Clean facilities. A man sweeps up the parking lot, zero trash. Housekeeping checked to see if we needed anything. The desk staff were friendly. Easy access right off Hwy 82. For the downstairs rooms, you can park at your door. The room had a nice sized small fridge, no freezer, and a microwave. Ice machine is right outside check-in/lobby/breakfast area. Breakfast: In the fridge were microwavable breakfast sandwiches, Yoplait yogurt, 8oz bottles of organic whole milk, OJ, and apple juice. There were also packaged cinnamon rolls, honey buns, different oatmeals, and dry cereal. Regular coffee, but no decaf. I was offered a package, so i could make unlimited decaf in the room. I appreciated the clock in the room actually being set and operating. So many places don't check their clocks. Time zones can be confusing enough without room clocks being set to some random time.

I liked that they had room for over sized vehicles. Floors in room really needed mopped more offen. Just sweeping is not enough. Breakfast should have been better for the price.

Great place to stop for the value, convenient to interstate. Property is older but very clean and quiet. Better hotels close, but overpriced for area. Staff were very helpful, hot breakfast, we were glad we booked here.

While the room itself was clean, the motel and all the furniture etc. was very old. It did not appear so on line. Had it not been so late when we checked in having driven all day and our reservation already made, we would have gone down the street to the newer Holiday Inn-Express. The staff was fine and not their fault with such an old facility. The other thing we did not like that did not really see to show in the pics was that all rooms faced the street and were not inside the facility itself, as the newer motels are. We therefore requested an upstairs room so that no one could just directly come off the parking lot and get directly to our door.re

While the room itself was clean, the motel and all the furniture etc. was very old. It did not appear so on line. The ladies working in the office were extremely nice. The breakfast was awesome having that available. The room was extra clean. Beds in our room were firm and comfy. Loved the laminate flooring instead of carpet. It looked like they’ve had some updates, and it was great. We didn’t use the pool, but it was clean and looked very inviting. We stayed overnight on a quick trip and had a great experience. We would definitely stay again.

Wasn’t all bad, the heat was on in the rooms and they didn’t have carpet which was nice. Found black mold when we were leaving. Rusty water. Staff didn’t seem to care.

By far the worst motel experience in my life. Room had an unpleasant odor. The furniture and walls had terrible nicks and scratches. The floor had what looked like paint stains. The toilet was so close to the right wall, the paper roll was almost in my side. When checking out I could not understand the Indian guy at all.

This is an ok place to stay if you are traveling between destinations. The hotel is older but has been upgraded with nice beds and flooring is laminate so easier to clean than carpets. I do think the shower grout could be replaced more often. Only thing I would mention: this is a ‘near an interstate hotel’ -expect noise. If you need complete silence stay elsewhere. Patrons were quiet on a holiday weekend Saturday night when we checked in late so that tells you everyone else just needed a respite, too!

This was a decent place to get some sleep for the night as a stopover. Just know it could not be the quietest in the AM as folks (some pretty early) leave. Decent hot breakfast was a good surprise.

They wasn’t friendly at office bec they didn’t tell or not explain me why must deposit $50 plus hotel.com cost room. Bec I already paid on hotel.com come with hot tub and arrived there and they make me pay $50 to deposit abt that room. I did asked them why? Lady didn’t explain to me bec she don’t want talk to me bec I’m deaf bec she wasn’t friendly. I found out that all pillows are older on bed it was flat of pillows. I went in room and found out they don’t have hot tub there. Then I found some broke light middle on tv. Not enough of towels like two towels there bec of me and my daughter. I have went to office and ask for add two towels for my daughter. When we wake up in morning and found out that wasn’t good breakfast there. Me and my daughter wasn’t happy there. Decide to leave early in morning. I forget take pics of that room was so poor but we have sleep there at night bec we r so tired in travel and get there to sleep then feel better and leave so won’t go back there again in future.

Front desk lady didn’t have a clue what she was doing. We had to wait at least 15 minutes for her to check us in. We were the ONLY ONES THERE and had prepaid. Not friendly at all and gave us no reason why she wasn’t checking us in. I truly was afraid she was scamming my credit card.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms have been recently updated, comfortable clean perfect for the one night. Stay that I stayed there. I look forward to staying there again.

We are two elderly and disabled individuals in a small motorhome, which nearly fits in one parking space. After we checked in, we were told that we would have to park our motorhome in the truck parking, adjacent but out of sight. With one of us on a rollator, traversing the gravel parking lot for that distance would be too much difficulty. Front desk called manager. Manager refused to refund the entire amount we just paid, even though we never even opened the room door and went inside. They kept one night room charge and refunded the rest. Unacceptable!! Totally unaccommodating toward our disability!

Clean facilities. A man sweeps up the parking lot, zero trash. Housekeeping checked to see if we needed anything. The desk staff were friendly. Easy access right off Hwy 82. For the downstairs rooms, you can park at your door. The room had a nice sized small fridge, no freezer, and a microwave. Ice machine is right outside check-in/lobby/breakfast area. Breakfast: In the fridge were microwavable breakfast sandwiches, Yoplait yogurt, 8oz bottles of organic whole milk, OJ, and apple juice. There were also packaged cinnamon rolls, honey buns, different oatmeals, and dry cereal. Regular coffee, but no decaf. I was offered a package, so i could make unlimited decaf in the room. I appreciated the clock in the room actually being set and operating. So many places don't check their clocks. Time zones can be confusing enough without room clocks being set to some random time.

Clean, quiet, no-frills, excellent for the money. Great location right by the interstate and near fast food places. Check in clerk could've had more energy and enthusiasm but she was still ok.

This is an ok place to stay if you are traveling between destinations. The hotel is older but has been upgraded with nice beds and flooring is laminate so easier to clean than carpets. I do think the shower grout could be replaced more often. Only thing I would mention: this is a ‘near an interstate hotel’ -expect noise. If you need complete silence stay elsewhere. Patrons were quiet on a holiday weekend Saturday night when we checked in late so that tells you everyone else just needed a respite, too!

Great place to stop for the value, convenient to interstate. Property is older but very clean and quiet. Better hotels close, but overpriced for area. Staff were very helpful, hot breakfast, we were glad we booked here.

I had never used hotels.com before. My experience was good and would use it again. The hotel is a little bit “worn” but the people are nice and the room was clean. The breakfast was above average. The folks here work hard with what they have and the entire experience was good. I would stay here again

The property was clean and my room was better than I had expected. The only drawback was that the ice machine did not work. The breakfast wasn’t much to brag about. No coffee and very few choices.

This was a decent place to get some sleep for the night as a stopover. Just know it could not be the quietest in the AM as folks (some pretty early) leave. Decent hot breakfast was a good surprise.

I meant to book the hotel in Winona Minnesota. I'm not used to doing online booking and booked Winona Mississippi by mistake. I tried many times to contact the hotel but could not reach the actual front desk in Mississippi. Finally reached something called chat and got some help canceling one night, But could not cancel the second night. I'm still getting emails and not sure if there is a way to cancel the second night. this was an old lady STUPID mistake! Thankfully I did find a place to stay here in Minnesota and was able to attend a very special family event. ...just need to afford reservation in Mississippi and now in Minnesota. I guess I am some kind of your hotel Loyalty, Blue something member based on prior stays so just asking once more is there a way to get help on this cancellation. Appreciate anything anyone can do. Thank you

Last minute stay. Yes it’s a bargain priced hotel so I try and go in with low expectations of a clean room and amenities as advertised. I’ll start with the positive. The one staff member who checked us in - and the only staff member we came across - was pleasant. The room itself was clean. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom is where things fell apart. The shower was broken. It would only spray from the bottom and a trickle from the top. By this point my daughter was in bed so changing rooms would have been a hassle plus we were tools we’d gotten one of the last rooms when reserving several hours earlier. We’d come from being outside and I really wanted to get clean before climbing into bed so I decided I’d just use a rag and soap and rinse under the bath faucet as best I could. But after running the water for a solid ten minutes, I found there was no hot water either. Breakfast was not great and almost nothing left. Waffle machine was “out of order”. We got there 30 min before it ended and being from the service industry, I feel like if you’re going to advertise breakfast til a time, you can’t stop replenishing. There were no employees to ask about it the whole time we were done there which meant I also couldn’t tell them about the non-working shower. Again, I don’t expect much but for $109, I do expect working plumbing in the bathroom.
