Good price and free wifi and parking.

This was an alternative to sleeping in a tent, so the expectation was low. It satisfied the requirement. Nothing seriously wrong with the room, but, no Telus phone service, TV struggled to keep with the cable network on Tubi, had to run hot water for 4 or 5 minutes to heat up for a shower. The room had a fridge, but no glasses for water, no closet or hooks to hang anything. Table and chairs were comfortable, mattress and bedding no complaints. The front desk reception was difficult. I asked for a room bill and was told I could only receive on email. Room rate was not as expected despite booking with Expedia. We were told there was WiFi available but were not offered anyway to connect to it. When I went back to the office, the outside door was lock and there was a sign on the window saying, "ring the bell," that was on the wall inside the locked lobby. Coffee station in the lobby was inaccessible in the morning as the door was still locked both days. (Suggest we could call the "emergency number" but would have had to drive 4 kms to town to get cell service. Keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed.

Decent place for a sleep. But you are stranded in the middle of nowhere so if you don’t have a car you’re reliant on food deliveries as there is no restaurant on site. You get for what you pay for. Also the showers have weak pressure and the heat is on mild so no hot shower for too long.

Old motel undated with modern torches. Very clean and bathroom was modern. Beds were excellent and very comfortable!! Easy access to highway and lots of parking.

Wasn't one big room. Separate bedroom. No amenities close by. Good for me staying and going to the Canadian Open.

The room had about a half dozen house flies flying around in it. Had trouble catching them as the Superior Room with kitchennete came with literally nothing in the cupboards (see attached pics). I asked the office for a vacuum so I can catch the flies, all they could produce was a vintage metal vacuum from the 50's era that was so dusty it didn't look like it had been used in 20 years. It was a very heavy upright vacuum that was usable to swing around in the air to catch flies. So I asked for a newspaper. Then I got killing the flies. The more I killed, the coming from somewhere, I could not find what hole they were coming in from. The place was dirty, came with nothing in kitchenette and the rack had no hangers for hanging coats/clothes. Worst motel I've ever been to (in Canada). App is not letting me post pictures. Interesting.

Room was VERY DIRTY. It's dated and that would be fine IF it was clean. The walls have runs of dirt on them, the curtains have blood stains, looks like they mop the floors with mud water. Every corner is piled with grime. I went to ask for a clean room and was told because we had been there for half hour that they had no more rooms available and would not issue a refund or even a partial refund. Too dirty to even have a shower. While I was talking to her, another couple came in to complain about their dirty room also, not sure what their outcome was, but they were told to come back in 10 minutes. They said their towels were nicely folded with big clumps of hair in them. I've seen some pretty grungy places over the years, but this place takes the cake! AVOID this place at all costs. NOTHING BUT HORRIBLE AND GROSS.

The motel was easy to find. Check-in was fast. The room and bed linen was clean, not worn out. The bathroom was recently renovated. There was a refrigerator and a microwave oven for use.

Unclean. Blood stains on the bed, other mystery stains throughout the bed and room. Dirty shower so we didnt use it. The room was the most disgusting room ive ever stayed in. Will NEVER return or recommend. Staff was unhelpful about the state of the room.

Rooms online were 110 plus taxes, so comes up to 122 roughly. I called the guy at the main office and he stated 130. But when I went to pay it was suddenly $146? I get into the room and its NOT CLEANED. The pillows have prints and the sheets are dirty, shower curtain has a big mark going down it, and the tub is not clean. Im very discouraged with my stay.

Stains on the mattress, stains on the ceiling, drain clogged with hair, flies buzzing around the room. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable. I even overheard my neighbour yelling about the state of his room so I know it's not just my room.

The room smelled like it had been used to film Cheech and Chong movie immediately after a garbage fire. My second night I found Bedbugs and immediately packed and left the hotel, never to return. On a related note bedbugs are larger than you might expect.

The room shown on Expedia is a catfish. It was a completely different room upon check in and was extremely dirty. The floors weren’t cleaned. There was hair on the bathroom tub and wall. The bathroom tub also had no curtains or a door so you can’t really have a shower without the water getting everywhere. The bed sheets had hair and marks all over and the door wouldn’t lock properly. Please do not stay in this motel it’s not worth $100 a night.

The rooms have been renovated but the toilet was leaking water on the floor in the bathroom. The floors in the room where filthy as I walked around bare feet and my feet where black so I had to walk around my room with shoes on. I fully understand that nothing will happen about this and all I can do is never go back. I travel regularly and stay in many small motels.

No internet, which i needed. When you book it says WIFI included. I paid before i found out that is false. Then, they would only refund part of one of the two nights, even though i basically just walked into the room and out again when i realized there was no internet. And only then after a LOT of arguing. Beat up, dumpy rip off-hotel. I would not have booked there if I'd known there was no internet. Don't book Cedar Springs!!

Just the host isn't very friendly, the shower head was mounted wrong so hot is cold and cold is hot and the tv doesn't work. Simple stuff. Then I told him I'll be back in a week to book another room if he could hold the stuff I forgot for me and he said no; he'll only wait 2 days then he'll "throw my things out". 😆.... Guess I'm definitely not coming back.

Located outside the city. Wifi didn’t work, not mobile network either. Had to go the town for internet. Good only for sleep

Rooms were clean, renovated, and bed was comfortable. You do hear noise from highway 7. I would recommend the motel get blackout curtains for the window as it is very bright in the room from the LED lights shining on outside walkway.

Wifi barely worked and sattelite tv didn’t work at all. Room was small but clean and updated. Would have been ok if it wasn’t for the drunk ditch pig who kept talking outside in a loud annoying voice keeping everyone awake. All night she yammered on and on about complete nonsense.

Property outside was a little messy - look like they are doing renovations. Staff were quiet but helpful when we had an issue. Small rooms, but price was right.

Excellent value. The price for the room was great. The room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom spotless. Outside is a bit worn down so I was pleasantly surprised by the room itself. I've seen other reviews complaining about the WiFi not working but I had no problem. Very cold night that I was there but the heater kept the room toasty. I would stay there again for sure.

The room was newly renovated and clean. The front desk staff which I believe are the owners were a bit difficult to communicate with and the male is not very nice at all

The room reeked of cigarettes, the staff was unfriendly and uncommunicative. When we tried to check out no one was there and they later claimed they open an hour later than all of the signs and websites say. Asked for a partial refund since we didnt feel safe staying another night and had already paid for it and they didnt even bother responding.

Reasonably priced with good service. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Overall, had a good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

The guy on reception was very helpful He helps us for order the food

No hot water, hot side of tap in the sink didn't even turn on. Bathroom door didn't close well. Only the lock on the knob, no chain - felt very unsafe. Stairs up to 2nd floor are very old and rickety. Went to check out at 9am (there's a fee if you checkout after 11am) and reception was locked with a nite to ring bell or call # - there was no bell and had to call # twice to get an answer. We were told 10-15 minutes for him to get there, when we told him that wasn't okay, we needed to check out and get going he wanted us to just leave the key. We reminded him we paid a cash deposit we needed back so he uped his timeline to 5-7 minutes. We had to sit in our car to keep warm while we waited.

When i booked the motel the price didn’t show me in usd but when i reached their they said pay this much amount i was shocked in that way it way too expensive

The guy claiming hunself to be the Manager, Simran has been very rude, declined my servuce dog inspite havung a letter from my doctor and made me pay $30 a night for my SD. Any complains or concerns i made, he ssid it was all my fault, i was lying and its my responsibility even though he kept making excuses for everything. Threatened to cancel my booking. Not even an apology, just excuses. Himself and his wife were not on the same page about any management. He said one thing, she said another. When confronted, again blames and excuses were thrown at me. Wouldn't accept my resquest to clean my room saying it can only be done once in 4 stays! Refused to speak with anyone above him. I had to feed my dog in the parking lot due to him taking over an hour to resolve the issue after threatening to cancel my booking. I booked for 3 nights a supreme king room, 1st night I was forced to take a queen room for which the stairs were unsafe, the light switch in the room didnt work. There was a telly but nowhere to sit to watch. Cables sticking out of the wall. The king room we mived to the next day, fridge was leaking. Bathroom needed a big time uodate as everything was falling apart. And the list goes on. However, the worst was how he treated his customers including myself.

Cedar Springs is a convenient place to stop for a night or two if you happen to be near Georgetown ON.

We stayed there for 3 nights we are so far away from Pearson airport and there is not any market near and it's near highway. Until Walmart 10 kilometers

out of the way; reasonable price for the room.
