Os funcionários são muito atencioso precisamente o Júnior gostei de todos só não gostei porque no quarto não tinha frigobar só o que faltou é presta mais atenção pra os fumante e pra que não fumar

O ar condicionado não gela direito no 16 parecia estar no 26 Os quartos ficam próximo à área do café da manhã, ou seja desde 4h da manhã começa os barulhos, o hóspede abri a porta do quarto da de cara com as pessoas comendo nas mesas. A cama totalmente desconfortável, não tem edredom pra se cobrir Café da manhã simples, inicia as 6;30 se você chegar 7:30 já não tem quase nenhuma opção. Os atendentes não tem boa vontade de atender. Se você quer apenas um canto pra dormir serve, mas não vá pensando em conforto ou ser bem atendido.

O quarto estava limpo, os lençóis e toalhas limpas também, mas com aspectos de velho. Fiquei no quarto 04, a cama de casal tinha uma baixa enorme, causando muito desconforto, também não tinha frigobar, o que impede de guardar água e lanches, mas a pousada disponibiliza água mineral em bebedouro no corredor. O ar-condicionado do quarto era muito bom, gelava bem, enquanto ao banheiro, o chuveiro não esquentava. A internet Wi-Fi não pegava bem no quarto, muito fraca. Os funcionários não tenho muito o que falar pois tive pouco contato. O café da manhã é simples, mas fiquei muito satisfeita, só um dia que quis tomar iogurte e tinha acabado e não fizeram a reposição, fora isso, o café da manhã me atendeu bem estava muito bom os 3 dias que passamos. Outro ponto negativo é que a pousada não possui local pra estacionar, tem que deixar o carro na rua.
