I enjoyed my stay in Plaka Beach, but the hotel was just ok. It felt very impersonal. But I prefer smaller family-run hotels. So if you like resort-type facilities, then this is a good choice. Pros: Right at a beautiful beach Convenient to bus stop to Naxos town Mini market on site Great breakfast buffet Nice pool Great for families Restaurants nearby Clean rooms (the cleaning staff was amazing!) Nice sea view Cons: Very impersonal, unfriendly staff Bar food and drinks mediocre Expensive beach beds and not enough for all hotel guests (they raised the price halfway through my stay) Very uncomfortable beds No shade on the balconies

Nothing special here besides walk to beach. Pictures of pool area are not representative of actual pool. There was a wire/net, makeshift fence around the entire pool which is a true eyesore. Breakfast was nice and wait staff around pool and bar were friendly. Rooms and facilities are pretty tired. Front desk staff never sent driver for us at ferry and it was mad chaos trying to get a cab—took 50 minutes in 100 degree heat. Do not show up in Naxos without a prearranged confirmed ride to your hotel!!

Beautiful location. Very clean. Staff was polite but not so friendly. Staff seemed not interested at all in us but rather just getting the job done. I suppose that’s what counts but at check in, a warmer welcome would go a long way. Our room was nice and clean with a great view from the balcony. We were in the building above reception. Bed was hard- not for someone with a sensitive back or back issues. Beach loungers were included but good umbrellas were an extra charge. Seems strange to do that. The hotel offered free umbrellas but they were basically rain umbrellas- not strong enough for the constant sea breeze or big enough for two people. I suggest the hotel include adequate umbrellas with the loungers. Also faucet water not acceptable for drinking. Had to buy water for drinking. Bar on site was convenient with decent food. The hotel is not directly on the beach but just across from the beach- across a narrow busy dirt/ sand road. Easy and convenient. We would return but would need the adequate umbrellas included and we would need a softer Mattress or topper for the bed.

Highly recommend booking here. Spacious rooms, large pool with kids pool, awesome service and bar, great staff all around, and bi-hourly bus from hotel to Chora-Naxos. We liked it so much we came twice this summer!

Overall the hotel was really nice - close to the beach, big pool and nice hotel complex. There are only a few small things to mention: - the pool is surrounded by an ugly fence, so you don't have the nice view as seen on the pictures - No mosquito nets in rooms, so either you are bitten by mosquitos or have to leave AC on all night which is not very sustainable and can be cold / unhealthy - At the breakfast buffet omelette was with meat for no reasons (leftovers?), so nothing for vegetarians - discussion with receptionist and reservation department about government tax, please explain to them that the government fee is included in the Expedia fee!! - No information from the hotel about free umbrellas for the beach, we only got that information after we paid for the beds

We absolutely loved this hotel and wish we has stayed longer. It’s beautiful and clean. We had a beautiful ocean view room. This hotel is right on the beach with its on beach club. The beach was gorgeous! They also have a really nice pool with hot tub. The bus to Naxos town stops right at the hotel so it’s nice if you want to go there. There are also restaurants within walking distance that are delicious.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the complimentary breakfast was both satisfying and delicious. Its location directly across from the beach made access incredibly convenient. One thing to note is the $30 fee for umbrella and chair rentals on the beach, which I had assumed would be included in the stay. That aside, everything else was excellent. Public transportation to Old Town was very convenient, with a bus stop located right in front of the hotel. There is also a mini market on the property.

Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, werden täglich gereinigt, man bekommt täglich frische saubere Handtücher, sogar täglich saubere Strandtücher. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend. Die Liegen am Pool sind kostenfrei, der Strand ist nicht weit, nur ein paar Meter über die Straße. Es ist ein sehr schöner Strand mit einem goldfarbenen feinen Sand und das Wasser ist kristallklar. Es gibt viele gute Tavernen in der Umgebung. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Overall clean room and friendly staff. Right across the street from the beach. Nice hotel pool. Free breakfast okay. Free complimentary drink from bar was nice. Bathroom could have been nicer and it was two twin beds pushed together instead of a queen bed. Bed was not super comfortable but it did the job. Our room was right outside a chicken coupe so there was a rooster making noise constantly which was a little annoying but this is in the adjacent property and I don't think the hotel could do much about that.

The property is lovely. the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The pool area is beautiful with a great view of the Mediterranean. The full breakfast buffet offers many options. There is a market onsite with food and sundries. Very convenient. The staff strives to meet your every need. I will stay here again.

Ideal location on Naxos, right at the end of Plaka Beach strip. Took the bus from the port, last stop on the route, easy and affordable to get to. We appreciated the calmness of the beach as it was not in the center of the action so not as crowded as the other areas, yet still easily accessible by bus and walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms and furniture have not been updated and are old and show signs of wear, however the rooms are kept clean. Enjoyed drinks and snack bar service on the beach.

Séjour décevant : nous avons constaté la disparition de produits de maquillage dans notre chambre lors du ménage en chambre. Nous avons signalé le fait à la Réception sans réaction de leur part. Nous trouvons cet incident regrettable, il remet en cause la confiance que l'on peut avoir envers ce type de grand établissement. Petit déjeuner très basique, produits de qualité médiocre. Chambre de bonne taille mais avec une salle de bain qui mériterait une rénovation.

The stay was very enjoyable. I can only think of two immediate improvements I would recommend. The mattress is very stiff and the showers are very very small.

We did not like the shower, but other than that the place was wonderful. Beautiful pool, right on the beach, inexpensive sunbeds, great breakfast and friendly staff. If I go back to Naxos I would stay there again in spite of the shower. Location was amazing. Walking distance to restaurants along a sandy beach road. So quaint and beautiful. The beach was beautiful and sandy.

Overall clean room and friendly staff. Right across the street from the beach. Nice hotel pool. Free breakfast okay. Free complimentary drink from bar was nice. Bathroom could have been nicer and it was two twin beds pushed together instead of a queen bed. Bed was not super comfortable but it did the job. Our room was right outside a chicken coupe so there was a rooster making noise constantly which was a little annoying but this is in the adjacent property and I don't think the hotel could do much about that.

Beautiful location. Very clean. Staff was polite but not so friendly. Staff seemed not interested at all in us but rather just getting the job done. I suppose that’s what counts but at check in, a warmer welcome would go a long way. Our room was nice and clean with a great view from the balcony. We were in the building above reception. Bed was hard- not for someone with a sensitive back or back issues. Beach loungers were included but good umbrellas were an extra charge. Seems strange to do that. The hotel offered free umbrellas but they were basically rain umbrellas- not strong enough for the constant sea breeze or big enough for two people. I suggest the hotel include adequate umbrellas with the loungers. Also faucet water not acceptable for drinking. Had to buy water for drinking. Bar on site was convenient with decent food. The hotel is not directly on the beach but just across from the beach- across a narrow busy dirt/ sand road. Easy and convenient. We would return but would need the adequate umbrellas included and we would need a softer Mattress or topper for the bed.

We absolutely loved this hotel and wish we has stayed longer. It’s beautiful and clean. We had a beautiful ocean view room. This hotel is right on the beach with its on beach club. The beach was gorgeous! They also have a really nice pool with hot tub. The bus to Naxos town stops right at the hotel so it’s nice if you want to go there. There are also restaurants within walking distance that are delicious.

I enjoyed my stay in Plaka Beach, but the hotel was just ok. It felt very impersonal. But I prefer smaller family-run hotels. So if you like resort-type facilities, then this is a good choice. Nothing special here besides walk to beach. Pictures of pool area are not representative of actual pool. There was a wire/net, makeshift fence around the entire pool which is a true eyesore. Breakfast was nice and wait staff around pool and bar were friendly. Rooms and facilities are pretty tired. Front desk staff never sent driver for us at ferry and it was mad chaos trying to get a cab—took 50 minutes in 100 degree heat. Do not show up in Naxos without a prearranged confirmed ride to your hotel!!

Great stay at Plaza beach, walkable to few other restaurants and bars on Plaka beach strip. All staff was great, initially had issue with a/c unit in suite. Staff was quick to offer solutions and got it fixed quickly. Would go back when visiting Naxos. Easy drive and bus stop also right next to hotel for trips into Chora.

This is a great place to stay! The bus from the port ends here (and turns around to go back to the port). There is a mini-market here and a restaurant (the food is great too). The beach is amazing and the staff is very helpful and kind. This is the best hotel on the island!

We loved our stay at Plaza Beach! A fantastic location at the very end of the Plaka Beach bus route. It was great having a minimart right there to buy our bus tickets and any any goodies we wanted. The staff are really friendly, from the pool bar, to buffet, cleaner, and reception. They were kind to organize a driver for our cooking class. We had several meals from the pool bar. Great Naxos fries and cant forget the chicken nuggets. The fruit salad was also really good. Beds are a bit hard and it would have been nice to have blankets in the room, instead of just a sheet. But, the folks at the front counter quickly had them for us. We would definitely return.

Most relaxing stay at the quiet end of Plaka. Well run hotel. The most beautiful beach for swimmers! We were fine here for three nights without a car. The bus runs from the port and stops right in front of the hotel. Multiple places to rent sunbeds on the beach and tavernas within walking distance.

We loved our stay! It was a bit far from the center but that made it perfect for relaxing and the beach was gorgeous. The service was great and they were so helpful. Recommend renting a car or moto or ATV if you stay here so you can really enjoy the island and not depend on expensive cabs.

Property is great location to beach and restaurants. This is a 3 star hotel so don’t expect too much in the way of luxury or any extras. They do serve a morning buffet but just like most of the other higher rated hotels they struggle to serve it hot. Overall it’s good value for what you get. Also bus service works really well in Plaka to get you around.

The location is perfect, away from the busier sections of Plaka Beach. The Breakfast is 5-star. The pools are great, and it is directly across the street from the beach. The server that comes to the beach to takes order is a star. She is positive and upbeat. The bus that goes into town originates at the hotel. For $2.50, this certainly beats Uber! This is my second time here, and we will be back!

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the complimentary breakfast was both satisfying and delicious. Its location directly across from the beach made access incredibly convenient. One thing to note is the $30 fee for umbrella and chair rentals on the beach, which I had assumed would be included in the stay. That aside, everything else was excellent. Public transportation to Old Town was very convenient, with a bus stop located right in front of the hotel. There is also a mini market on the property.

Lovely property straddling the line between the studios all along Plaka and a fully fledged “hotel”. Helpful staff, good pool bar and cafe food. Breakfast a little bit reminiscent of school dinners but decent quality and range. We liked this a lot, not totally sure the price difference va the smaller studio places is worth it but maybe.

We did not like the shower, but other than that the place was wonderful. Beautiful pool, right on the beach, inexpensive sunbeds, great breakfast and friendly staff. If I go back to Naxos I would stay there again in spite of the shower. Location was amazing. Walking distance to restaurants along a sandy beach road. So quaint and beautiful. The beach was beautiful and sandy.

Overall the hotel was really nice - close to the beach, big pool and nice hotel complex. There are only a few small things to mention: - the pool is surrounded by an ugly fence, so you don't have the nice view as seen on the pictures - No mosquito nets in rooms, so either you are bitten by mosquitos or have to leave AC on all night which is not very sustainable and can be cold / unhealthy - At the breakfast buffet omelette was with meat for no reasons (leftovers?), so nothing for vegetarians - discussion with receptionist and reservation department about government tax, please explain to them that the government fee is included in the Expedia fee!! - No information from the hotel about free umbrellas for the beach, we only got that information after we paid for the beds

The location is perfect, away from the busier sections of Plaka Beach. The Breakfast is 5-star. The pools are great, and it is directly across the street from the beach. The server that comes to the beach to takes order is a star. She is positive and upbeat. The bus that goes into town originates at the hotel. For $2.50, this certainly beats Uber! This is my second time here, and we will be back!

We loved our stay at Plaza Beach! A fantastic location at the very end of the Plaka Beach bus route. It was great having a minimart right there to buy our bus tickets and any any goodies we wanted. The staff are really friendly, from the pool bar, to buffet, cleaner, and reception. They were kind to organize a driver for our cooking class. We had several meals from the pool bar. Great Naxos fries and cant forget the chicken nuggets. The fruit salad was also really good. Beds are a bit hard and it would have been nice to have blankets in the room, instead of just a sheet. But, the folks at the front counter quickly had them for us. We would definitely return.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the complimentary breakfast was both satisfying and delicious. Its location directly across from the beach made access incredibly convenient. One thing to note is the $30 fee for umbrella and chair rentals on the beach, which I had assumed would be included in the stay. That aside, everything else was excellent. Public transportation to Old Town was very convenient, with a bus stop located right in front of the hotel. There is also a mini market on the property.

I will definitely recommend this place! We had a wonderful time, and the staff was amazing, especially Maria at the reception. She was so kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect, right in front of the beach, with easy access to walking areas and public transportation to explore the island and get to the city center. Fine rom med nydelig utsikt mot havet, romslig rom med stor balkong. Stein kas unna stranden. Buss stopp rett ved hotellet. Det lille negative var frokosten, ikke dårlig men kunne vært bedre.

Beautiful hotel located on a calm, turquoise‑blue beach. Traveling with young children, we found the property very welcoming, surrounded by olive trees. Our kids also loved playing with the friendly little cats around the resort. The pool is large and kept at a perfect temperature. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Throughout our stay, the weather was exceptionally nice, although it was also quite windy. The only small downside was the breakfast buffet, which felt a bit repetitive, but everything else was impeccable.
