Das Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, recht schmutzig und Küche schlecht ausgestattet.

Room was being renovated and not completed. Missing bathroom counter, hallway was dirty, certainly not Best Western standard

No hot water and shower was too cold have to wait very long time for water to get hot.

The room was very stinky when we came in, we have to ask the reception for a deodorizer. Carpets in the hallway are terrible they smell bad and very filthy. The bathroom we have in room 207 does have a broken shower knob, so we couldn't even use the shower. And when I clean up our stuff before we check-out and pull out the beddings, i noted a yellow staining that looks like from a feces stain that looks like it didn't came out from there washing maybe. It was gross. I can't imagine sleeping all night not knowing that someone had poop on that bed sheets i sleep overnight. This hotel shouldn't be using those sheets if there are stains from bodily fluids,it is a health hazard.

Hotel was not finished. Holes in walls, evidence of bed bugs, no hot water in first room, construction dirt everywhere. The staff tried really hard to improve my stay but a lot of work needs to happen before this hotel should be open
