This is not a 4 star property! You have to book for dinners, photos show rooms that are not there, no arcade room, can’t even go Inside kids room! No lounges to sit, the bar is like a cafe. Dirty sheets. There is no JUCAZZI OR INDOOR SWIMMING POOL- access to means they charge! If the hotel next door is available! I had no cold water for some of the duration- only boiling hot! We struggled with vegetarian food. Horrible experience!

Wonderful resort with all you could need within the apartment for self catering. Safe, clean and the staff were friendly and could not do enough. I enjoyed aqua yoga, a massage and my husband enjoyed a round of golf on the course. The kids enjoyed the many pools which were clean and very well maintained. A little train took you to the beach and back, and supermarkets are less than 20 minutes walk away. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Apparemment très spacieux juste la salle de bain qui est très sombre dommage. 3 choix de restaurants qu’il faut réserver à l’avance via la wifi . Plusieurs piscines très agréable certaines très calmes et d’autres plus d’ambiance. Hôtel très propre et personnel très agréable et au p’tit soin surtout avec les enfants.

Auf einfache Fragen wie z. B. zur Anlage oder zum Weg an den Strand reagierte sie abweisend mit Aussagen wie „Das müsst ihr nicht wissen“ oder „Wieso wollt ihr das wissen“. Wir kannten sie nicht und haben uns korrekt verhalten. Auf meine direkte Nachfrage, ob wir ihr etwas getan hätten, antwortete sie mit nein, ihr Ton blieb aber unangenehm. Dazu kam ein sehr starker Mundgeruch. Ich habe das Gespräch abgebrochen und um eine andere Ansprechperson gebeten – es war mit ihr schlicht nicht möglich. Eine solche Person an der Rezeption ist für ein Hotel untragbar. Der Pool sah gut aus, war aber verschmutzt – Haare, Müll, keine Reinigung während des Aufenthalts. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend: wenig Auswahl, vieles fehlte, Personal überfordert. Für ein Glas musste ich 3 Mal nachfragen. Die Eierstation hatte 30 Minuten Wartezeit. Tische waren kaum verfügbar. Zum Strand läuft man mit Kindern ca. 30 Minuten. Keine klare Beschilderung. Der Shuttle-Zug fährt nur alle 30 Minuten, letzte Rückfahrt um 18:30 Uhr. Hinweis: Das Wasser des Atlantiks war sehr kalt – rein informativ. Positiv: Das Apartment war ruhig, sauber, gross und gut ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Für uns stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider nicht.

Lights not working, no phone lines, key card didn't work every time. Noise from other rooms as walls are thin. Moved to another room and still had issues. Have pictures and evidence, will be persuing a full refund. No indoor pool as advertised

I was assured there would be gluten-free options available. In reality, the only offering was a single type of gluten-free bun—served every morning for the entire week. Unhygienic Pool Area The pool area was shockingly neglected. It appeared to serve more as a birdbath than a guest facility, with seagulls and pigeons frequenting the space. Every sunbed was covered in bird droppings, and unlike other hotels (such as those in Spain, where sunbeds are washed daily), no cleaning was done throughout our stay. The level of filth was beyond anything I’ve encountered in a hotel setting. 3. Payment Dispute at Reception Upon check-in, the reception staff claimed my reservation had not been paid, despite the fact that it had been settled in advance. They were unable to locate the payment in their system and offered no resolution. Although the hotel claims affiliation with the Marriott chain, they had no record of the transaction and failed to follow up or confirm the payment later. No apology was offered for the confusion or the inconvenience caused.

Nice area. Quiet. Good number of swimming pools. Staff didn’t help much when requested an extra bed! Otherwise good experience

Hotel is amazing,food are good, rooms very big well service with bottles of water in fridge. Free used of safe . I enjoy the entertainment every night especially the belly dancer. 5 star service from all staff. Only let down is the beach but everything else was good. I will recommend the hotel to anybody like swimming pools. It will be great for familys as they have day centre activity for kids. Tennis court and outside gym is plus.

Overall very good hotel and all inclusive. Food basic but pretty good value. Could eat and drink at any time so well catered for. Rooms were lovely. Could do with new sun loungers and attention to small details for cleanliness.

The rooms needed a little more maintenance as damp patches were showing, but that was very minor. The place in general was fantastic and would definitely come back again.

Downside is having to book for every single meal at least 4 hours before the meal. It means that sometimes our little one was asleep at the time and completely missed her lunch. Restaurant opens at 7pm for dinner which was a little late for our baby.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend: frischer Kaffee von der Baristabar, große Obstauswahl, verschiedene Brotsorten, Gemüse, Aufstriche, frisch gepresste Säfte, Omelett uvm. Das Abendessen, ebenfalls in Buffetform, war sehr hochwertig und abwechslungsreich. Die Auswahl war allerdings eher begrenzt, sodass es mit kleineren Kindern teilweise nicht so leicht war etwas passendes zu finden. Riesen Vorteil: es gab immer Wasser in Glasflaschen gratis. Zum Strand fährt eine Bimmelbahn (kostenlos) - ein absolutes Highlight. Die nagelneue Suite war wunderschön, sehr sauber, hell und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten sehr bequem. Wir haben Bolt zum Transfer nach Albufeira genutzt - sehr günstig. Der Internetzugang war gut.

Tolle Anlage mit sehr großzügigen und voll ausgestatteten Apartments. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Frühstücksbuffet lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen.

Die Suite war toll, die Anlage war sehr gepflegt, das Personal war äußerst freundlich, alles tipptopp.

Lack of any welcome on arrival. Many reception staff are untrained. It would appear the customer is not important but a nuisance (how dare we disturb their time on mobile devices). The place was very clean and the bedroom was lovely with the most comfy bed. Housekeeping staff were very thorough. Food was very good with a wide range & variety for all tastes. The restaurant and bar staff were surly and did not appear to smile. Our biggest disappointment was the state of the tennis courts - mostly covered in sand making play impossible. This was very disappointing as we arrived to play tennis but could not. Overall this resort did not meet our expectations. Staff training needs to improve. Management are unaware of maintenance issues.

Enjoyable stay. Check in could be smoother. Space was good and proximity to pools and restaurants was perfect. Single beds in the rooms didn’t make much sense nor practical. Food was okay and staff were hardworking too. Dmitry was really good and helpful during meal times. Cash is needed for the stay especially if you need to get towels for the pool- was a real hassle returning the towels.

Malgré un check in catastrophique (45min d'attente et une remarque de la réceptionniste car nous étions arrivés soit disant à l'heure de pointe et que l'attente etait de notre faute) l'hôtel est très bien, propre et les suites spacieuses. L'équipe de maintenance est tres efficace et adorable. Les repas et snacks sont corrects bien qu'un peu répétitifs. Pour résumer, à part la réception composée de stagiaires incompétents et manquant de réactivité et de sympathie, notre expérience etait plutôt positive.

Liked the variation of pools with different deoths to cater for all. Didn't like the responsiveness of staff and had to complain as didnt receive a clean bed sheet for 10 hours even after physically going down to reception 3 times to chase it up.

Great apartment style rooms. Plenty big and spacious. Plenty of loungers and space, even in busy times. As expected, dining at the hotel is expensive and variety and offering needs improving. There are a couple of option outside of the hotel but most are a taxi ride away. A great place for a holiday but not perfect

Loved that there was a 5 minute train that took you right to the beach ! Wasn’t a fan of the food options. The hotel on the outside was beautiful but it was a bit outdated on the inside. The staff was great! Any issues or queries they sorted it immediately!

We didn’t enjoy our stay and left half way through and went somewhere else. The food was ok but getting in to the restaurant has a ridiculous booking system (for an all inclusive buffet!). You are required to book 4 hours in advance. Except when you complain and you’re then told it’s not compulsory to book. Though the restaurant staff seem unaware that it isn’t compulsory - so who knows? Anyway, nothing screams ‘holiday!’ than being tied to a rigid schedule for access to tepid chips. Magical. Oh! The two stag do’s! They were hilarious at a family resort. Especially when the ‘Beer Leader’ (that’s what he had written on his shirt) had 9 tequilas on the bounce. Was he sick? Yes, yes he was. It was still daylight. The kids club was a disappointment too. Not so much a club, rather a veranda attached to a building that only the staff were allowed into. Parents required to attend the whole time. I definitely wouldn’t recommend families to stay here. Probably fine for golf groups and stag do’s. Also helps if you speak Portuguese, lots of the staff don’t speak English.

Schönes Hotel mit super Frühstück.

O staff foi bem atencioso e simpático. O que decepcionou muito foi o serviço de buffet e bebidas no sistema all inclusive de um resort 4 estrelas. Apesar do hotel oferecer 3 opções de restaurantes (barbecue, italiano e português), seria muito melhor ter menos quantidade/variedade e mais preocupação com a qualidade dos alimentos e também das bebidas. Apenas como exemplo: não faz sentido estar no Algarve e o sumo de laranja ser artificial e não natural. Além disso, a temperatura dos restaurantes estava desagradável, porque as portas ficam abertas e o ar condicionado não da conta de refrescar o calor. Nossa opção por um resort 4 estrelas sistema all inclusive foi pelo conceito do conforto, praticidade e qualidade no mesmo local e para a nossa família não foi uma experiência completa.

The apartment we stayed in was nice and clean, good working AC and fully equipt kitchen. The beds are really comfy and the balcony spacious and nice. Cleaning is done very well, you get between 4-8 bottles of water a day in your refrigerator. The hotel area is clean and well kept, pools are nice and the sunbeds OK. We had no problems getting sunbeds every day, even though we slept longer than 10. On the other hand, which is kind of misleading. There are three different restaurants but it's kind of the same food in them all. You HAVE to book breakfast, lunch and dinner every day which I think is kind of uncomfortable and unflexible. The food is quite tasteless and absolutely no salt, the pizza slices is the best thing we remember from the visit. The snacks that is promised is under very limited of time during the day, so is the ice cream which is very different from other allinclusives in my experience. It is said that english is one of the spoken languages at the hotel but in fact there is very limited understanding of english, this makes it hard to communicate with the staff. We didn't have the opportunity to change our pool towels more than twice during the week since they didn't have enough towels. Some of the staff is nice, especially the cleaning staff. Some of the staff is not that nice and are looking like they won't to go home. Over all, I would stay in this hotel if it was near some outside restaurants, but I wouldn't pay this price for all inclusive.
