After multiple delays at the airport and through the airlines it was determined we would be overnighting in Dallas rather than flying home. Before leaving our departing City I made a reservation at this hotel Thru Your Website, Hotels dot com fortunately, paid for travelers insurance at the same time because it was so dicey at the airport in terms of when we might be leaving and we chose this hotel because it was near the airport. I Then followed up within 30 minutes to ensure that they had received a reservation and I let them know that we would probably be arriving late because departure time was in flux. By the time we arrived at the hotel, later than expected but not our fault, the hotel had given away our room! The young man who was manning the front desk indicated that his manager told him because they were overbooked to take the first people that came in and not to worry about the rest of us. Absolutely the worst customer service I hope this hotel closes and loses money due to this type of behavior. If you had a rating lower than zero I would give it because of what they did to us.
