The brook was breathtaking. I didn't like the fact the cabin I stayed in back door didn't lock and the window I'm the door could not be shut. It appeared that at sometime in the past it was broken into. Otherwise it was beautiful and enjoyed playing boardgames at a picnic table overlooking English broo

This is a great little cabin/hotel with a quiet bubbling brook behind it and open BBQ space, great for families. The wifi was hit or miss (mostly miss), and I wish the owners would consider adding wifi expanders for certain cabins. However, no wifi is not necessarily a bad thing for teenagers who really need a digital detox! Very friendly, helpful owners and generally quiet, although a mere five- to ten-minute walk from a busy tourist area.

This is a great little cabin/hotel with a quiet bubbling brook behind it and open BBQ space, great for families. The wifi was hit or miss (mostly miss), and I wish the owners would consider adding wifi expanders for certain cabins. However, no wifi is not necessarily a bad thing for teenagers who really need a digital detox! Very friendly, helpful owners and generally quiet, although a mere five- to ten-minute walk from a busy tourist area.

parking was tight no little bottles of shampoo or conditioner. only one half of an outlet to use a charger in or a shaver. no coffee pot or microwave. It worked for a couple of days, but had to by shampoo and soap.

Very cute property with adorable cabins. Ours was right on the little creek with a back patio to sit and enjoy coffee. Speaking of coffee tho, there is no coffee maker in the room so be prepared for that! They have a shared kitchen space with a coffee maker, but that's just not my vibe. I need a lot of coffee and I don't want to leave my comfy home to get it. Otherwise the cabin was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much.

My feedback is strictly about the room/cabin conditions. We stayed in the red cabin on the brook. I was very disappointed at the lack of cleanliness. There were cobwebs everywhere, on the headboard, doorways, by the air conditioning unit, in the bathroom, EVERYWHERE. The bathroom sink was clogged, the shower got clogged while we were there and the vanity mirror was filthy. There was a very musky odor in the cabin as well, the tv was very small, and the space in the cabin was also very small. We were there for 6 nights. I expected much better room conditions for the amount of money we paid. The pool was nice and the grounds were clean/tidy.

Amazing property and great family staff the honesty cares about there property and there guests 1st time staying here and will definitely come back only negatives to mention are pool area could use some upgrades/repairs also they are in desperate need of some kind of vending machines for late night snack and drinks also the door handle has n my room was not in n the best shape but that was the only problem in my room all the other things mentioned could just be considered improvements

I booked online thought it was a wonderful price especially for our mini getaway for the 4th of July. I go to check in and my price was $10 more than what i originally booked. It looked like a cute cottage. The room was okay. Saw ants, spiders crawling everywhere on the floor. The bathroom is little outdated. Oh please bring your own shampoo because no shampoo was provided. If you want to brush your teeth there is warm water instead of hot water. This cabin lacks hot water when I also took my shower. I turned it to the highest temperature and still no hot water. It was a great location because we walked everywhere to downtown Lake George and looking forward to watching the fireworks. Everything was good except on 4th of July day going into Friday morning. People are not considerate of quiet time. Someone was shooting fireworks @ 1:30 am on Friday morning right outside my cottage. So I couldn't get any sleep. While it was an affordable price i will not be staying there next time.

Our stay was amazing! I loved that we had our own personal cabin. It was very clean and so cute! if I had to say anything bad- the wifi was kind of 'on-off'. phones worked slightly but I couldn't really get my laptop to connect. Thankfully this wasn't a business trip! But overall it was a cozy area 5 mins from the main Lake George strip I would love to stay here again :)

It was a decent price for six people. However, the room decor and furniture was rather dated. The room needed a major renovation as there was peeling paint, mouse droppings in the pots and pans, unpainted molding, old fixtures. More than half of the lights didn’t work. The toaster didn’t work. You could hear the upstairs guests so loudly.

The bed was not right,the tiny toilet was not anchored to floor,front door would not lock prperly door to porch had no lock,The back porch was wonderful and relaxing. We may consider them again.

The place was rented for $235- A LOT on 10/12/24 the cottage 2 bedroom . People live upstairs running a lot, the place is dated to the 70s, the heat doesnt work we turned on the kitchen stove to warm the main room and bath, the hot water too had issues too hot, too cold.. we asked for $50 off next stay because we had no heat, she refused stating that I chose to come there... well there are 100s motels around, this is sitting in a parki g lot cars everywhere those puctures do not look like the place. Also very dated, people next door had no water, no tv.. met them in the morning at check out. The lady just grinning walking back excuses like crazy.. dont go!!!

This is a great little cabin/hotel with a quiet bubbling brook behind it and open BBQ space, great for families. The wifi was hit or miss (mostly miss), and I wish the owners would consider adding wifi expanders for certain cabins. However, no wifi is not necessarily a bad thing for teenagers who really need a digital detox! The place was rented for $235- A LOT on 10/12/24 the cottage 2 bedroom . People live upstairs running a lot, the place is dated to the 70s, the heat doesnt work we turned on the kitchen stove to warm the main room and bath, the hot water too had issues too hot, too cold.. we asked for $50 off next stay because we had no heat, she refused stating that I chose to come there... well there are 100s motels around, this is sitting in a parki g lot cars everywhere those puctures do not look like the place. Also very dated, people next door had no water, no tv.. met them in the morning at check out. The lady just grinning walking back excuses like crazy.. dont go!!!

Amazing property and great family staff the honesty cares about there property and there guests 1st time staying here and will definitely come back only negatives to mention are pool area could use some upgrades/repairs also they are in desperate need of some kind of vending machines for late night snack and drinks also the door handle has n my room was not in n the best shape but that was the only problem in my room all the other things mentioned could just be considered improvements

I booked online thought it was a wonderful price especially for our mini getaway for the 4th of July. I go to check in and my price was $10 more than what i originally booked. It looked like a cute cottage. The room was okay. Saw ants, spiders crawling everywhere on the floor. The bathroom is little outdated. Oh please bring your own shampoo because no shampoo was provided. If you want to brush your teeth there is warm water instead of hot water. This cabin lacks hot water when I also took my shower. I turned it to the highest temperature and still no hot water. It was a great location because we walked everywhere to downtown Lake George and looking forward to watching the fireworks. Everything was good except on 4th of July day going into Friday morning. People are not considerate of quiet time. Someone was shooting fireworks @ 1:30 am on Friday morning right outside my cottage. So I couldn't get any sleep. While it was an affordable price i will not be staying there next time.

Our stay was amazing! I loved that we had our own personal cabin. It was very clean and so cute! if I had to say anything bad- the wifi was kind of 'on-off'. phones worked slightly but I couldn't really get my laptop to connect. Thankfully this wasn't a business trip! But overall it was a cozy area 5 mins from the main Lake George strip I would love to stay here again :)

Le prix est très intéressant, mais le service est à la hauteur du prix. Les installations sont très vieilles. La cuisine commune, honnêtement, je n’ai presque pas pu l’utiliser. La personne responsable nous a répondu que c’était aux résidents de la garder propre, mais malheureusement, tout le monde n’est pas propre. Je ne l’ai utilisée qu’une seule fois et elle était vraiment sale. J’ai même demandé à la dame si elle pouvait laver le biberon de lait de mon bébé, puisque la cuisine commune était sale, mais malheureusement, elle n’a pas voulu m’aider. Pour le reste, tout s’est bien passé. Si vous voulez regarder la télévision, vous devez vous connecter avec votre propre compte Netflix ou d’autres plateformes de diffusion. L’établissement ne fournit pas ce service.

Great spot if traveling on a budget. Lovely family, very kind and hospitable. Things to know to make the best of it…if you don’t have a kitchen in your unit there is a shared one you can use. There was no dish liquid tho. I washed what I used with bleach spray. And no paper towel. I didn’t ask tho. Still, everything to cook with was there, just have your own extras if you don’t like to ask like me. Also the shower is very small. If you’re tall or extra curvy or claustrophobic, be prepared. Very comfortable beds. Large rooms. We brought our own cot bed and we all fit in there quite comfortably with room to move around. We brought our own extra blankets and pillows and that make it extra comfortable. I also brought my own hdmi cord and was able to plug in my laptop to tv so we could stream movies. That was great. Didn’t realize it was right off the highway so less quiet than I would have liked but that wasn’t too bad. There was a lovely stream behind and the foliage was perfect so it was still lovely. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Nice staff and nice rooms. It seemed mostly clean. Although notice a maintenance issue with the room the heater nob was loose/semi broken was going to use at night when it was cold but it was already broken before use so couldn’t use

The cabin was cute, cozy & clean. Shower was small. If you are interested in a value priced place i liked this place better than some other nearby hotels that we stayed in the past.

I can't enough about this wonderful property and the owners! I would definitely stay here again. It's a no frills place in a lovely setting and the best part is it's CLEAN! Like actually clean! They don't have little extras, but that is perfectly ok. Bring your own toiletries. The little creek behind the cabins is really lovely and sounds so peaceful! Gorgeous! Very close to the town. The owners were so incredibly kind and gracious. I had a family death while staying and they were absolutely understanding about leaving early, gave condolences, and showed empathy. I will certainly stay again!
