Always a pleasure to stay here. The staff is wonderful very friendly and helpful. The pool is always clean and well maintained. We have a wonderful time here.

Parking was safe, right outside our room

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast room was clean and spacious. Pool was nice.

Normally I would not have much negative about a stay at a particular location, which is why I generously gave this stay a 2-star rating. The rooms smelled a bit as if they had not been aired out and was a bit musky. The breakfast was limited with its basic components of cereals, juices, and yogurts. The highlight being a waffle machine. The major complaint was the pool was not in service throughout our entire stay of 2 days. When we brought it to the attention of the staff working there, they tried to pass it off as something related to the weather and the chemicals in the pool which made no sense as we asked around. After further questioning, we found out that the pool was out of service for over a week without any sort of advertisement on their website. We were up there for a tournament and our kids were looking forward to using that pool in between games. To compound the issues our television did not work even though we mentioned it within one hour of getting to the motel. The only reason I bring this up was because the pool was out of service and the Olympics being on, it was challenge to us in-between our games at this motel. Now I know that someone might reach out and try to comment that they understand and will try to improve things in the future, but that doesn't help those families who spent good money and time to book a place they thought would be a good location for their children and families on a long weekend. Truly disappointing and unfortunate.

The room was comfortable, but a bit outdated. The bathroom door didn’t fully close without some adjustments. Loud noises were coming from across the street at midnight, but that was not something they could control. The pool was refreshing and clean, but area surrounding pool could have used some clean up.

Stayed with grandkids so the pool was great. Good breakfast as well.

Our stay was good experience. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the pool was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating to our large group.

We checked in at 3 pm came back 11:30 p we found bedbugs we told front desk man we left right away and paid $186.00 for nothing.

Room was spotless and staff were courteous and very helpful.

The room smelled and carpets were disgustingly dirty and greasy.

Hallways smell bad, room carpets are filthy. Bathroom is extremely small and the sink counter is hovering over the toilet, if you are more than 5’4” you will have to tilt your legs to sit in the toilet. Overall it was a bad experience and we cancelled our second night.

I stayed here on May 7 and 8 2025. Woke up covered in bed bug bites on May 9 morning. Disgusting

Mold and paint peeling in the shower. Visible holes in the wall behind the mirror. Broken cabinet door where fridge is Broken ice machine Dried something splattered all over the walls and not cleaned. The rack in the bathroom was full of rust.

Great for the price but should wash their carpets, my feet got black after 2 minutes in the room. You have to wait a good 4 minutes to get hot water. Not lots of blankets

Broken television. Carpet was bumpy and a trip hazard. It was noisy with people yelling and partying until 3am.

Everything was perfect. Stayed 3 night. Staff was super nice, room was awesome, we had the 3 queen beds in the room. Fit our family of 5 perfectly. Water pressure was great, tub didnt fill up while taking a shower. And great price.

After check in my daughter and i parked my car and noticed a black car with 2 men inside starring at us. Made me feel very uneasy to the point that i put the desk up against the door while we slept. The noise from the street racers, people doing donuts in the parking lot across tbe street and the EXTREMELY loud mufflers on cars made it absolutely impossible for me to sleep until after 2 am. It was so loud it sounded like the door was open (which locked but didnt seem to be completely shut). What an absolute nightmare. If my daughter hadnt been sleeping so well i would have just drive the nearly 6 hour drive home!

You get what you pay for and a little bit more ... so if you're just stopping in, great parking, surprisingly clean and updated bathrooms, room was fine, beds were very good, kinda old carpets but its okay. Basic but standard breakfast. But super cheap on the wallet. So I'd stay here again on my next quick trip into town.

Staff were friendly and nice, room was clean and looks to have been updated a few years ago. The outside of the property is a little dated and could use updating and noise from the street could be heard. Overall, we’re happy with our stay.

This is a second-tier motel so no surprises with the premises. Dated but clean enough though the room had an undefined odour. Disappointed by the apparently broken TV and the cigarette holes in the worn-out quilt. Check-in was easy. Check-out was a nightmare. We finished our family business a day early and checked out. I mentioned this to the desk clerk who immediately went immediately into paroxysms of how I would have to chase Expedia for any price adjustment. Expedia? I tried unsuccessfully to tell him I had not paid a third party but he would have none of it and then decided to start shouting at me, shouting me down and plumbing the depths of his general unpleasantness. Apparently, he also thought he needed to get in the last word. I used to teach customer service but this guy seems never to have heard of the idea. I had no intention of being difficult and his reactions were both completely incompetent and totally inappropriate. He accelerated - unprompted - from zero to abusive in no time at all. He would not have lasted 10 minutes if he were my employee. However, since I have no other recent Wyndham experience, I can only assume this behaviour was within company standards. I am yet to check my credit card statement but I expect the charge will be for 4 nights rather than the three. It seems to me I used to have some sort of Wyndham points card. If I come across it, I will be sure to throw it away.

We checked in late to the hotel. It was quick and easy check in. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Manager intentionally attemped to wait on the guest behind me in line, even though I had been standing in line for 15 minutes before the other guest arrived. Was also given the incorrect room, 2 double beds rather than 1 queen, even though I booked a week in advance. Terrible service.

The hotel is easy to find. Close to the E.C. Row Expressway and the 401. Check in was quick and simple. Our request for a main-floor room was granted without question. The room is immaculate and comfortable. This is our second time staying here when in town for family events. We will be back.

Ways to access. Clean and close to downtown. Will visit here again.

Great hotel in Windsor not too far from the 401 and Detroit tunnel or bridge. A few places to eat nearby and Canadian Superstore next door.

Newly renovated looks great! Nice and clean. Check in was easy. Lots of parking, lots of restaurants and shopping near by.. border to detroit is 5 min drive. Pretty quiet besides the traffic of the cars driving by! Would stay here again.

Clean and convenient location. Rooms can be better insulated for sound as you can hear people and TV from adjoining rooms. Safety can be an issue as anyone can walk in to the door.

Rooms were nice and location near highways was good, but area around hotel was a bit shady.

Next door to bowling. Perfect spot and cheap to boot.

Loose sink faucet, hole in wall in bathroom where door knob is, loud AC. It’s fine for a quick stay. Complimentary breakfast is simple. My kids like the waffle maker. It was good.

Room was ok, comfortable bed, but bathroom needs renovation. Options for breakfast were very limited, next to nothing.

We booked this last minute for a double header my daughter had for soccer. This was the perfect place. The continental breakfast was great the next morning! The gentleman made us all waffles and was making eggs for other guests. The kids had a great time!

The breakfast was included in our stay and was very good. John even cooked up eggs and home fries for us! He was a delight!

Property, room, and building was clean, staff were very nice. Busted ice maker missing it's covers, a room entrance door that didn't close properly, and not a great quality breakfast were the big minuses.
