Muy bien todo

Terrible. Lo peor : el personal y la directora del hotel, con un servicio pésimo y poco cercano. Instalaciones antiguas con camas malas y suelo de moqueta de los 50’. No hay playa a pie de hotel.

Necesita reformas en pasillos y habitaciones

Nunca he tenido un trato tan excepcional con en este hotel!! La directora Feli todo un ejemplo a seguir, estado desde la mañana a la noche allí presente, atenta de sus clientes, haciendo recomendaciones, amable, atenta… en ningún hotel de los que he ido ha estado un@ director@ dando ejemplo. El personal muy bueno y amable, todos en general!! La comida fenomenal, muy buena calidad!! Hemos salido súper contentos y si vuelvo a Mallorca repetiré con ellos segurísimo!! Muchas gracias por todo a todo el equipo del hotel!!! Un abrazo de unos Madrileños!!

After spending 7 nights in Mallorca, staying at 4 different 4 star hotels all over the island, I am giving this honest review whilst comparing the standards of all 4 of the hotels that we stayed in. Unfortunately I have to rate this hotel at the bottom of that list of 4 for the following reasons. The first is the lack of parking. There is no car park and very limited street parking. We had to drive around the town twice before finally finding a space which was not even very close to the hotel. Next was reception. We were told on check-in that the sky bar was closed but we could go and take photos if we wanted. The sky bar was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel and so this news came as a massive disappointment. However, the information was misleading because it turned out it was open later that evening and the next evening. Also, we booked a Suite which had a coffee maker and we were provided with 2 coffee pods
