It’s a lovely hotel and I enjoyed my stay. I was there in October so it was very quiet and relaxing. The hotel has a great spa although some of the amenities like the hammam and salt bath were not open. The gym is also very good. The rooms are huge with big very private balconies. I upgraded my room to a sea view for only €36 so worth it!

Beautiful place, close to the beach. Breakfast was good, but if they would lift it to an even higher level, this could have 5 stars.

For such a nice hotel, it was missing basic room items such as a coffee or tea kettle, no clothing iron and room was not sufficiently cool enough. To help conserve electricity there were sensors that would turn on hallway and stair lights, a little creepy if single female walking alone day or night. I really appreciate friendly service (smile) and felt a little lacking from front desk. Yes I’m an American that only speaks English but still a respectful paying customer that tips for service. However we appreciated the breakfast buffet which was so good and nice options. Beautiful hotel atmosphere, pool and designated lounge area by the sea. A gentleman was especially friendly and helped us with bags as we departed and waved goodbye. Lots of great food options and shopping near also. We miss Burgas and speak fondly of our trip. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Hotel was very good. Could change breakfast ideas now and again but ok the only bug bare was all the seagul poo on sunbeds they need daily cleaning other from that would vist again
