Staff are good and cooperative. But hotel management please take action toward hotel condition. I changed room for 3 times because my 1st and 2nd room have many cocroaches & bedsheet seem to be unchanged because have stain & dirty.My 3rd room i changed within 1day I have to add on extra payment for better room. I requested for room cleaning in morning when i was not in the room, but no action is taken from the staff even i have informed in front desk. For two days i have informed for cleaning , no action is taken & i need to put my rubbish bag outside my room for them to collect. P/S to HOTEL MANAGEMENT,PLEASE TAKE ACTION REGARDING THIS MATTER AS MANY REVIEW I READ ABOUT UR HOTEL WHICH IS THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO THEM. UR HOTEL IS VERY STRATEGIC AND QUITE AFFORDBLE FOR PEOPLE TO COME, BUT IF NO ACTION TAKEN SERIOUSLY FOR THIS MATTER, IT WILL AFFECT UR HOTEL REPUTATION. Sorry to say this, but for me i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
