We've stayed here at least 6 times; we're going back. What more can I say?

Great hosts, very accommodating to our early arrival. Food was great for breakfast. Comfortable in bed. Would stay again. Extremely hospitable.

Our experience at Bedham Hall was absolutely exceptional from start to finish! This charming bed and breakfast in Niagara Falls is a true gem, and it's all thanks to the wonderful people who make it so special. Jon and Joyce are the kind of hosts that make you feel like treasured guests rather than just visitors passing through. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality created such a welcoming atmosphere that we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available with helpful recommendations and local insights, yet gave us just the right amount of space to enjoy our stay at our own pace. And then there's breakfast – what a treat! Every morning felt like a special occasion with beautifully prepared dishes that were both delicious and thoughtfully presented. The breakfast alone is worth the stay, featuring fresh ingredients and creative touches that elevated the traditional B&B experience to something truly memorable. The combination of comfortable accommodations, exceptional hospitality from Jon and Joyce, and the incredible breakfasts made our Niagara Falls visit truly special. Bedham Hall isn't just a place to stay – it's an experience that adds so much value to your trip. We can't recommend it highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Breakfast was amazing, the room was perfect, the bed was so comfortable. Joice was very friendly and helpful.

John was awesome. Easy check in. Beautiful room, was clean and very nice. Within walking distance to shops and food. Transportation was also available to nearby attractions. Breakfast was cooked upon order and good. We will definitely be back!
