The staff were friendly, the rooms beautiful and clean. Our boys loved the games room. Great location too. 20 minutes or so from Eiffel Tower, 5 minutes to the river and from there, you can see the tower anyway. Lots of shops and cafes all around, that served all day. Can recommend cafe Lutetia. Would stay again, definitely. Do the river cruise too!

The hotel is clean and all the staff are so freindly! It is affordable and very convenient. I recommend this place to a couple who would explore Paris within their budget. The room is small but comfortable. The only small thing I did not like is the pool table. It was not functional and there was only 1 cue stick. I wish it will be replaced and will have 2 cue sticks when I come back to stay at Platine hotel!

Easy checkin , beautiful room, easy breakfast, easy access to shops, walking distance to metro….liked Disliked….rooms are small, no ventilation in bathroom, Carpet everywhere so dusty and elevator noisy. I would still recommend this hotel, had a good time.

Mon séjour c'est très bien passé, l'hôtel était propre et le petit déjeuner délicieux. La salle de jeux est tres amusante et le service était impeccable, chaleureux et tres a l'écoute.

Hotel staff was great especially front desk and breakfast facilities staff. Very disappointed with the elevator issue. I had booked 2 rooms and had special request for wheelchair accessible. The 2 nd day elevator started having problems. I was supposed to be fixed that night and then broke again the next day. It was a struggle to get the person who required assist of wheelchair to get down 6 floors.we had to switch hotel the next for that reason.l as it became very challenging. I do want to give credit to the front staff who carried our 2 bags all the way down from the 6 th floor.

Tiny, tiny rooms. Elevator wasn’t working both days I was there and I had to carry my suitcase down seven flights of stairs. Staff was rude. Telephone in room wasn’t working. Honestly the worst place I’ve stayed in for the price. There are also no corridors to speak of - two people can’t squeeze past each other! Just four rooms crowded around an elevator. Rooms are dark, black walls and pictures of Marilyn Monroe emblazoned everywhere. Effort to be chic but just comes across as cheap. The shower was excellent.

This was our first trip to Paris. We were celebrating my daughter’s college graduation from college. The Platine Hotel was extremely clean and in a great location. We were super close to public transportation, shopping, cafes and Eiffel Tower. Elisabeth checked us in early and was very helpful with directions. The room was very small but we were only there to rest, shower and sleep.

Love this quite stylish hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and offered advice on local dining and activities. The room was very clean and so very stylish. This hotel is a gem that I almost want to keep quiet for myself but can’t because I think the world should know that not everyone needs a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower because Paris is so much more and this hotel offers the style, cuisine, and location you are looking for in a boutique hotel. PS. I really love the black tiles and mood lighting in the bathroom.

Loved the family room so I could have my own space apart from the kids, and the bonus of a door outside of our doors that faced each other for extra security and privacy. Very clean, no problems at all. The staff was great, friendly and very accommodating. The big bonus was obviously all of the Marilyn Monroe decor and paraphernalia. It’s located around the corner from lots of food and a huge mall, you can walk about a block and see the Eiffel Tower which is about a 10-minute bike ride or Metro ride away (you have to switch trains once), and the Metro stop is also about a block away. We had a great time, and were almost sad to leave! I would highly recommend!

Wonderful French boutique hotel dedicated to 50's and 60's U.S film stars makes this a unique place to stay. Very friendly staff, lovely room comfy bed and an excellent shower. Typical French breakfast, I have so missed French breakfast and French coffee these last two years.

we fell in love with this Hotel and would stay again if we ever return to Paris. The staff was fantastic and totally committed to providing excellent customer service. The manager (Katarzyna) and all desk receptionists, especially Elizabeth, were helpful and dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. This hotel is scrupulously clean and the morning breakfasts were spectacular --eggs, sausage, pancakes, potato patties, cheese, fruit, various pastries, cereals, etc. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary during our stay and the staff went for far as to scatter rose pedals on our bed in celebration of our anniversary. Additionally, the location of this hotel is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, several restaurants, and a convenient grocery store.

Hotel was charming and in a great area. Close to shops, restos, boulangeries, a mall/gallerie and especially the Eiffel Tower. Was a bit hesitant at first but the staff was very helpful and accommodating, even upgraded me when the refrigerator in my room wasn't working. Great Staff Overall.

This was our first trip to Paris. We were celebrating my daughter’s college graduation from college. The Platine Hotel was extremely clean and in a great location. We were super close to public transportation, shopping, cafes and Eiffel Tower. Elisabeth checked us in early and was very helpful with directions. The room was very small but we were only there to rest, shower and sleep.

Tiny, tiny rooms. Elevator wasn’t working both days I was there and I had to carry my suitcase down seven flights of stairs. Staff was rude. Telephone in room wasn’t working. Honestly the worst place I’ve stayed in for the price. There are also no corridors to speak of - two people can’t squeeze past each other! Just four rooms crowded around an elevator. Rooms are dark, black walls and pictures of Marilyn Monroe emblazoned everywhere. Effort to be chic but just comes across as cheap. The shower was excellent.

Location was great as it's near Seine River docking for Viking and Amawater ways long ships. Very Quiet area and yet only A few streets away from restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is simple and self serve, but too expensive for what you get.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. 0ur room was very clean. It was compact but fairly typical for a hotel room in a large European city like Paris. The hotel is on a quiet side street, located only a 2 minute walk away from a Monoprix grocery store and a shopping mall. The nearest Metro station is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel and you can get anywhere conveniently in Paris taking the Metro. I would be happy to stay at the Platine hotel again on our next visit to Paris!

we fell in love with this Hotel and would stay again if we ever return to Paris. The staff was fantastic and totally committed to providing excellent customer service. The manager (Katarzyna) and all desk receptionists, especially Elizabeth, were helpful and dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. This hotel is scrupulously clean and the morning breakfasts were spectacular --eggs, sausage, pancakes, potato patties, cheese, fruit, various pastries, cereals, etc. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary during our stay and the staff went for far as to scatter rose pedals on our bed in celebration of our anniversary. Additionally, the location of this hotel is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, several restaurants, and a convenient grocery store.

Wonderful French boutique hotel dedicated to 50's and 60's U.S film stars makes this a unique place to stay. Very friendly staff, lovely room comfy bed and an excellent shower. Typical French breakfast, I have so missed French breakfast and French coffee these last two years.

Great location in a vibrant square surrounded by lovely restaurants, shops and the metro station only minutes walk. Easy to walk to Eifel Tower too. The hotel is small, the foyer, the breakfast room, the hotel rooms all very very small in some ways the hotel room felt overly full with zero space to do anything. My only gripe was that the coffee machine came with 2 cups and 2 coffees for 2 people and they didn’t replace them after the first night of our stay and when I asked in reception for some, they wanted to charge me €2 per coffee! After paying over £400 for 2 night they wanted to charge €2 for a replacement coffee for the room. Absolutely ridiculous
