Bella Lake View, Colonno, Italia

L'appartement est très bien situé, Colonno est un petit village très calme et charmant avec une plage paisible à 10 minutes à pieds en descendant la colline. Il y a également un petit bar très sympa et un restaurant juste à côté ou l'on mange bien. La vue du balcon est incroyable, ensoleillé du matin jusqu'en fin d'après midi, on ne se lasse pas de voir le lac et ses montagnes. L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Cependant il faudrait rafraichir quelques éléments pour parfaire le séjour des visiteurs : en cuisine mettre des verres à vin, plat allant au four, poêle neuve, changer la nappe de cuisine, changer le matelas et les rideaux dans la chambre, et enfin rénover la robinetterie de la douche ainsi que le rideau de douche qui n'est pas pratique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour car cette région est vraiment magnifique !

le logement était propre, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. par contre la literie est à remplacer, et mettre un douche à la place de la baignoire, l'eau chaude est très longue à arrivée, et difficile à régler.

Old looking appartment, but we missed nothing. The wiew was the most important. The beda should be improved. They are not good.

The apartment was clean and had a great view of Lake Como. That’s about it. Unit is about a mile and hald up curve and swing road. No parking by the unit and you have to pay for overnight street parking. Also the parking space are about a block or more away so you have to carry your luggage to the apartment. I would not suggest it to anyone having issues walking. There were no bare necessities in the unit when we arrived. Like toilet paper, paper towel, dish rags or soap etc. There is a grocery store about two miles away and not many restaurants in the town of Collono. Neighborhood is a little noisy and you can hear the cars below on the road. The beds aren’t the greatest and you can here noises from the apartment above you. Shower is non-functional My suggestion is to forgo this one and find a nice hotel with nice restaurants onsite.

Der Blick vom Balkon entspricht wirklich den Bildern.Traumhaft. Allerdings ist die Austattung sehr geringewertig. Die Betten sind unbequem, dass 2. Zimmer sehr dunkel, es gibt keine Nachtischlampen und die Balkonlampe funktiniert nicht (keine Birne drin udn wir haben auch keinen Lichtschalter dafür gefunden) Die Stühle sind nicht wie auf dem Bild, sondern eine Art Campingstühle in der Küche und zu niedrig für den Tisch und auch auf dem Balkon stgehen andere Stühle und Tsiche als auf dem Bild. Auch ist die Hauptstraße ist so nah, das es sehr laut ist. Wenn man keine Ansprüche hat (obwohl Lampen schon schön wären), dann lohnt sich alleine der Blick. Der ist gigantisch.
