Nice, quiet property, except we could hear neighbors above walking loudly early in the morning everyday. Outdoor pool area was nice. Game room and exercise room were very basic. Easy check in and parking. Cleaning was decent, although dirty towels were left in the washer, I assume from prior guests, and dishwasher was not unloaded. Overall, a good place to stay. Since there were very few close options for food nearby, additional vending machines would be a great addition.

It was a nice resort. We had a little trouble finding out how to call to let the front desk know that we would be arriving after 5. The number on the contact did not connect. We just googled the info and did get through to a person. They indicated our key & information would be in a basket outside the office door ....which it was. Our unit was Building 6 Unit 1. Thank goodness it was on the first level. That was wonderful!!! We were very happy with the condo layout. It was very cozy. Two bedrooms with two bathroooms. There are tv's in each bedroom and living room. The beds were comfortable. The bathtowels were very fluffy and large. The bath in master bedroom had an old jucuzzi bath, which is hard for older people to get in and out. The other bath was easy to maneuver. The deck was very spacious and plenty of sitting areas. Beautiful view. Now the negative: There was a "thing bug" attached to master bedroom wall about the size of a silver dollar. They did send someone down to remove. The linens are dated but clean. The dishes in the cabinets were put away dirty. We ended up taking the dishes we were going to use and ran them through the dishwaher. The cabinets are very high and hard to reach many items. The pots and pans are very dated. The only supplies provided were: Paper towels; salt & pepper shaker; dish soap; trashbags; shampoo & conditioner; had to ask for extra tp. Washer & dryer is provided. Indoor pool luke warm but hot tub was hot.

My family and I loved our stay. Nothing but good things to say! Very family friendly with an indoor pool. Nice spacious rooms that felt like home! We loved our nature walks around the property as well.

The hot tub heater went out while there so it was cold but no fault of property. Tub was dirty and hot water was llimited to very little. The property and condo was beautiful and We loved it other than the tub and water situation. The managers were great.

It was secluded but had many up-to-date amenities. The clubhouse was very nice and close to our unit.

It was quite. The weather was cold so we didn't get to go to the inside pool. Everything was just fine. We stayed four days and only had coffee for two days and had to buy more at desk.

We came for a quick family trip. If you’re going to SDC it’s a great location to avoid traffic. My grandchildren loved the pool. The office is available 24 hours a day by phone. We will definitely stay there again 5+ stars

Nice condo well stocked. Very very clean which makes us happy. If I’m very picky I was expecting a lake view and it definitely is not. I re-read property posting and it did not state lake view it was the impression I got but not stated. Only other issue was small poor quality sleeping pillows. A lot spent on huge nice decorative pillows but the ones to sleep on were sad. Great experience. Pretty cabin. Pool area is great both indoor and outdoor!

Overall, i liked the looks of the property, but the smell of mold that hit you and stuck to your nose was over powering. The cabin/condo looked neat but it was not very clean. The shower had mildew and saop scum,the refrigerator was not very clean at all. We found spiders everywhere and cobwebs. But overall i liked the looks of the place, just couldn't get past the smell, it was overpowering.

It was so clean and guilt and decorated for Christmas!

The beds were not comfortable and the bedding was old. Condo needed to be updated, mauve and green went out of style awhile ago. Biggest issue was stained linens in bathroom. You should throw them out if you can’t get stains out! The area was nice, but we wouldn’t stay there again.

Condo was high quality, comfortable, clean, and kitchen was well-stocked. The entire property was well-maintained. We enjoyed our stay!

We love Indian point and have stayed before but different places. This room at the village was not clean, the top blanket and pillow cases were dirty there was food and trash in the sofa bed, a dirty pair of underwear shoved into couch cushion( which freaked my son out so he threw them off the balcony where they laid on the grass for our whole stay, still there when we checked out) The whole place smelled of mildew especially the bathroom. The tub took ages to drain and seemed to be blocked with hair, the tub itself wasn’t clean. The shower had one wonky spray that iced the whole shower with misty spray, which was extra bad bc there was almost no hot water. The tv in the bedroom only played one channel. The unscreened porch had a door to the main bedroom that had a broken lock. The bed was comfy and the fireplace was nice. But for the price I pay to come here I expect a lot better, I will definitely come back to Indian point but I will not stay at the village again.

Overall it was a great accommodation! I was very impressed with the screened in porch, I hadn’t realized it was screened in. Was probably our favorite area to sit. I have only 2 complaints and 2 suggestions (which none of these would deter me from staying her again) Suggestion: 1. getting the master tub looked at, the bottom is uneven. 2. The Roku in the 2nd bedroom was not working. Complaints: 1. The pull out couch mattress needs to be replaced. My 16yo nephew woke up with back pain, he even used the mattress cushion that was in the closet. 2. There were towels left in the washer that I had to remove to do our clothes.

We loved it. The only complaint was that whatever cleaning services they use are not doing the job well. Under the bed and behind the nightstand we're inches of dust dirt and long strands of human hair

Everything was great except for the beds. They were extremely hard.

We loved the coziness of the cabin! It was very woodsy. The beds were comfortable although they did creak when we moved. I still slept soundly. The jacuzzi worked but it was very hard to push the button to turn it on and the knobs were loose. Overall it was a great place and a great location. I would definitely stay again longer!

Great location within a short drive from silver dollar city. We loved the scenic views from our patio overlooking the lake. We stayed over July 4th and really enjoyed seeing the firework displays throughout the surrounding areas from the comfort of our patio.

Upon going into our condo, we were promised with very up to date furniture and TVs. The condo we were given did not look like the pictures at all. Instead of up to date and nice looking condo, we were given a condo that looks like it hadn’t been changed since 2003. Instead of having a big flat screen tv to watch our football game on, we only had what seemed to be a 21 inch tv on the wall. Aside from the false advertisement, there was crumbs of food in the guest bedroom.

We stayed in lodge 8 condo 9 on the 3rd floor. No elevator had to pack all our stuff and cooler up 3 flights of stairs. The condo was very clean can’t say enough about how clean it was. My husband and I are tall people (I’m 5’10 my husband is 6’3) this condo is not for tall people. The recliners look like they are for children the bathroom sinks came mid thigh. T.V’s are around 30” and did not work very well they kept buffering or not working at all. They have 4 or 5 remotes for the living room and 3 each in each bedroom. None of them labeled so we try to turn on TV in bedroom and the one in the living room came on. Overall our stay was okay.

Poor communication between Hotels.Com and the property. After this was worked out everything was fine. Very nice and very clean property

The condo was perfect and exactly what we needed. The pool area was very nice and everything was clean. The property is close enough to everything, but far enough away to be out of all the main traffic area! Office staff wasn’t the most helpful when asked about things to do, but that’s ok, they were efficient and check in and out was easy!

Great place. Let us check in a little early and nice. Only negatives was a stain on the bed sheet and took a while to figure out how to work the TV's and had to switch them to HDMI to watch cable TV. Overall really good place.

It was close to Silver Dollar City

This was an ideal vacation from start to finish. I had looked at this property in the past and always wanted to visit during Christmas. This was the first time. The condo was clean, the furnishings so cool, everything we needed was there. The proximity to Silver Dollar City was a plus. My daughter and grandsons loved the condo and want to come back next year. We will be booking for next year.

The location was great. It was quiet, and only about 6 minutes from Silver Dollar City. The condo didn't have lodge decor like the pictures on Expedia, but it was fine. I know each home is individually decorated. I will admit I was hoping it looked a little bit like the picture, though :). There were a few small items that needed work (bathroom faucet was loose, etc.), which we told the property management about. The area was super quiet most of our stay (which was in December). On the last day someone in a different building let their dog bark outside for several hours. Overall it was nice, though.
