Excellent location and outstanding host. Thank you Antonis for making our stay extra special, we truly enjoyed every minute of it. The room is very clean and tastefully decorated. It's equipped with the essentials including a mini fridge and kitchenette. However, it's slightly on the smaller side but the oversized terrace makes up for it and then some - perfect for a couple. The view from the room and private terrace is amazing, and the location is less than 200 steps from the beach! (PS there are stairs you must take down to access the beach). Things to note: there's no restaurant onsite but there are plenty of delivery options if desired. Better yet, there are many great local restaurants offering excellent local cuisine options, as well as a grocery store are all nearby ~ 7 min drive. Renting a car is MUST. The beach is clean and the water is pristine with hardly any waves (the property sit on a cove on the south side of the island which protects it from open water). The host is super friendly and hospitable. He went above and beyond to offer tips and recommendations that just added to the experience. Highly recommend staying at Seaside Studio. We will definitely come back again.

Un accueil chaleureux, une décoration tout à fait à mon goût, un bon matelas et un environnement calme pour bien se reposer. Et bien sûr une vue sur la mer dès le réveil dont on ne peut se lasser! Je recommande vraiment cet endroit****

Foi maravilhoso! Ficamos em um quarto quádruplo com pequena cozinha e uma varanda grande, com jacuzzi e com vista direta para a praia Kalo Livadi, que certamente é uma das melhores para banho de mar. A vista da varanda é espetacular! O Antonis é um excelente anfitrião, nos recebendo e nos ajudando em todas as questões, desde dicas sobre Mykonos, aluguel de carro, transfer, etc. Indico o Sea Side e agradeço muito toda atenção dada à minha família!

Our room was lovely and had an expansive terrace overlooking the sea that had comfy sofas and lounge chairs. Our host, Antonis, was truly gracious, helpful, and a pleasure to speak with. Everything was clean, there was a very comfortable bed and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. We loved it!
