Property is well locateds and fairly well maintained. It is limited in terms of staff and service therefore they are counting on you to be more self sufficient. Think about this place as if you rented a property and not necessarily an hotel. Restaurant has good food and drinks but open only Fridays and Saturdays.

If you’re looking for a great mountainside ski town feel, this hotel in Sutton has it. Friendly staff. Loved the hot tub and sauna and pool. Family friendly. Large IGA supermarket and many local cafes a short drive away. 12 km to US border. Charming place. We’ll be back!

Really enjoyed our stay at Le Montagnard, in particular: -Welcoming host who called me to confirm and share entry details! -Clean A -Absolutely fabulous hot tub outside (note the heavy wood lid you have to remove and replace yourself). Would have loved a kettle to make our tea in the room and lights outside around the hot tub would have been lovely if on. We would return!

Outdoor heated pool and sauna were very nice to use freely. My room was the single one and there were some issues with the portable AC unit leaking. I was there for 3 nights and they only came yo fix before the last night. No offer to change me rooms, just to get myself some extra towels and soak it up. We arrived at 5:30pm and no one is there to greet us, just grab your key from the mailbox. Staff is there supposedly during the day but I was out all day so didn’t see any of them. Bed mattress was comfy.

Les accès (trottoir et marches) n'étaient pas déneigés. L'appartement sentait la moisissure, il n'y avait pas de serviettes pour le troisième occupant. Il n'y avait pas de savon ni papier de toilette, nous avons dû nous en procurer au village parce qu'il n'y avait personne à la réception vendredi soir à 21h. Nous avons relavé la vaisselle qui n'était pas propre. La porte de toilette est défectueuse, la troisième charnière n'est pas visée.

It was a lovely hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Only problem was that staff was not full time and it was difficult to resolve financial issues, although they were finally resolved. It was difficult to communicate by email but this was eventually worked out. Still, a very enjoyable stay.

Room looked very old and cheap. No phone, no instructions in the room. Outside very run down. Holes in the bed linen. Not expected from a fairly expensive night accommodation. Kitchen was missing essential equipment. Light bulbs in kitchen not working. No shampoo and conditioner in bathtub. Cleaner left dirty cleaning towel. Had I known, I would have gone elsewhere. Way too expensive I mentioned to the receptionist, and she was very understanding and responsive. I suggested that seriously discussion with cleaning staff and owner was required. Unless improvements are made, I would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed there for a dog show. Partying happened ALL night long. Even after requests to management music and screaming became louder. No parking because too many NON paying guests took parking spots. Did not sleep all night. Did not feel safe at all. DO NOT book here if you are a single woman.

J'ai réservé hier le 10 août à la dernière minute et en urgence. L'application me confirme que ma location de chambre est complétée. J'ai appelé à 3 numéro, le numéro de l'auberge j'ai pour réponse une boîte vocale qui me dit que la réception est fermée et d'appeler à un numéro d'urgence, j'attend toujours le retour d'appel et lors que je suis entrée dans l'auberge il y avait un numéro sur le panneau de l'entrée il y avait un 3e.numéro.et aucune réponse. Peut-être afficher complet lorsque la réception est fermée. Ça éviterait beaucoup de désagréable et de frustration.

If you’re looking for a great mountainside ski town feel, this hotel in Sutton has it. Friendly staff. Loved the hot tub and sauna and pool. Family friendly. Large IGA supermarket and many local cafes a short drive away. 12 km to US border. Charming place. We’ll be back!

Property is well locateds and fairly well maintained. It is limited in terms of staff and service therefore they are counting on you to be more self sufficient. Think about this place as if you rented a property and not necessarily an hotel. Restaurant has good food and drinks but open only Fridays and Saturdays.

Pros: - The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. - The area is really nice and silent, best sleep is guaranteed. Cons: - The unit is in poor condition; the timer and water bucket are broken, the interior was dirty, and drafts make it difficult to maintain heat. - We paid extra to get a room with s fireplace. Check-in instructions suggested a wood-burning fireplace (mentioning wood at reception), but the condo actually features a gas fireplace, which ruined the intended atmosphere. - The instructions threatened fines for unwashed dishes and required the use of a dishwasher; however, no dishwasher or drying rack was provided. In addition, no staff were present during the stay. We had to leave the trash in the room because the disposal location was never disclosed. Overall, it was a nice stay.

We booked an "Intermediate Condo" for a family trip with kids and came away disappointed on almost every front. Booking runaround: I called a full week before our stay to ask about switching to a smaller unit since our group size had changed. I was told someone would call me back — no one ever did. When I followed up days later, I was told their policy doesn't allow changes within 7 days. So I called within the window, they dropped the ball, and I was stuck paying for more space than I needed. The property was roughly half-empty when we arrived, which made it sting even more. "5 Twin Beds" is wildly misleading: The listing advertises 5 twin beds. What you actually get is 1 twin bed, 1 bunk bed, and 2 pullout sofa beds — and I'm honestly not sure you could even open both pullouts at the same time given the space. Sofa beds are not twin beds, and if you're booking for a family with kids expecting real beds, you'll be unpleasantly surprised. The description needs to be corrected. Maintenance and safety issues: None of the light switches in the unit worked, and there were light sockets hanging out of the ceilings. With young kids in the room, exposed electrical fixtures are a genuine safety concern. This is basic maintenance that shouldn't be an issue in any rental, let alone one at this price point. Kitchen was bare bones: The listing promises a full, equipped kitchen with cookware, dishware, utensils, and paper towels. In reality there were no paper towels, no napkins, nothing
