Just stating the facts: tiny rooms, only one outlet worked, the mini fridge froze all of our food in turn ruining it, no water pressure, all outside chairs were somewhat broken. In fact, my 70 year old father unknowingly sat in a broken plastic Adirondack chair and fell right through to the ground. Pool wasn’t too bad.

Loved the 3 bedroom suite, was perfect for our family to stay after tubing with SacoBound, which is right across the street. Also had a pool, picnic tables, a playground, fire pits, etc. outside, which was great for the kids. Overall very pleased with our first visit to this motel.

Excellent stay! My husband and I loved staying in the Suite. It was clean and so roomy. I suggest bringing chairs for sitting out front or out back. The facility is so neat with a playground and a pool. The staff was great. Had a great sleep too! Close by eating. North Conway not far. We would definitely go back.

Although the room was dated, it was very clean the outer property was immaculate...there is a pool bbq fire pits play area for children The motel is very close to north conway, for shopping The personnel were extremely friendly cooperative and pleasant

The grounds were nice. However, our room needed a total redo. The first thing that you noticed as you entered the room, was the musty smell.The beds were hard and lumpy, furniture was minimal. One small, older, cushioned chair placed in a corner for a room with 2 double beds. The dresser was also old and had holes on the top of it. Bathroom had rusted spots on the radiator covers and the toilet was so low, it would be perfectly suited for a child. The fan/vent made so much noise, it would disturb anyone sleeping and could not be turned off separately from the light. The carpet was well worn and reminded me of indoor/outdoor carpeting. Most of the woodwork needed painting or repairs. The room rate was one of the positives of the motel. The person who checked us in was also very pleasant.

Room was clean and spotless, had been painted since our last visit. Nicely decorated and comfortable king size bed. Price is excellent and it’s a pleasure to stay at this motor lodge that has been well maintained.

It was alright, staff was nice. Room was unexpectedly not that clean. There was a used toilet paper roll when walked in. The beds were extremely small and the fridge was moldy.

The rooms are dated and the bathrooms were not very clean. The shower had pink mold and the corners had dirt build up along all the baseboards. The bed was decent, pillows were good, although we brought our own in case. Not sure we would stay there again specifically because the bathroom was in need of a deep clean. Office staff was very nice upon arrival.

Our trip was ok at best stayed at this hotel 3 times in the padt this time it was terrible beds were very uncomfortable room was dirty the flters in all 4 air-conditioners were full of dust like they had never been cleaned all of us [6] woke up congested not sure if they changed ownership but very disappointed in our stay

The room was very small and the beds very uncomfortable. There was no water pressure in the shower and the water took awhile to warm up. The kids enjoyed the playground and the pool. The staff were friendly. They no longer have a Continental breakfast.

No phones in room. No front desk after 8pm Door shut before I could grab it...my phone, my inhaler and my wallet were locked inside. Had to call 911 and was an hour or more before someone could come and let me into my room. Awful experience. Room was clean.

Hated everything about this place!! Was on my way and became suddenly ill and had to return home due to unable to stop vomitting. I was denied any sort of refund or compensation due to this medical emergency. 10/10 do not recommend even buying protection as it does NOTHING to help in emergench situations like this.

The fire alarm in my room beeped every 90 seconds. When I mentioned it the next morning the woman basically said too bad. When I asked for some type of credit as I was kept awake most of the night I was told too bad Never stay again

Staff close to rude on check-in. Would not consider my request for a quieter room away from office though a vacancy sign was up the entire length of my six night stay. Staff did empty the trash and give me fresh towels. The in room coffee was an inexpensive brand. It quite drinkable … the bed was comfortable, the room clean but very small. I would have run into the open bathroom door (which could not be completely opened) if I didn’t get out of bed on the far side. I travel a great deal and this motel was (in my opinion) inferior.

When i checked in the owner accused me of lying about how many people are staying in the room. She told me i saw your friend in your car, i know you are lying. I told her my friend dropped me off then she accused me of lying about having a dog, i had no animal with me. Then she told me that check out is 10am and im leaving at 10am. The next morning i needed to renew my stay i called front desk before 10am to renew they apporved that ill be coming down in a few to renew. 30 mins later the owner busts thru my door and says times up get out. At this point i am furious and i go to the front desk to pay for another night and find out that the owner threw away my itinerary and the guy at the fro t desk needed to record all my info again. He told me that the owner threw it away. I also complained to him about the woman who busyed thru my door and he assured me that it was the owner and there is nothing he can do about it. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone

The room was very small and the beds very uncomfortable. There was no water pressure in the shower and the water took awhile to warm up. The kids enjoyed the playground and the pool. The staff were friendly. They no longer have a Continental breakfast.

Excellent stay! My husband and I loved staying in the Suite. It was clean and so roomy. I suggest bringing chairs for sitting out front or out back. The facility is so neat with a playground and a pool. The staff was great. Had a great sleep too! Close by eating. North Conway not far. We would definitely go back.

Our stay was extremely disappointing, but what happened afterward was even more concerning. We discovered that a $130 bottle of perfume was missing from our room after housekeeping had access to the property. We immediately brought the issue to management because we expected our belongings to be safe while staying here. Unfortunately, the response from the property manager was incredibly dismissive. Rather than taking the complaint seriously and looking into what happened, I felt that the primary concern was defending the staff and minimizing the situation because it was “just a bottle of perfume.” It is NOT “just a bottle of perfume.” It was a $130 personal item that belonged to me and was in a room that we were paying to occupy. Regardless of the value, guests should never have to question whether their belongings are safe when they leave their room. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability and concern from management. I would have expected the situation to be investigated thoroughly and the guest’s concerns to be treated with respect. We paid to stay here. We trusted that our room and belongings would be treated appropriately. Unfortunately, that trust was broken — and management’s response only made the situation worse. I would strongly encourage future guests to keep a close eye on their personal belongings and think carefully before choosing this property.

We found the Lodge to be very clean and well maintained. It would have been very helpful to have a broom and dust pan in the room, we brought two dogs with us and between them and us the floors were covered in grass cuttings.

Great little place, very clean, the property is well maintained with nice fire pits, charcoal grilles available, new playground area. Slightly off the busy tourist area. Found this to is beautiful, quiet yet very close to all the attractions. I'll stay here again in a heartbeat!
