Worst place we have ever stayed in the Hunter. Dirty, run down, most things were either faulty or broken. No aircon, No heating. The worst.

Windows need cleaning rooms have cobwebs high on the ceiling but they need to be cleaned Beautifully place quite with amazing Gum trees Kangaroo’s grazing on the lawn Hotair Balloons landing about 500 metres away

The room was clean but should not be classified as a 2 bedroom. It’s one room with partitions that don’t go to the ceiling that separate the rooms. Villas overlook main road and noise from traffic could be heard. The queen bed was like sleeping on a wooden plank. Bathroom had tiles separating, and laminate stuck to the wall with tape. Outdoor areas look dated back to the 80’s, the whole place needs a lot of maintenance. Not worth the $400 a night, more like $200 at best, if it was in better condition. Very disappointed, I’m being generous with 2 stars.

Villa 6 was dirty and not well maintained. Basic facilities. Freezer badly needed defrosting. No broom or dustpan and brush to enable us to clean. Kitchen sink plug old and not watertight. No washing up brush or cloth - only a tea towel!! Would certainly NOT recommend staying in Villa 6
