Mir hat alles gefallen - das Zimmer, die Ausstattung, das Frühstück sowie das Personal. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass das Hotel direkt mit der Mall verbunden ist

The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall and has lovely rooms and a wide and delicious selection of breakfast. I will definitely book at harris hotels again when i return to bandung.

There was black mould in some places of the bathroom, the toilet seat was visibly dirty (actually had pee stains on it), and our room safe didn't work even after asking to have it fixed. The hotel looks nicer in photos than it actually is. Otherwise, the hotel is safe, the beds are comfortable, and it is conveniently attached to a large shopping mall with food options, clothing stores, a movie theater, and kids play areas.

Very good service at the cafe and restaurant. The general manager was very responsive to requests and provided excellent service
