Super disappointed with this property. We have stayed here for years and it has gone down hill and fast. The bed is incredibly uncomfortable and the room doesn’t have the simple amenities a hotel generally does. The worst part was during breakfast. Normally the tv is on to watch and eliminate some guest noise but the tv is broken and the lady at reception said “it’s been broken for a long time”. So instead of watching the news or having a conversation with my family, we got to hear an employee on a speaker call sitting near us for 30 minutes while we tried to have our own conversation. She was sitting in the breakfast lobby with us which confused me. Also, around 7:30 the front desk worker decided to vacuum the lobby while everyone was sitting at breakfast. How rude.

Nice Hotel. It seems to be a newer one to the area, and is very clean. Rooms are like small apartments with a kitchenette.The location is great and there are so many restaurants within close walking distance. Tanger Outlets is also close but not really what I would consider walking distance since you have to cross a very busy road. Breakfast was standard and good, but the layout of the breakfast area creates a very busy and chaotic experience. Imagine 10 people in large closet trying to move around at once. We were there on a Saturday morning so it was probably busier than usual, but just getting into the breakfast area took us 10 minutes. Overall we had a great stay and we were comfortable. We would definitely return again.

The room is was assigned to was horrible. It smelled bad, the carpet was dirty, the floor was sticky and dirty, the stove was falling apart, the vent under the microwave was dirty and hanging about to fall. I was offered 2 other rooms that were barely a step up. I had already paid in full to get the lower rate so I tried to make it work. I was there for 3 nights and i had to remote work 2 of those days (I am an accountant). The room I moved to was also horrible. The living room's (where I had to work for 8-10 hours 2 days in a row) air-conditioner was broken the entire stay. It was hot as hell. I reported it and maintenance NEVER SHOWED UP. I went to Walmart and spent $200 on cleaning supplies and it took me 7 hours to clean this 2-bedroom, 2-bath with living-room and dining space. The bottom of the every cabinet in the suite seemed chewed away by a rodent, so there were holes that lead to outside, I'm guessing. The doors and door handles were dirty with black oily fingerprints. The floors were smudged with dirt. The living-room furniture (chair/love-seat) were worn down and dirty. I mopped, swept, sprayed, disinfected, and brought in fans for the hot living-room I had to work in. I was too afraid to use the stove, oven, fridge or microwave. I paid $1100 for this stay and I would like a refund on some of this expense.

The main door didn’t close property. The floors were not even causing all doors including the bathroom to not close easily. The bed skirting is old and outdated and was falling in some places. The water when turned on in the bathroom let out a noise as if it hasn’t been ran in years, and the smell that came with it was horrible.

I will definitely stay here again. It was clean and right next to many shopping options.

My family really enjoyed our 7 night stay! The best part was how peaceful it was in this area and the options to eat nearby. We also enjoy the morning breakfast and the spacious room with the kitchen area for our family. As well as the double room with double full bath. Would recommend and would stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic and we loved the set up of the rooms and they were very comfortable!

This hotel is located in a convenient location within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It was quiet and in a safe area. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The room had a small kitchenette with a large refrigerator and microwave. We did not try the breakfast. Check in was fast.

We had a family suite with the two bedrooms. These rooms were extremely small the beds were flimsy and the couch bed was dirty. I picked this hotel because Expedia showed it was a 9/10.it was more like a 6/10. The rooms need an upgrade the furniture needs to be cleaned. Would I stay here again probably not.
