A quaint older hotel but with lakeside views from most rooms and a lovely tiki bar and restaurant within one minute walk from your room what else do you need. Water sport hire is here too for boats and kayaking which provide excellent prices compared to others in the area. My only recommendation is to provide some breakfast items either to purchase or for free to grab and take back to the room to enjoy coffee on the deck watching the lakeside views. Apart from this a lovely hotel and great staff.

If you have a person that LOVES to fish, like I do, this is the hotel for you! This is the 2nd time we stayed here and we will be back. The check in was fast and the staff is very helpful about where to eat and things to do. This hotel was built in 1942 (Elvis stayed at this hotel when he filmed "Follow that Dream"), so there are not a lot of amenities. Our room had 2 full size beds which we wanted, (this hotel offers rooms with queen beds) with modern comforters and sheets. It is Very clean and a little dated bathroom. It has a micro wave and a small refrigerator and Wi-Fi. There is a restaurant on site and a place on site to rent boats and kayaks. Most of all you can sit outside on your balcony and watch a beautiful sunset.

The staff was very friendly And helpful. Check-in was a breeze. We brought our dog as this is a pet friendly hotel, extra charge but that is to be expected. Our room was on the 2nd floor, some of the wood railings could use some work. ie sanding/painting We rented a boat for the day, very easy and smooth process. Would highly recommend. We didn't visit the bar as we were out afternoons and evenings, if they were open in the am would have had some tasty beverages. The Hotel is expanding, I believe. If not expanding building new buildings which look like they will be really nice. Hope to come back and see what upgrades are made in the future.
