The staff was nice. The room smelled musty. I got some air freshener from the front desk which helped a little. I turned off the AC and opened the window which helped more until someone decided to stand right outside and smoke so I had to close it. The exit door right outside our room did not lock so any one could come in and out. Even with the window closed I could hear people talking outside during the night. Walls were scuffed badly, one chair was really stained up, the bed was ok-ish but the pillows were totally flat. We slept and got the heck out.

The bathtub was gross, and the mat was discussing. There was no breakfast as stated and the hot tub was out of order. If you stay here, make sure you take your hair dryer and bathroom supplies as they have nothing.

No hot tub working; no continental breakfast as advertised; filthy room that smelled; VERY OLD run-down hotel. Beds were hard and hold with flat pillows and dirty bedspreads; air conditioning unit hanging off of wall; mirror not cleaned; garbage on the bathroom floor; dim lights; totally disgusting. If I had another place to stay, I would have packed up and left.

This place stunk of cigarette smoke so bad that my husband and i had to go to another hotel, even though we had 2 paid nights here. We were only there for a brief period of time and our clothes and belongings reeked! Everything in the room was old and it felf disgusting. The guy at check in was very nice and friendly though. Would recommend to a single homeless guy who needed a place to sleep.

The man working the desk for our late night check in was great. Very thorough, friendly and quick. We were allowed to easily check in with our two great danes and were allowed to park our pickup pulling a gooseneck on the adjacent street, which was nice considering their small parking lot. The room was generally clean, but oh my god....the smell. It was horrific. I wish wed known to check in much earlier to allow the room to air out. We were in room 19 and it was HEAVY with a dense musty smell of water damage, and it in the corner near the ac unit it smelled strongly of rodent or some other type of urine. We cranked the AC up all the way and opened the windows for the night and were able to get about 6 hours of sleep before bailing first thing the next morning. If you can check in well in advance of having to spend any considerable time in the room, so you can air it out....do it

Our room was absolutely disgusting. There were crumbs in our beds, under the beds were filthy, band aid wrappers, a bottle of foam sanitizer under the bed, one of the beds didn't have sheets on them.

We found a moldy Cheeto behind the night stand when plugging in our phones, there was long black hairs left in the shower which leads me to believe they don’t actually clean the shower, it was really dusty in the room and there were lots of cob webs above us. Also beds very hard and they only give you 3 pillows on each bed instead of 4?

Employees were really nice. I did feel safe there. I would stay again if the room was properly cleaned with a very heavy deep cleaning. And some proper maintenance. The light in the bathroom went out before our stay ended. AC unit filter was completely dirty. Took it to front desk they cleaned it. Really thick dust under one of the queen size beds. Rooms should not be rented out if they have not been properly cleaned. All furniture should be removed and floor vacuumed, and shampooed. There was no discount on stay. I did not ask for one plus reserved on a third-party Internet site. Would not pay $99 for a dirty room again.

Was afraid to lay on the bed fearing how dirty it might be. Everything is very outdated! Gross! Don’t stay there! I wish I would have just stayed in my car!!

Front desk clerk very pleasant and helpful. Our room had large cobs, dusty walls, damp moist moldy oder. Bathroom had had ceiling tiles with water stains. Door peep hole plugged with toilet paper.

The reception desk people were friendly and welcoming, also helpful and accommodating. Our main complaint is that the bed was too soft and sunk down in the middle. Still, we slept fine and enjoyed our stay. Next time I'd want to check out the bed to make sure it's firm. There was also a vent in the bathroom ceiling that needed to be fixed as it was hanging loose at one end. The reception area is very nice with a comfortable living room atmosphere and beautiful wooden tables. The Knight's Inn location was perfect for attending a wedding at Fiddler's Green, only a 3-mile drive away.

The room was damp and humid. You could see moisture on the bathroom floor tiles, the bedding felt damp, and the carpet was moist to the touch! Laminate on doors was peeling off and the decor was at least 25 years out of date. They have also discontinued breakfast service.

The owner was very nice and made the check in process easy. The room was nice, beds were comfortable, the room was nice and cool. The only thing I didn't like was we had a couple people next to us that let their TV stay on all night and it interrupted my sleep. Then at 6 am, there was someone outside my window having a loud conversation with someone on their phone which woke me up after having a rough night of sleep.

Price was cheap, property needs updating, painting, fixing holes indoors, security latches and the cut screen on the window is alarming. The location was convenient but it needs work befor i stay there again.

Had to leave a day early... no refund... way to noisy. Construction work happening. Mamagement rude. Not kid friendly. Has long time residence there. No housekeeping and pool is only open 7am to 11am

The Knight's Inn location was perfect for attending a wedding at Fiddler's Green, only a 3-mile drive away.
The reception desk people were friendly and welcoming, also helpful and accommodating. Our main complaint is that the bed was too soft and sunk down in the middle. Still, we slept fine and enjoyed our stay. Next time I'd want to check out the bed to make sure it's firm. There was also a vent in the bathroom ceiling that needed to be fixed as it was hanging loose at one end. The reception area is very nice with a comfortable living room atmosphere and beautiful wooden tables. Our room was dirty, very dusty windows very dirty.The front desk people were nice but lacked proper clothes did not look professional. No continental breakfast. Hot tub was shut down for a few months still not working.Terrible smell in the lobby area. Weeds growing out of the rain gutters,weeds everywhere.Not sure who owns this place?It looks to be that people actually livethere on the 2nd floor.Very creepy,very runned down.Would never stay at a place like this again

The owner was very nice and made the check in process easy. The room was nice, beds were comfortable, the room was nice and cool. The only thing I didn't like was we had a couple people next to us that let their TV stay on all night and it interrupted my sleep. Then at 6 am, there was someone outside my window having a loud conversation with someone on their phone which woke me up after having a rough night of sleep.

The man working the desk for our late night check in was great. Very thorough, friendly and quick. We were allowed to easily check in with our two great danes and were allowed to park our pickup pulling a gooseneck on the adjacent street, which was nice considering their small parking lot. The room was generally clean, but oh my god....the smell. It was horrific. I wish wed known to check in much earlier to allow the room to air out. We were in room 19 and it was HEAVY with a dense musty smell of water damage, and it in the corner near the ac unit it smelled strongly of rodent or some other type of urine. We cranked the AC up all the way and opened the windows for the night and were able to get about 6 hours of sleep before bailing first thing the next morning. If you can check in well in advance of having to spend any considerable time in the room, so you can air it out....do it

Price was cheap, property needs updating, painting, fixing holes indoors, security latches and the cut screen on the window is alarming. The location was convenient but it needs work befor i stay there again.

The bathtub was gross, and the mat was discussing. There was no breakfast as stated and the hot tub was out of order. If you stay here, make sure you take your hair dryer and bathroom supplies as they have nothing.

The room was damp and humid. You could see moisture on the bathroom floor tiles, the bedding felt damp, and the carpet was moist to the touch! Laminate on doors was peeling off and the decor was at least 25 years out of date. They have also discontinued breakfast service.

Check in person worked to get us a first floor room since I have trouble with stairs. Disappointed though that there was no breakfast even though advertised there would be.

We found a toothbrush under the bedding... needless to say we slept with our clothes on and did not get under the covers. No continental breakfast even though its advertised. Pool area needs updating no hot tub. The people running it seem nice but the rooms are run down and dirty did not use the shower it stunk of urine in the little toilet shower room. When we got there a guy was drunk blasting a speaker by his truck looked like he was camping in the parking lot. Do not think I will be returning.

I was charged $5.10 more at check in than I reserved the room for on line. This additional charge was not explained to me or authorized by me. There was a lot of loud talking and fighting that went on late at night that made us very uncomfortable. No in-room coffee available and the coffee at the front desk was very weak and had a funny taste.
