facilities are old.

The room looked clean . We had a non smoking room but the old comforter on the bed had a burn mark on it. The tv remote didn’t work so you couldn\'t watch it. The toilet handle flushed but you had to hold it longer then normal because something was wrong. There was a sign in the bathroom warning about high Sodium levels in the water, posted in 2016. So I didn’t feel comfortable using the shower. Overall my wife compared it to "The Bates Motel" and I don\'t think I would stay there again in the future.

old hotel, need a lot of love, good space on room, deficient shower, tv control do not work, bed too noisy, separate heating.

Expedia didn't show the outside just the rooms, I was surprised to see it was a motel, no coffee, no food and soooo far away.

Very convenient and easy access to everything.

They close up the office at 9 a clock which I got there late at 9:15. Honked my horn and they finally got somebody to open the door. No shampoo or soap and no garbage can. Sleep was nice lots of parking easy access and quiet

Tv didn't work.. bathroom needs a Reno . For the price it wasn't anything special . Worth half what I paid

It was a standard motel experience.

TV did not work. Fridge contained half drunk cups of pop from earlier guests. Ceiling above bed had huge crack in it. City has ruled that the water is dangerous to drink. They have left several articles for you to read about the water and it sounded like they were supposed to supply bottled water but there was none,

Bathroom extremely dirty & very poor service

I walked in and there as no toilet paper just an empty roll on the holder, smelly old and dirty. Didn’t even stay I walked out and left. Unfortunately I could not get a refund

The room wasn’t clean, the bed was broken. There was a torn off fake nail on the nightstand, an open can of Similac baby formula under the bed, growing black fuzzy stuff in it. A baby pacifier beside the couch. The floors were black when I wiped a paper towel over them. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all! There was the other persons half left toiletries & brown stains dripping down the shower. Faeces & urine all around the toilet. I asked why our room wasnt cleaned? The receptionist excuse was that she wasn’t there for 21 days & doesn’t know why? I asked to change rooms she only had one, it was in the same condition. I didn’t get any discounts. Unfortunately, I had nowhere else to go & I had to stay there until the renovation of my house was done. Cable didn’t work & the internet only worked half the time. The excuse for that was the room was to far away. I was told the manager would speak with me, but that never happened the three days I was there. In my opinion, I should’ve paid a dollar for that dump. That motel should be illegal or shut down!! My fiancé, & I Didnt shower once, he wouldn’t even use the washroom there. I feel I need a doctors visit after that. I have all the pics to show it too. 0stars

Needs to improve on cleanliness

this property is too old and is not maintained well. I stayed there for one night and the room was not clean the rug is too old and the washroom walls have fungi on it and the shower os broken and it was a bad experience staying here ! The AC didn’t start ! i really regret to book this hotel ! pls don’t book it if you like cleanliness.

The water is not safe to drink per York Regional Health. The Health Dept said there is bacteria in the water. Sheets had long black hairs on them. Room smelled like a urinal puck.

The rooms smelled like cigarette. The ac was open and full of lint/dirt. The wall outlets are uncovered. The carpet is filthy you can literally see the grime. Just absolutely disgusting.

Extremely dirty, expedia advertises that they have hair dryer in the room, that’s a lie. No towels , he have to wait until noon to have a shower cause there where no towel available.

The room smells like cigarettes, the washroom has poop in the walls near to the toilet, bathtub oxide/rust inside, Moho in walls, tv and cable not working, Cortines fall dawn, microwave super dirty and sticky, horrible experience for a family with kids not recommended

Dont pay your deposit with cash in case you wanna leave last minute. Theres a hole in the ceiling and in the window. The wifi password is wrong and there are belongings from previous people everywhere. A sign says to use the phone to call the desk but the very phone jack is ripped from the wall. all i want to do is go home. Spend the extra money on a real hotel. This place is absolute garbage.

It's cheap, that's what I like. So if it is that cheap you could expect that there is a reason. No locks on the windows, it is cold when you get in, then you turn on the heat. It takes a hour to get it heated. U turn in or out. Was quiet and I had a smoking place right out front.

Air condition is broken and very old. Very hot temp inside the room.

Staff was very pleasant and my stay, surprisingly, was quiet. The room did not look as advertised and was outdated especially the restroom; it could use some attention. It appears to be a small family business, so my advice to bring in more customers is to do minor upgrades and add an ice machine. That being said, I will be coming back again as i did have a good nights sleep

They were rude, after paying with a credit card then they wanted a 200 dollar down payment after paying and requested cash told them no then they said the wanted a credit card and will charge the credit card and would get money back after 5 business days instead of putting the credit card on file they wanted to charge it and kept insisting for cash. They also never cleaned the room the next day, awful customer service and support

En arrivant à 20:30 ils nous on fait attendre 20 minutes pour aller nettoyer une chambre et quand se fût le temps de quitter nous étions même pas sorti de la chambre et ma fille était aux toilette encore que la femme est venu faire le tour de la chambre dans les tiroirs les lits ….pour voir si nous avions fait aucun dommage avant de nous redonner notre dépôt de 200$.on est très loin des photos montrer c est nous qui aurions dû demander un dépôt de sécurité de 200$ admettons

When I arrived at 9:30 pm, their office was already closed. I called their phone number, but no one answered. I didn’t check in therefore. I request for the refund.

Terrible experience, no attendance onsite after 9pm, we arrived at 9:30pm, could not check in, and cause us no place to stay, terrible !!!!

Very good location

Amazing spot, very quiet and cozy. No unusual neighbours lurking around. The staff was very friendly and welcoming making the check-in and check-out a walk in the park!

It's cheap, that's what I like. So if it is that cheap you could expect that there is a reason. No locks on the windows, it is cold when you get in, then you turn on the heat. It takes a hour to get it heated. U turn in or out. Was quiet and I had a smoking place right out front.
