Crystal Springs Lodge

Rooms were dirty, had to ask for toilet paper everyday, because it was so thin you had to triple it up. Noisy, pricey for what it was.

This time I stayed in room 22. Amazingly comfortable king-sized bed with soft sheets! Not as many pillow choices as my stay in room 23, last week. Internet worked this time and is fast. Preferred the walk-in shower in this toom though to the tub/shower combo. Towels are soft. Quiet location this time of year. Only thing is wear and tear is way more obvious in this room. Cracked lampshade and window pane. Blind in bathroom hard to lower all the way down for privacy. Fridge nice size and liked the freezer part but is noisy. Didn’t try microwave or hairdryer. Overall, I like staying at this motel because it is clean and quiet, with good value.

Love staying here on my way to Alberta and back to Oliver. The bed is sooooo comfortable! Clean room and good rate. Only thing this time is I could not get the Wifi to work. The number provided in the black binder in the room did not come up on my choices when I opened my settings for wifi. I also tried the QR code but got an error message. The dedicated number for that room was unavailable. I even tried to manually enter the wifi info. I tried to call the 1-800 number for Crystal Springs but got a voice message. I also saw that if any issues to go to the office but I had checked in late evening so I was already in my PJ’s and ready for bed. I’ll be back through Radium to stay on Tuesday night so hopefully the wifi works then.

Seem to be in the process of restoring the property. Staff is helpful but hard to get a hold of.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and there was quite abit of construction rubbish about the place. Was convenient and cheap for 2 nights but wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer.
