Apple Store Cottage

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at Apple Store Cottage. While visiting the UK for two weeks, this was without a doubt the highlight of our trip. The cottage was comfortable, and we truly felt at home. The champagne, local bread, a fire ready to be lit, and a quick visit from our host were all thoughtful and much appreciated touches.

Absolutely wonderful. Secluded and peaceful position in a gated position looking at the owners lovely house. Lovely welcome pack added to the lovely cottage. Would have liked to learn about the history of the place. Something for Sue, the very nice owner, could write up and enclose in the information pack. ( me being nosey !!) everything supplied, very cosy. Very clean.

We booked for a two night stay before Christmas. The cottage is perfectly located in the centre of Charlbury just behind The Bell. It’s very quiet and peaceful. We made the most of our time, walking in Bleinheim park, the Cornbury Estate and round some of the local villages. Everything was very festive and we appreciated the Christmas touches in the cottage. The cottage is very cosy, warm and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Exceptional cottage - one of the Cotswolds’ best! We received a very warm welcome from the owners, and loved the location / accessibility and gorgeous decor - a perfect long weekend. Would highly recommend and return!
