarette smell. Very intolerant that we needed to change rooms. Front desk person was very nice and understanding. Gave us a more spacious room. This room however had a moldy smell. We didn’t ask for another room as we were exausted from travel and wanted to rest. One of the bed sheet had a blood stain on it. Again, we were tired and only stayed for a night that we dealed with it and avoided sleeping on that area. The AC wasn't strong as we would like it but provided cool breeze. The water from the shower head did not provide cold water as i wanted. Later the next morning, the hallways reeked of cigarette smell... The hallways are very narrow and elevator could barely hold 2 people and our luggage... The staff were nice and location is wonderful as its tucked into an alley from the busy streets yet close and convenient. Overall, the hotel was okay.

1st room we got was very dirty smelling damp and mouldy. We asked to cancel 10 minutes after we checked in they moved us to a much nicer room. Breakfast they keep asking for the breakfast coupons even after its given 1 day we got asked 5 times while having breakfast.

Os funcionários da recepção eram atenciosos e a cama era confortável, a localização era agradavel, de bem não tem mais nada a dizer. As fotos que vimos na internet não tem nada haver com a realidade, a cama era encostada na parede, e entre elas tinha muita sujeira, o banheiro deixava cair toda a água para o lado de fora, a limpeza foi feita em apenas 4 dos 9 dias que passamos no hotel, tinhamos que pedir para limparem o nosso qiarto caso contrário nao acontecia, nos últimos dias passaram a não deixar toalhas de rosto e mãos, apenas duas de banho. As tomadas eram muito frouxas, nao seguravam os carregadores que tentávamos inserir, para além de tudo não havia café da manhã no hotel, como estava anúnciado.

This was a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold items. The hotel is near many restaurants, including a very good Indian one across the street. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff were very welcoming. I did not have the breakfast but this could be purchased for an additional $6 per day. The hotel rooms were comfortable, but the pictures on the hotels.com make them look better than they are. The location of the hotel was very good.

The King Grand Boutique Hotel delivers well, at what i think was a good price for the city centre location, it is clean and tidy. My room was not the largest but it was fully functional and as in the city it was all I needed. The staff were polite and friendly. Buffet breakfast offered all you could want and the staff prepping the food and those serving were exceptional. Recommended.

The staff at the front desk is super nice, helping me to take the luggage to the room & showed me how to use the doorkey & other device in the room. Great location. The room is small though.

The staff here treats me better than my own family, and I have stayed here several times on and off since the pandemic ended. This is truly a gem of a hotel.

This was a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold items. The hotel is near many restaurants, including a very good Indian one across the street. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious and clean. The pool was small but still a nice added feature. I thought the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The location is very good - the Royal Palace is a 5 minute walk away and I was able to walk to all the other attractions that I wanted to visit - however, you will have no problem acquiring a tuk tuk if you want...

Hôtel très propre, tout le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, et toujours prêt à vous aider spontanément et avec le sourire, que ce soit pour ce qui est lié à l hôtel ou pour vous réserver un bus ou résoudre un conflit avec un tuktuk qui veut vous arnaquer. Vraiment super. L emplacement est parfait, proche de tout à pied et pourtant au calme. Seul bémol: la piscine est toujours à l ombre et reste donc un peu fraîche.

Checked into our room and as soon as we opened the room, it reeked of cigarette smell. Very intolerant that we needed to change rooms. Front desk person was very nice and understanding. Gave us a more spacious room. This room however had a moldy smell. We didn’t ask for another room as we were exausted from travel and wanted to rest. One of the bed sheet had a blood stain on it. Again, we were tired and only stayed for a night that we dealed with it and avoided sleeping on that area. The AC wasn't strong as we would like it but provided cool breeze. The water from the shower head did not provide cold water as i wanted. Later the next morning, the hallways reeked of cigarette smell... The hallways are very narrow and elevator could barely hold 2 people and our luggage... The staff were nice and location is wonderful as its tucked into an alley from the busy streets yet close and convenient. Overall, the hotel was okay.

The description was inaccurate as the bar and restaurant were in a sister hotel around 2 corners. The breakfast was great and the staff so helpful. The airport transfer didn't work out but the staff organised a vehicle.

Great price. Comfortable bed and good shower. Didnt have "restaurant " the hotel next door could supply breafast but nothing else. The pool was on the ground floor and therefore in view of the foyer which made it not very private and therefore not Comfortable to yse. But great value for money

Hotel staff were very welcoming. I did not have the breakfast but this could be purchased for an additional $6 per day. The hotel rooms were comfortable, but the pictures on the hotels.com make them look better than they are. The location of the hotel was very good.

The staff were great, the entrance to the hotel is up 6 steep steps, but they rushed out to assist. We were on the 2nd fllor but oddly when getting off the elevator we had to go down one floor to our room, the pool was great as was the lobby, the room though the phone didnt work, there were no slipper, no security on the door no peep hole, we asked for two more pillows but were told we could only have one more
