Hébergement propre et bien agencé. Arret du tramway à deux pas ce qui rend les déplacements super simple. Les boissons pour le petit déjeuner sont fournis ce qui est fort sympathique. Petit bémol la communication avec Numa ne se fait qu'en anglais. Mais pour l'hébergement je recommande, on repart ravis de notre séjour.

Extremely frustrating experience. Check-in took several hours because the access code never worked. After three phone calls and countless text messages, we were finally given a backup code. Another couple we were traveling with had the exact same problem, so this is clearly a recurring issue rather than a one-off. We were traveling with young children, which made the whole situation even more stressful and frustrating. The bathroom smelled terrible, and there was also a strong sewage odor near the ground-floor elevator. Other than that it was fine I guess, but we will choose a different hotel next time.

Check in was a a disaster we did not get a code for our room that worked and we had to spend 1 houer to get it resolved. Our lugage was stuck in the cabinet becuse code stoped working there. Had to wait on hold forever before we got help. It was not clean full of cobwebs and much more.
