Sitio perfecto para visitar Teruel, cerca de todo. La propietaria un encanto de mujer, super agradable. Tiene un pasadizo secreto que se puede visitar gratuitamente en una visita guiada por la propietaria y que explica con una gracia increíble. Desayuno de 10 super completo. Nos ha encantado y repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable.

Hôtel près du centre ville, idéal pour visiter. Le gros problème est le parking, impossible de s'arrêter même pour vider ses affaires. Bon séjour et une mention spéciale pour la visite offerte et guidée dans les tunnels médiévaux sous l'hôtel.

The hotel is right in the old town with plenty to see and do in the area. Restaurants close by. Checking in is stressful though, if you have a car. The hotel entrance is on a very narrow street, on a hill and buses go through there. We managed to stop by turning right immediately after the hotel and pulling onto the pavement. Parking in the station car park was free and safe. We actually walked back to the car with our bags after checking out as there is a lift that takes you to the bottom of the steps.

Very friendly family run hotel. Great location and everything works. We even had a personal tour of the "tunnels' which is the USP of this hotel. The only downside is the difficulty in getting to the hotel if you are driving. Just make sure you know where to park, then you can easily walk there. A few parking areas around within 5 mins walk.

We had a good overnight stay at El Mudayyan in this lovely area of the old town. Access was easy. Whilst no parking adjacent to the hotel there is plenty of free parking at the railway station 5 minutes walk away. Our room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. We opted for breakfast in our stay … very reasonable with a good variety to choose from. We managed to go on one of the tours down into the medieval underground passages below the hotel … well worth it. All members of staff were really helpful and friendly. One of the best hotels on our travels through Spain. I would definitely recommend a stay if you are in Teruel.

Very highly recommended hotel with near ideal location. Outstanding services, very courteous staff, good included breakfast. Modern and clean decor. Take the free guided tour of the medial cave. It only takes 15 min but it’s worth it. The guide is very funny and has a great sense of humour while remaining knowledgeable and interesting. A must do. Overall a very solid recommandation. You can’t go wrong

Hotel sencillo en el centro del casco histórico para poder ir a pie a todos los sitios de interés. Habitaciones amplias y confortables. Camas cómodas. Estuvimos muy bien. Al lado del hotel está la escalinata y un ascensor que te lleva abajo y a pocos metros se encuentra el parking de la estación donde se puede estacionar gratis. Nos lo indicó el chico de recepción cuando llegamos. Todo un acierto de hotel. Calidad precio estupendo

Hotel muy céntrico, nuestra habitación necesita alguna reforma en el baño. Un poco más de limpieza tampoco estaría de más. En cuanto al desayuno buffet, muy bien el personal muy amable. Para comer tuvimos bastantes problemas, no es tarea fácil comer en Teruel. Cerca del hotel si encontramos un sitio llamado Gregory que estuvo bastante bien para la cena.

Reservamos 3 habitaciones, 1 de ellas estuvo perfecta y cómoda. Las otras dos regular para mal. Una de ellas nos encontramos restos de pelos en el baño. Y en la otra restos de eces en la cama, lo comentamos en recepción y fue una “lucha” entre su palabra y la nuestra. Desistimos de la discusión después de hacerles entender que eso no era lo correcto. Nos marchamos, pagamos y volveremos a Teruel pero NO ha este hotel. Falta de humanidad y empatía con el cliente, les queda mucho por aprender.

La situacion del hotel es ideal y el personal muy agradable. Ademas.ai te gusta la historia hay un recorrido de cuevas en el subsuelo incluido. El chocolate caliente.muy bueno. Desgraciadamente no es.muy confortable. Aunque es silencioso y la.ducha esta bien, las camas son tan duras y las almohadas tan malas que no se puede dormir. Las toallas estaban sucias y cuando entramos las sillas estaban llenas de migas. Para colmo es una habitacion del piso primero que no tiene casi luz natural y que tenia roto el plegable de la ventana, nonpudiendo subirlo. Nos quejamos y nos dijeron que en esas fechas nadie podia venor.

Localização muito boa, próximo a todas as atrações de interesse da cidade e à área comercial e de pedestres, com lojas e bares. Quarto espaçoso, mas a separação entre o banheiro e o quarto é composta com vidro, o que é muito ruim se você está se hospedando acompanhado de outra pessoa, pois passam os ruidos e odores do banheiro para o quarto, já que existem frestas e aberturas entre a porta de vidro do banheiro e a parte fixa, além do quê, a cada vez que uma pessoa vai ao banheiro, a luz deste, invade o quarto e perturba a outra pessoa que está no quarto. Além disso, para piorar, as dobradiças da porta de vidro do banheiro rangiam a cada vez que se abria ou fechava a porta. Na área do café da manhã, o barulho das máquinas é ensurdecedor, pois ficam localizadas na sala de café, bem como a lavação das louças.

Me ha decepcionado despues de haber leido los comentarios de un hotel fabuloso y con puntuacion de 9/10. El hotel tiene dos partes, una nueva y otra vieja, y hay unas habitaciones muy antiguas y es la que me dieron. Por tanto la habitacion no me gusto y no me fue comoda. El desayuno no estaba mal.

Geweldige ontvangst, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Upgrade gekregen naar kamer aan de achterkant omdat we, zonder dat we het wisten, geboekt hadden tijdens hét feest van Teruel “La vaquilla”. De eigenaar heeft echt àlles gedaan om het voor ons een fijn verblijf te laten zijn. En dat is gelukt! Prachtige kamer, uitstekend bed, prima ontbijt. Aanrader! Uitstekend hotel, midden in de stad. Geweldige ontvangst, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Upgrade gekregen naar kamer aan de achterkant omdat we, zonder dat we het wisten, geboekt hadden tijdens hét feest van Teruel “La vaquilla”. De eigenaar heeft echt àlles gedaan om het voor ons een fijn verblijf te laten zijn. En dat is gelukt! Prachtige kamer, uitstekend bed, prima ontbijt. Aanrader! Uitstekend hotel, midden in de stad. Um pouco de confusão no check-in, me deram chave de um quarto ocupado. Por fim, no quarto correto, este fedia a cigarro. Tirando isso, um hotel ok pra uma noite. Excelente atencao no cafe da manhã, semhora muito atenciosa e bom café.

Reservamos 3 habitaciones, 1 de ellas estuvo perfecta y cómoda. Las otras dos regular para mal. Una de ellas nos encontramos restos de pelos en el baño. Y en la otra restos de eces en la cama, lo comentamos en recepción y fue una “lucha” entre su palabra y la nuestra. Desistimos de la discusión después de hacerles entender que eso no era lo correcto. Nos marchamos, pagamos y volveremos a Teruel pero NO ha este hotel. Falta de humanidad y empatía con el cliente, les queda mucho por aprender.

Muy amables, la dueña desde el momento de la llegada nos atendió estupendamente, y nos recomendó que visitar, donde estacionar, etc, un trato muy cercano, y el personal super amable, muy recomendable, volveríamos a repetir.

We had a good overnight stay at El Mudayyan in this lovely area of the old town. Access was easy. Whilst no parking adjacent to the hotel there is plenty of free parking at the railway station 5 minutes walk away. Our room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. We opted for breakfast in our stay … very reasonable with a good variety to choose from. We managed to go on one of the tours down into the medieval underground passages below the hotel … well worth it. All members of staff were really helpful and friendly. One of the best hotels on our travels through Spain. I would definitely recommend a stay if you are in Teruel.

El alojamiento se encuentra bien situado y fue fácil el aparcamiento . El personal del desayuno muy amable, la de recepción al irnos no tanto, tuvieron el ascensor inutilizable durante la hora del checkout por la limpieza de las habitaciones y la llegada de los productos por lo que tuvimos que bajar las maletas por las escaleras desde un cuarto piso con el siguiente engaño de la recepcionista diciendo que el ascensor estaba estropeado cuando era por no organizar bien sus horarios. Fue el punto más negativo del alojamiento.

El hotel se encuentra en el centro histórico, detrás de la torre mudéjar de El Salvador y a unos pasos de las escalinatas del Ovalo de Teruel. El personal es muy amable y con un trato familiar. El desayuno era completo, café, te, jugos, yogurt, agua, frutas, tartas, panes, fiambre, etc Nos gustó mucho. Volveremos.

The hotel is right in the old town with plenty to see and do in the area. Restaurants close by. Checking in is stressful though, if you have a car. The hotel entrance is on a very narrow street, on a hill and buses go through there. We managed to stop by turning right immediately after the hotel and pulling onto the pavement. Parking in the station car park was free and safe. We actually walked back to the car with our bags after checking out as there is a lift that takes you to the bottom of the steps.

Very friendly family run hotel. Great location and everything works. We even had a personal tour of the "tunnels' which is the USP of this hotel. The only downside is the difficulty in getting to the hotel if you are driving. Just make sure you know where to park, then you can easily walk there. A few parking areas around within 5 mins walk.

Die Lage ist super, man kann alles Sehenswerte(für uns) Fußläufig erreichen. Die Zimmerausstattung hat alles, was wir gebraucht haben, sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Hervorheben muss man die Inhaberin des Hotels, hier fühlt man sich wirklich als Gast behandelt!!!! Tolle kleine private Führung in die unteren Räume des Hotels unbedingt mitmachen.

Hotel sencillo en el centro del casco histórico para poder ir a pie a todos los sitios de interés. Habitaciones amplias y confortables. Camas cómodas. Estuvimos muy bien. Al lado del hotel está la escalinata y un ascensor que te lleva abajo y a pocos metros se encuentra el parking de la estación donde se puede estacionar gratis. Nos lo indicó el chico de recepción cuando llegamos. Todo un acierto de hotel. Calidad precio estupendo

Tuvimos muy buena experiencia. El desayuno bufet fue excelente, el personal majísimo. Y la localización estupenda. Solo dos aspecto negativos a destacar, y es que nuestra habitación tenía algún mueble roto y eso quitacaba encanto a la habitación. La calefacción estaba muy alta y pasamos mucho calor abriendo incluso la ventana . Entiendo que es difícil de gestionar, pero fue algo que nos hizo estar algo más incómodos
