I want to rate 5 stars as this is a good hotel but poor management. - stingy on bottle waters and poor quality of hotel amenities - smelly towels - request towel change but didn’t come. Instead I need to bring the towel and DIY exchange - level 14 KTV is very noisy, unable to sleep till 2am. Above can be improved when management willing to look into them seriously.

I liked the breakfast food being served and my dislikes were, it's quite noisy because of the party during Christmas eve and disturbed our sleeping and I had a bad experienced where the basement carpark was occupied by water and smelled very bad.

The hotel lobby looks quite decent. However, it is quite an old hotel and might need some upgrades and maintenance for the room. The room is spacious and room cleanliness is acceptable. The room is not sound proof, we can hear people talking and walking from the room. It is just walking distance to the KSL mall. Overall, I give this room 6/10 for the rating.

The family suite is spacious rm 2518 but the structure and furniture in the room is old. They are nice to have a small surprise for my girl celebrating her birthday with some pastries and fruits. The bed and pillows are good for sleeping. In the night u can hear people singing karaoke 😂

Good location which is near to KSL , comes with good breakfast, room and bed is big. I have been staying here once every 2 months ever since the border opens. However , the outside of the windows need to be clean up. Can see algae forming up.

Property is poorly maintained. Fell several stars short of a 5-star hotel. Travelling party of 6 for business. One person had dirty sheets that seemed like someone had slept in it prior to his arrival. I had cigarette burns clearly visible on the sheets and peeling wallpaper. Another traveler reported hearing "critters" in the ceiling. Not a good experience, and on top of this, hotel has refused to refund 2nd night stay, since we checked out early and moved to a better hotel for night #2 in Johor Bahru. Not recommended.

Property is poorly maintained. Fell several stars short of a 5-star hotel. Travelling party of 6 for business. Was really impressed with how well kept the hotel is. Beds were firm and pillows were in good condition. Room was spacious and quiet. Service was also top notch. Thank you! Conveniently located.

Family suite was spacious. We had to change room because the previous one wasn’t cold enough, there seemed to be some problems with the air conditioning. The second one was ok, we missed housekeeping the second day and asked for someone to empty the dustbin and bring 2 more shower gel and 4 bottles of water. We were only given 2 bottles of water and 1 shower gel. The housekeeping man came quickly to pass us the items without emptying the dustbin. The flush of toilets were not good. Had to push the button and hold it for 15seconds for it to be flushed completely. The flush button is the same for all the 3 toilet bowls in the room.

We got a room, probably on the old wing or floor. The door and furniture looks pretty old, with visible scratches. Other members of family were in room that seemed newer and nicer looking. But our room is clean though although the decor needs some work. The bathing area is not separated from the dry areas, so water might flow out and makes the whole toilet floor wet. But am happy with the service of most counter staff, as they helped with check in and late check out. It's near to KSL mall, within walking distance. The drive to other malls are pretty convenient too.

It’s conveniently located just a walk away from KSL Mall. But being an older hotel, the condition is not great - bed was squeaky, plastic around bathroom door was cracked and not replaced, bathroom is of good size but the shower area is small. Overall ok for a night’s stay.

I did not get the room which was initially offered but was upgraded to a family suite which was Great & Comfortable, our stay was great as most shopping were close to the hotel made our stay a pleasant one, thanks.

Stayed first time in this hotel n was very satisfied with my stay. Room was clean n spacious, bed n pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, lots of varieties n delicious. Walking distance to KSL shopping mall n Plaza Pelangi mall. Staff were friendly n helpful. Definitely will stay here again. Thank you.

Surprisingly great! Room is clean, cheap and spacious. Restaurant is well renovated inside. Buffet breakfast is decent. Hotel is walking distance from KSL. Though dimly lit at night, it's actually a housing area and should be generally safe to walk through

Wardrobe doors poorly maintained, could not open. Bath towel comes with holes on them. Breakfast service could not cope with high crowd volume on sunday.

Wonderful place with delicious breakfast and good location. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in showed signs of wear and tear, with cracks in the bathtub and some bits of the bathroom held on with tape! But looking past that, a lovely time was had in otherwise very comfy surroundings.

Room is big and spacious. Location is good as near to KSL. Only thing for improvement will be to provide more toiletries and if there is a hand hold shower head rather than just the fixed one.

I was impressed by the room service. Being that I was out and did not request for room service, the staff still made the room & top up the amenities. This aside, I had some cash and electronic items on the table and they were all untouched. The staff had only focussed on making the room. Such high level of service integrity is indeed applaudable. It has been my second stay at this property and I highly recommend it.
