Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits avec deux enfants et c'était génial! Beaucoup d'activités à faire sur le site et facile d'accès. La piscine intérieure a été très pratique pendant la journée de pluie. Les employés sont très sympathiques et attentionnés!

I really enjoyed my 3 nights stay. Only downside was the was no secured spots for snowmobiles. There was a parking further with cameras but I was always worried. Could be addressed easily. Other than that it was excellent in all aspects.

Beware booking in shoulder seasons. We were so disappointed to arrive and find that everything we saved and booked to enjoy was closed. No canoes or kayaks. No bikes. No forest canopy activities. Hot tub open only three hours and lukewarm with no willingness to adjust temps. It was a gorgeous warm sunny fall week. We missed everything by two days and spent a lot of money to be in a hotel room and go for walks. The resort basically closes Thanksgiving weekend. It was a sacrifice to save and spend here and we came from a long distance. The website did not make obvious that everything was closed; it was deep in several pages in small print. I spoke directly to the front desk several times before booking to confirm other details and no one mentioned anything. There was a large and loud elementary school group doing all the “things”, but regular guests were not allowed. The place was basically empty except a few couples. We were really disappointed. The food and restaurant service are excellent. I really appreciated the service staff.

Amazing location, close to nature, lot of fun activities to do around like cycling, paddle boarding, kayaking and then there is a national park near by as week where you can spot lot of wildlife.

Le fait que les activités soient incluses dans le prix de notre séjour est génial

Excellent! The service & staff are friendly & helpful. Suggest you stay more than 2 days so you can use the facilities. Also, enjoy the sunrise & sunset in the private beach. If possible, please extend the operating hours of the swimming pool until 11pm.

Lovely location and very relaxing. Staff helpful and friendly, good facilities although being out of season the pool is rarely open. Great place to relax and very peaceful.

Our room was really nice. Great walking paths. Did not realize there would be so many extras (bikes, etc). The checkin was a bit confusing, as we didn't realize the place would have multiple buildings. We happened upon an employee (wish I knew his name to give him a shout out) who had us follow him to the check in building.

La salle de bain n'était pas très propre et le ventilateur ne fonctionnait pas. L’odeur de l'humidité dans la salle de bain était vraiment désagréable. De plus, les kayaks et pédalos n'étaient pas disponibles pour la période. Très décevant….

Lake view was beautiful! Staff was Spectacular.

La chambre est spacieuse, propre et beaucoup de commodités. Toutefois, étant VIP OR, il était indiqué lors de notre choix de chambre que nous avions droit à une bouteille de vin mousseux. FAUX !!! L'auberge n'avait aucune mention de ce cadeau.

We had a nice room overlooking the lake. Overall we were satisfied. Next time we will look for a place that is downtown Québec City. Price for the hotel room was to expensive. Restaurant on site is also to expensive with no choice in menu. Better option is to rent one of the cottages on site and bring your own food.

L'appareil de chauffage était particulièrement bruyant. Il m'a été offert de changer de chambre vers 11h pm. Ma nouvelle chambre, la seule qui restait était cependant différente de celle que j'ai loué.

Property is beautifully situâtes on a lame with lots of things to do. On site restaurant is excellent both from the food and service. Lots to do outdoors with viking and mining trails as well as non-motorized equipment at the lake. 3 issues: They don’t clean rooms daily The beds need an upgrade There are not enough plugs They need more adaptable rooms as well. Overall a need to modernize for today’s traveller.

A perfect weekend getaway, everything is onsite so if you want, you can stay in and relax, or go for hikes, a boat ride, swim. The staff are very nice and helpful, not overly sweet and cloying like american hotels. A dignified, charming and quebecois vibe. It felt very safe, warm, and pleasant.

The overall stay was very pleasent. Lots of activities were available to us, the grounds we stunning and the staff were super helpful. The one downside was the food at the restaurant which was of very basic/low quality. We had dinner there for one of the nights and regreted it unfourtunatly. The quality of the food was fine, but what I would expect from a fast food chain, or somehwere like St Hubert. Not a hotel like this.

Staff was welcoming and just plain nice. From check in at the front desk , hostess, bartender, and waitress. Dinner was very good. ( I had the Duck) We will be back.

Amazing place. So much to do. We visited in the winter and were in awe of the surrounding nature. 4 stars only because none of the information provided by the hotel was bilingual. We love visiting Quebec and try to learn more French every time but please meet us half way. We hope to be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful inside and out. All staff were warm and friendly. The restaurant staff were excellent and more than willing to speak English for us. The accessibility to hiking trails completed a perfect stay.

L’environnement est formidable

Beautiful location on a lake, and our room had a back porch that led to it. Because we do not speak French, a couple aspects of the resort and activities were difficult to access, but most were not. Breakfast was good, dinner was okay. Traffic can be very bad around rush hour.

Fair price, nice views, pass to the park included. Near the festival I went to. Would recommend.

Séjour sympathique, le personnel est vraiment gentil, le lieu est magnifique. Certaines installations sont un peu désuètes, la qualité du restaurant est très décevante au regard de la carte proposée et des prix des assiettes.

Je n’ai pas le restaurant. Le buffet est dispendieux pour la qualité offerte.

La Station touristique Duchesnay, gérée par la SÉPAQ, est un lieu magnifique, parfait pour des sorties et des rencontres en famille. Nichée en pleine nature, elle bénéficie du soin apporté par cet organisme gouvernemental à ses propriétés. Pour les couples en quête de tranquillité absolue, ce n'est peut-être pas l'endroit idéal, car l'ambiance est souvent animée par les rires et l'énergie des enfants. Mais c'est aussi ce qui fait le charme du lieu : une ambiance vivante et conviviale où règne une belle agitation. Le service est irréprochable : le personnel est diligent, toujours souriant et accueillant. Merci à toute l'équipe! Le déjeuner, proposé sous forme de buffet, pourrait gagner en variété. Pourquoi ne pas intégrer davantage de produits locaux, comme une sélection plus large de fromages ?. Souper : Le restaurant de l'auberge a fait un effort pour les végétariens comme nous. Tant mieux pour nous, et pour les animaux ! Cependant, il reste des améliorations à envisager en cuisine. Côté entrées, le potage de légumes avait un goût légèrement brûlé, ce qui mériterait un ajustement. Pour les plats principaux, le cari de tofu et gourganes, bien que prometteurs, manquait d'intérêt en raison de sa texture trop sèche. La créativité mise dans les plats carnivores (volaille, saumon, canard, agneau, bison, crevettes, pétoncles et bœuf) est impressionnante. Pourquoi pas une attention similaire accordée aux plats végétariens? Une cuisine inventive en phase avec le respect des animaux?
