Location was great, but the property itself had some issues. It was very noisy, thin walls. The fire alarm went off at 7am due to steam from the shower and the bed was really uncomfortable. Bathroom is really really tight. Otherwise clean and had what you needed. Just wouldn’t stay more than 1-2 nights.

Smoke detector missing in room. No microwave despite advertising it does. Could hear snoring through the walls very well which kept us awake all night. We had to speak softly once we realized how sound travelled from room to room.Excellent location and room was dated but clean. Very friendly lady cleaning the room when we arrived. So much potential with this spot but if it fills and walk ins are being turned away then why invest in it, I guess.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, good complimentary coffee from the machine in the morning, no noise from the street overnight but some disturbance from guests in neighboring room who came back in late and the walls are thin. But apart from that, all was well.

We very much appreciated the late night accommodation for our check in after getting a flat tire that delayed our plans. Room was great with 2 comfortable Queen beds and a pullout couch, perfect for 4 of us and had a kitchenette.

We loved this property and it was convenient to get everywhere we wanted to go. The only issue is the wifi really is non-functional. Despite toggling through the different networks offered, it was practically impossible to maintain connection on our phones. I didn’t try my laptop but I imagine it would be challenging for that as well.

Was in a great area. Big room. At first, we were given a room we did not book, booked a king suite with balcony. Within a few minutes of entering room, the manager realized the error and notified us and put us in correct room, but it wss not ready. Had to wait an additiomal half hour or so for housekeeping to clean the room

It was odd that akid, child of owners checked us in and was too young to answer questions about barbers and and places to grab a drink because he was a kid.

It's a very well maintained inn / abnb, we just needed a good night's sleep and Europa Inn gave us more than that. We didn't know the front desk closes at 6pm when we arrived at 8pm,but the staff came to open the door when we called. Also staff was very helpful, we needed some cutlery and he was able to help us find it. Room was very, very clean. It was a bit small and quite dated but it didn't bother us for a good night sleep. Thanks!

It's a very well maintained inn / abnb, we just needed a good night's sleep and Europa Inn gave us more than that. We didn't know the front desk closes at 6pm when we arrived at 8pm,but the staff came to open the door when we called. Also staff was very helpful, we needed some cutlery and he was able to help us find it. Room was very, very clean. It was a bit small and quite dated but it didn't bother us for a good night sleep. Excellent location! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our key stopped working twice (think we placed too close to a cell phone!) We were worried since no one is at the desk overnight but both times when we called the number provided, someone was there within minutes. Room was small but clean. Would definitely stay again.

The room itself was clean. Air worked well.The TV did not work. The hotel property was junky and felt unsafe with the locking system. A “back” lobby for use by guests was like a junk room. There was no indication where to park. No info on how to reach a staff member after checking in and being told the leave and close up. The hotel is in an excellent location for enjoying the water front. And again the room was clean.
