We loved everything about our stay. The property and our room were beautiful and well maintained. Our host was welcoming and informative. We stayed in the "Captain\'s Suite" which was private with own sauna, such a treat after our swim in the outdoor pool. We walked on the beach in the afternoon which was just a 10 minute drive away and walked to the theatre and back in the evening. The location is perfect. Loved our stay!

Super helpful and accommodating hosts, comfy and spacious room. They even had a swimming pool that we did not have time to enjoy. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area. Breakfast was okay

We stayed at Parsborro Mansion Inn for a day. Beautiful property and amazing hosts!! The stay was wonderful and we enjoyed a lot. Property is managed well by the new owners, it is super clean with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We really enjoyed using the well maintained swimming pool. The property owners were the best hosts ever. They are super friendly and amazing. Freshly made breakfast requires special mention too. Highly recommend this amazing place!

This was the most amazing place I have ever been too. The owners/hosts were beyond lovely. We saw a baby deer walking across the lawn, its quiet, the pool was a perfect temp, a fun water slide too. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. So may options for breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The 2 resturants we tried that were close were very tasty. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the Grand Room (last room available) and it had unexpected extras including a dry sauna, nice sheets and comfy bed and pillows, a rack for hanging swimsuits, small fridge, and keurig. The outdoor pool is heated to 81F and has a slide and diving board; because of the operating hours (10 am to 9 pm) we couldn't take advantage of it. The owners put a lot of thought and care into the breakfast provided and the breakfast/sunroom is very pleasant.

Mike & Adele were excellent hosts. The accommodations were lovely. The breakfast was amazing. I didn’t use the pool, but it was immaculate. I can’t say enough about my stay - it was extremely enjoyable. I highly recommend this property. I give it a “10” !!!!

We had a great stay at the Parrsboro Mansion. Our room (Captains) was very big, clean, and came with a private sauna which was a nice surprise! The host family was very nice, provided great service, and a good breakfast. There aren’t many restaurants in the area but that’s no fault of the hosts. Would stay again.

Our stay was five star in every respect. No detail was missed upon our welcoming and check in. The room was immaculate and as advertised. Breakfast was excellent and prepared as requested right down to my perfectly done sunny side up egg. Overall we could not have asked for more. Mike and his wife were the perfect hosts. We will return Highly recommended!

Die beiden Besitzer haben das Inn erst kürzlich übernommen und mit viel Liebe mehrere Modernisierungen durchgeführt. Das gesamte Team ist äußerst charmant und freundlich. Wir haben gute Tips für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen. Das Haus hat 4 Gästezimmer. Jedes mit einem bestimmten Thema, das man auch in der jeweiligen findet. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber - wie auch alle "öffentlichen" Räume. Super ausgestattet. Die Betten sehr bequem. Das Bad modern. Viel Platz um das Haus herum. Ein Pool mit 28 Grad Temperatur. Parkplätze. Und wirklich sehr ruhig. Eine schöne Frühstücksauswahl. Wer Nachmittags die Küche nutzen möchte, kann das tun (Geschirr, Besteck, Mikrowelle stehen allen zur Verfügung). Wir hatten nur 2 Nächte und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Our recent stay at The Parrsboro Mansion was exceptional. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a wonderful vacation. We greatly appreciate their recommendations for things to see and do in the area such as Hidden Falls (amazing!), boiling tides, fossil beaches and places to eat. Their attention to detail and pride of ownership is evident in the clean and very comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, heated pool, immaculate property and gracious personalities. 10/10 in every aspect. We are already planning our next visit and look forward to our family experiencing the beauty of Nova Scotia and comfort of the Parrsboro Mansion.

This Inn was wonderful. Expansive, well-kept grounds, a pool, large airy rooms. And best of all, enthusiastic hosts. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable, the decor simple, pleasant and uncluttered.

This was our first time staying at Parsborro Mansion Inn. We very highly recommend staying here. The rooms are beautiful, very clean and very comfortable bed. The owners, Mike and his wife Adelle are so friendly and make you feel so welcome. They serve you a wonderful cooked breakfast each morning. We got to enjoy their lovely heated pool and and got some suntanning in by the pool. Phil and I give this place an easy 5 out of 5 and will most definitely be back again next summer.

C'est une chambre d'hôtes mais on a jamais l' impression d'envahir la maison principale ce qui est plutôt sympa. L'hôte Mike est super sympathique et prépare un bon déjeuner anglais. Seul petit défaut fut le petit frigo un petit peu bruyant si on doit l'utiliser mais pour le reste, séjour agréable.

The host family was very nice, provided great service, and a good breakfast. There aren’t many restaurants in the area but that’s no fault of the hosts. Would stay again.

Our stay was five star in every respect. No detail was missed upon our welcoming and check in. The room was immaculate and as advertised. Breakfast was excellent and prepared as requested right down to my perfectly done sunny side up egg. Overall we could not have asked for more. Mike and his wife were the perfect hosts. We will return Highly recommended!

Mike and Adele are excellent, professional hosts. They called us prior to arriving to make sure we were ok. They even turned off the light in the backyard so we could watch the aurora borealis despite the fact that we fell asleep at 8:30 pm. Ha. Mike accommodated our gluten-free dietary needs and served a tasty, filling breakfast. Lastly, the bed in our room was very comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. Mike suggested Davidson’s farm for maple syrup. The farmer gave us a tour of the maple syrup making process and was very hospitable. Thank you, Mike and Adele.

My husband and I stayed at the Parrsboro Mansion Inn for 1 night on our way to Cape Breton. Our room was spotless and breakfast provided was delicious. Mike was kind enough to provide us with some recommendations on places to stop along our travels. We would definitely stay again!

We were delayed in starting our drive and delayed at the border. The owner called us in the evening and agreed to stay open until we arrived at 11:00 pm! This is a beautiful property and the owner is a warm and friendly person! It was a perfect start to our vacation

We loved everything about our stay. The property and our room were beautiful and well maintained. Our host was welcoming and informative. We stayed in the "Captain\'s Suite" which was private with own sauna, such a treat after our swim in the outdoor pool. We walked on the beach in the afternoon which was just a 10 minute drive away and walked to the theatre and back in the evening. The location is perfect. Loved our stay!

We stayed at Parsborro Mansion Inn for a day. Beautiful property and amazing hosts!! The stay was wonderful and we enjoyed a lot. Property is managed well by the new owners, it is super clean with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We really enjoyed using the well maintained swimming pool. The property owners were the best hosts ever. They are super friendly and amazing. Freshly made breakfast requires special mention too. Highly recommend this amazing place!

This was the most amazing place I have ever been too. The owners/hosts were beyond lovely. We saw a baby deer walking across the lawn, its quiet, the pool was a perfect temp, a fun water slide too. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. So may options for breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The 2 resturants we tried that were close were very tasty. Highly recommend.

Suites were spacious, beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Owners were very friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was very smooth. I had misunderstood my booking with Hotels.ca and thought I had pre-paid (I had not). Owner was knowledgeable about how the booking process worked and patient with me. He recommended I take my time to get settled and look at previous statements and could settle up in the morning. Very classy and professional! Room was spacious and very clean. Pool was very warm and beautiful. We loved stretching our legs poolside after a long drive and relaxing. Hit partridge beach at low tide for some exceptional rockhounding. 10/10

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La grande chambre était parfaite et nous avions, en plus, un sauna exclusivement pour nous. Les hôtes sont amicaux et le déjeuner était succulent (petits fruits, oeufs de ferme, etc). Les enfants ont profité de la belle piscine chauffée.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. Mike & Adele are excellent hosts, providing lovely and very clean accommodations and breakfast served hot and fresh every morning. The heated pool was a big hit with the kids, complete with life jackets and noodles! They also provided a fantastic guide to attractions in the area - we visited many and had a great time!
