The hotel has been extended and the reason is clear, very warm, cosy and modern interior with polite staff (mostly women) who tend to your every need. The bar and restaurant are satisfactory for week long stays. Affordable and delicious! Aktuell keine schöne Umgebung, alles im Bau. Burger King und KFC direkt vor der Tür, sonst aber praktisch nichts. Keine ausländischen TV-Programme. Für ein Deluxe-Zimmer relativ wenig Ausstattung. Großes, schönes, neues Bad. Gut sortierte Hotelbar bis Mitternacht.

Väldigt stort och fräscht rum med grym A/C. Hotellet har kanske rykte om sig att vara arbetarhotell (och det är det väl) men det passar lika bra för par och familjer. Bra parkering, vänlig personal och nära till Burger King och KFC om man är sugen. Har man bil och vill undvika att leta parkering är det ett bra alternativ!

Good hotel for a business trip, very close to a metro station. The gym as often in hotels is a small room with few equipments, so don't expect too much. The restaurant is overall good with big portions, although I had to wait a long time to be served on the first evening (but they told me in advance I would have had to wait). The hotel is currently next to a construction site. You will not notice it once you are in the hotel, but just something to note.

en general BASTION es una cadena segura y me siento a gusto estando en sus hoteles. en este caso, este hotel esta de OBRAS. entiendo que es un proceso, pero deberían de avisar. la habitación estaba nueva, pero olía a "obra". a la mañana los obreros entraron en la habitación a trabajar.... el GYM estaba in-operativo, lo cual entiendo deberían de avisarlo a la hora de la reserva. Era un condicionamiento de mi reserva. Entiendo que en cuanto acaben quedará muy bien, pero el proceso de obra lo tienen que cuidar o mínimo avisar...

This was a business trip where I was required to have a stable internet connection to be able to work from my room, but unfortunately I was forced to work from elsewhere for 3 days in a row (McDonalds and my family’s house) due to the extremely weak connection. I reported the issue twice, but the front desk staff was absolutely not interested to provide any assistance or whatsoever looking into this matter. They were blaiming it on the external internet provider and continued to look at their personal cellphone. I was surprised by the attitude!! The second time was even worse as they (3 clerks) were more busy making jokes and laugh rather than assisting one of their guests. I have stayed in other Bastion hotels which in general is a fine chain, but this facility has highly unprofessional staff members. The lack of service tells a lot about the management, in fact after submitting a complaint through Expedia, the management denied any compensation nor sending me an apology. The property itself is simple but good… cleaning could be better though, as the room smelled a bit moldy and had a dusty/sandy floor. Would definitely not stay here again.

Een afschuwelijk geluid uit de luchtbehandeling, wat ons de hele nacht heeft wakker gehouden. Heel gehorig qua omgeving, zodra mensen weg gingen hoorde we letterlijk de deuren. De buren waren letterlijk 's nachts te horen. Nog nooit zo beroerd geslapen. Bedden zijn wel goed trouwens. Heel wat te verbeteren. 1e x Bastion, maar viel behoorlijk tegen.

The AC is very noisy I had to sleep without AC and open the window which is also noisy from the road. However I had no choice. The AC is room 633 is super loud ( not normal) I reported this issue to the staff receptionist before I left to dinner. He said he will check but nothing has changed. The ceiling cover ( whatever they call) has lay in front of the room at that time I didn’t mind to move it to the side thought someone might deal with it later. Guess what. In my room has no the AC cover from the ceiling. My assumption is they knows there is an issue in this room and tried to fix it but even though still give out the room without examining the issue. I had a very bad sleep I had no choice 120€ price I at least expect for peaceful room. Very disappointed!!!!

Also grundsätzlich ist die Internetverbindung sehr langsam und instabil. Und 2 sind von 31 möglichen TV Sendern nur 12 vorhanden. Alle früheren deutsche Sender sind ohne Signal. Das ist Sehr enttäuschend. Die Zimmer sind allerdings schon in Ordnung und auch sauber. Das Hotel ist zur Zeit keine gute Übernachtung mehr wert.

Also grundsätzlich ist die Internetverbindung sehr langsam und instabil. Und 2 sind von 31 möglichen TV Sendern nur 12 vorhanden. Alle früheren deutsche Sender sind ohne Signal. The hotel has been extended and the reason is clear, very warm, cosy and modern interior with polite staff (mostly women) who tend to your every need. The bar and restaurant are satisfactory for week long stays. Affordable and delicious! Het diner was niet geweldig (de kip van de kipsate was niet het beste stukje vlees). Hotel zat aan de snelweg, niet echt mooi uitzicht dus. Wel zat je in een mum van tijd in Rotterdam.

Väldigt stort och fräscht rum med grym A/C. Hotellet har kanske rykte om sig att vara arbetarhotell (och det är det väl) men det passar lika bra för par och familjer. Bra parkering, vänlig personal och nära till Burger King och KFC om man är sugen. Har man bil och vill undvika att leta parkering är det ett bra alternativ!

Aktuell keine schöne Umgebung, alles im Bau. Burger King und KFC direkt vor der Tür, sonst aber praktisch nichts. Keine ausländischen TV-Programme. Für ein Deluxe-Zimmer relativ wenig Ausstattung. Großes, schönes, neues Bad. Gut sortierte Hotelbar bis Mitternacht.

One of the worst stays I have ever come across in my life, this hotel must be rated 1 star. Rooms are dirty-smelling bed sheets. The mattress is not comfortable. Hotel service is terrible requested 2 times for room make up no one bother to clean the room when asked by the receptionist she rudely said I don't know and can't help you. The breakfast quality is worst. Never take the breakfast option waste of money. I would give a zero rating terrible place to live. It's more like Hostel not Hotel.

The Hotel was really unhygienic, for days the bins were over flowing without being emptied, breakfast was completely covered in flys as you walked past the all started hovering over the food and landing on the food

Good hotel for a business trip, very close to a metro station. The gym as often in hotels is a small room with few equipments, so don't expect too much. The restaurant is overall good with big portions, although I had to wait a long time to be served on the first evening (but they told me in advance I would have had to wait). The hotel is currently next to a construction site. You will not notice it once you are in the hotel, but just something to note.

This was not a great stay at all and as cannot recommend staying here Pretty much everything, bar the nice shower, was not great The room was booked as a twin yet set up as a double and we had to sort it ourselves as the check in receptionist said nothing could be done. The breakfast could not cope with the number of people attending every morning and ran out of food regularly. Only one coffee machine worked for the whole duration of our stay. The hotel was not staffed to have the full hotel of the event we were attending. The bar closed whenever the staff felt like it, on one night at 10'15pm, despite saying it was an 11pm closure time. There was no ice for the duration of our stay and no red wine available for 3 consecutive nights. Some of the counter staff were rude. The WiFi was totally inadequate and was often so slow as to be not worth using. The rooms were ok for what we needed, but the air conditioning stopped working on a regular basis. All in all it was not a great stay and one that needs a proper manager to go in and sort out as it could have been so much better. The only positive of the hotel was that it was close enough to our event that we could walk to and from it.

To be perfectly honest there was no organisation in the bar and kitchen lack of meals, meals that’s were falsely advertised, food delayed by 40mins, bar was limited with alcohol. The only decent thing was the quality of the rooms they were excellent
