Overall, it was a fine place to stay with the family. Hot tub was very big and clean. Room was clean and staff was friendly.. only complaint is room was very small. Barely had room to move around or hang out in the room..

The property was fine. Its location in the midst of a bad part of the city is deceiving. Our room was at the back of the property and we had no traffic noise. The room was clean and well made up. The rest of the amenities were fine. The spa could have been a little warmer, but it was fine as it was. I recommend without hesitation.

This motel was a great little place! Very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff member was super friendly and helpful. Hot tub was nice & hot. Our only issue was that the beds were tiny and there was a power outage for a few hours but that was not in the control of the property. We just decided to go to bed early and open a window since the AC was not running.

We were only there for one night but enjoyed our stay. Room was very spacious and clean, everything was updated, the bed was very comfy! The breakfast is limited but they have a great coffee machine, staff was very nice!

I had been reluctant to stay in this area being so close to Highway for a couple years now. Considered this place due to being rated over a 7.0 and having an EV charger. Only gripes: one of the two chargers don’t work, luckily the car using the working line was already full, then a light at the bedside was burned out or no working, and slight mildew smell in the shower curtain.. Otherwise, for a motel it was quiet enough, was super clean, and felt very safe and secure. On a budget, this is the best location in Vallejo!

The staff at Regency Inn are absolutely wonderful. I have met Victor, Tina and Venita who have gone the extra mile to assure my comfort and during my stay. The rooms are updated with all the amenities that you would need. I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean the rooms are. I would recommend this family-owned Motel to anyone.

Our stay was fine, the area surrounding the inn was very questionable. There was a large questionable clump on top of the closet, we don’t know what it was but it looked like something rotting. Super gross

Very comfortable bed. Much needed rest after a long day of travel! The shower was hot, and the soaps/toiletries well accoutred. I wouldn’t call it luxury, but it was perfect for my needs - and it can be hard to find when “on the road”!

It's a lovely little property. The surrounding area is less than posh, but don't let that scare you. It's really convenient to the highway. The owners are very nice people, and made me feel special. They were so polite. The only drawback was a lack of coffee pot, cups, and utensils in the room.

Perfect area. Our toilet how ever was broken the pump went out. They had offered to move us into another room but we were already comfortable in bed. Other than that nice

Great value motel close to Napa. Room and property were clean and bed was nice and firm. Only noise came from the highway. Wish they would have coffee in the room. But fancy coffee machine in lobby was cool.

I expected a much nicer room but thankfully the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The carpet was frayed by the doorway to the bathroom and the wood frame of the door to the bathroom was damaged. I saw pictures of a plug for plug in vehicles and I have one so that was one of the reasons for booking this room but upon arrival there wasn’t one. The furniture was really old—the leather chair in front of the desk had a huge missing piece of leather that was worn to the lining. The other chair had a slipcover over it but wasn’t comfortable at all. I think the room needs a makeover or an update. Looks like they did the bathroom which was nice but stopped there. Parking was an issue. We came back late one night and there were no spots. If we hadn’t had a temporary handicap placard for one of our friends traveling with us in our car but staying elsewhere we wouldn’t have anywhere to park. We enjoyed our stay in Vallejo but I think the pictures make it look a lot nicer than it was. I almost went to the desk & canceled our room and was going to find somewhere else to stay but my husband said we are just going to shower, change and sleep here, so only do that if the bed isn’t comfortable. It was very comfortable so we stayed.

The Regency Inn was able to accommodate my 1:00 p.m. early check-in. The room was tidy and smelled freshly cleaned. I noticed some minor things: light bulb not working in one bedside lamp, a towel and a washcloth were a little tattered, and there was a very small red stain on the sheet, most likely nail polish. I didn't feel the need to notify the Front Desk. I appreciated having a mini fridge and microwave. The room and bathroom appeared to have been recently painted, with modern sink and toilet. TV and AC both worked great. Staff were friendly. I thought there was a Continental Breakfast included, but didn't see any info about it or where it could be set up. It would have been nice to have a coffeemaker in the room.

The lady at the front wouldn’t let me check in because i wasnt 21, and I asked why that wasn’t posted on the website and she said it’s because i booked through expedia and that it wasn’t her problem I had no where to stay I and that i should’ve booked through them instead, and when i asked to call a manager to try and work things out she said no and left. So i got stranded in vallejo on my motorcycle so i didn’t even have a car to sleep in all because of this hotel, thanks for ruining my entire trip.

Staff are great, overall room and property are in okay condition. Clean bed and room, no weird smells. Surprisingly met everything we needed for an overnight stay, fridge, microwave, tv, good heater and best of all, the water pressure was very good. Area is industrial so not much around but lots of food/shopping within a few mins in surrounding area.There are a lot of unhomed in the vicinity, but we didnt have to deal with any of that during our stay (stuck to the American Canyon side of the road when running around for food and stuff). For the price, it surpassed expectations and this is a good pit stop if passing through.

Area is industrial so not much around but lots of food/shopping within a few mins in surrounding area.There are a lot of unhomed in the vicinity, but we didnt have to deal with any of that during our stay (stuck to the American Canyon side of the road when running around for food and stuff). For the price, it surpassed expectations and this is a good pit stop if passing through.

The property was fine. Its location in the midst of a bad part of the city is deceiving. Our room was at the back of the property and we had no traffic noise. The room was clean and well made up. The rest of the amenities were fine. The spa could have been a little warmer, but it was fine as it was. I recommend without hesitation.

It's a lovely little property. The surrounding area is less than posh, but don't let that scare you. It's really convenient to the highway. The owners are very nice people, and made me feel special. They were so polite. The only drawback was a lack of coffee pot, cups, and utensils in the room.

Seemed a little sketchy at first but definitely very clean! There was a fridge, microwave, hair dryer. Once we entered the room I was happy to see mattress covers on the mattress. For $200 a night in that area was overpriced but I can understand.

The Regency Inn was able to accommodate my 1:00 p.m. early check-in. The room was tidy and smelled freshly cleaned. I noticed some minor things: light bulb not working in one bedside lamp, a towel and a washcloth were a little tattered, and there was a very small red stain on the sheet, most likely nail polish. I didn't feel the need to notify the Front Desk. I appreciated having a mini fridge and microwave. The room and bathroom appeared to have been recently painted, with modern sink and toilet. TV and AC both worked great. Staff were friendly. I thought there was a Continental Breakfast included, but didn't see any info about it or where it could be set up. It would have been nice to have a coffeemaker in the room.

We were only there for one night but enjoyed our stay. Room was very spacious and clean, everything was updated, the bed was very comfy! The breakfast is limited but they have a great coffee machine, staff was very nice!

Seemed clean. The bed was somewhat poorly made. One table lamp wasn't working, a drawer in the TV table opened on its own. There was NO access to the pool or hot tub - out of season. Yet, it was used as a selling point. Having to leave the room and ask for coffee was also a negative. Not very relaxing to have to dress to drink coffee. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Wyndham's request for check in online was a waste of 30 plus of my time. The front desk had no access to it.
