C’était un séjour formidable ! la chambre avec jacuzzi une pépite, ménage fait tous les jours , et le petit déjeuné est délicieux et plein de choix c’était juste super, l’accueil excellent , nous sommes arrivés à 23h30 et il n’y avait personne mais un petit mot avec mon prénom et la carte et numéro de chambre c’était top ! merci encore je recommande

Even though I had confirmed booking, the hotel was actually closed on arrival. When called the contact phone number - no answer.

Everything was terrible i had bugs in my bed in my shower and all around the room, my bed sheets where dirty and towels too ( i asked them too clean and change all of this just for it to be dirty), the staff was rude. I booked for 4 nights i only stayed 1 night as the bugs were too much i asked for a refund and got disrespected instead.

Personnel très gentil et serviable et plein d’attentions adorables, la piscine est splendide, j’ai passé un séjour inoubliable et j’ai fêté mes 60 ans dans cet hôtel et je m’en souviendrais toute ma vie.

Dernier hôtel avant notre départ 4 jours et 3 nuits. Idéal pour les visites aux alentours d’heraklion. Le personnel est adorable. Le petit déjeuner buffet très bien aussi.
