Ok Hotel i et meget aktivt område dog var der ting som ikke helt iorden. Vi havde valgt dette hotel dels fordi der skulle være fitness rum men det var under renovering og det som midlertidigt var lavet var ikke ok. Flere af maskinerne var defekte samt flere vægte var der kun en af. Personalet var flinke og hjælpsomme

the rooms were large ,clean the bed was great, the breakfast was fantastic, the pool was sunny and warm. The staff were great ,friendly and very help full. The pool tiles needed repairing and the railing the overall experience was great and we would highly recommend to others .

Having the pool on top of the roof was amazing. We were on top of the world. It made the experience even more special when having breakfast or dinner at night. You can see Seminyak light up night, the sunset or sunrise up from the roof. We loved our time by the pool, the service and amazing staff is why we keep going back to Cross Paasha.

Whilst the property is in a great location and staff are very friendly and helpful the property does need upgrading- pool tiles need repairs, lounge sun beds need repairs, gym needs repairs - equipment not working during our stay.

Property not 5 star. Pool area and lounges need maintenance. Tiles are loose in the pool. Boards around pool are loose and require painting. Day beds were broken and we asked for one bed to be fixed for more than a week. Eventually fixed. WiFi doesn't always work well. Next to property that was burnt down more than a year ago. When it rains overnight there is a smokey smell. Rooms are nice and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Shower is large with great water pressure. Breakfast staff very helpful and love. Limited menu. Little boring by the second week. The late checkout is fabulous. We were able to leave the room at 5pm’ish as we had an evening flight. Location is fabulous. 5 min walk to Seminyak square and appx 15 - 20 walk to the beach.

We chose this hotel due to the facilities shown on the hotel website such as the gym and the day spa. When we arrived we found the gym was nothing like what was shown in the picture and the day spa did not exist anymore. Very disappointed.

We loved it here! The staff are amazing, extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. The room was lovely - huge, with a very comfortable bed Great facilities, the rooftop pool and sun beds are great for relaxing. The restaurant food and breakfast are high quality, with plentiful options. Gym was temporarily in the basement but was still useable. The app is also very useful! Location is very central, on one of the main streets, yet it doesn’t feel like it in the hotel, perfect!

The hotel is in a nice spot just down to the Main Street without having the noice from the streets in the rooms. At first eyesight the room seemed amazing, but there was so much humidity in the room, so all our clothes seemed wet, including our blankets and pillows. Small black spots all over the ceiling confirmed the amount of damp in the room.

Clean rooms, amazing customer service, and a fantastic location right next to shops, restaurants, and pubs. You don’t need any transport to get to the beach or shops — everything is just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

The pictures are highly photoshopped and even that from the property's hay-day. Rather disappointing in reality. The hotel room (and other communal spaces) was dirty, walls and ceiling mouldy and water damaged from condensation. Bathroom area looks like a poor diy job, that's falling apart and dirty. Large glass door in toilet was unhinged. Floors dusty, hairs on it and residue coming out of floor overnight from aircon. The building itself dark corridors with musty smell. Staff were lovely when asked to move or deep clean room, but alternative room was not much different. Breakfast staff were the best, they were very friendly and attentive.

The hotel is centrally located, the roof top pool is amazing and the beds very comfortable. The service around the pool is terrible and you have to search for and approach a staff member to get anything. The menu uses smart phone scan code only, so you must have your phone in the pool area. I have been going to Bali for 30 years, and I have never smelt a hotel with a sewerage problem like the Cross Paasha. In the bedroom, the lift, the foyer, everywhere. I noticed reviews from 2017 advising the same problem, so please do some research before booking. The smell in my room 316 was overbearing and gave me a sore throat, I asked to move rooms daily, however it appeared to difficult for the reception staff. Sadly, very disappointed with this hotel.

Loved the rooms, they were so big and the beds were the comfiest I've ever slept in. The pool staff are so friendly, it's such a vibe up there, we loved spending most of our time at the hotel on the rooftop.

De gjorde det ikke selv. - God medical assistance. - Dele af appen virker ikke. - Meget støj fra gangen, da gangen er stor og rummelig og der er meget ekko. - God morgenmad og burger. - Bruseren virkede ikke optimalt. Efter 8-10 min. begynder vandet at blive koldt. Overall: Vi har boet på fem forskellige hoteller i Indonesien. Sammenlignet med kvaliteten af de andre hoteller, kan jeg ikke se, hvordan dette hotel har fået så mange stjerner. Måske var vores oplevelse bare uheldig.

Great location. I love that you can walk outside the hotel and you have shopping, restaurants, bars, mini mart etc at your fingertips. Also loved that the hotel work on 24hr check out. We checked in at 7pm and were able to check out at 7pm. We didn’t need to find another day room or pay extra to stay longer which worked well for us as flight was 9.30pm. Huge corner suit. We loved our room, it was so spacious but the only downside with the corner suite was it was situated right at the front of the hotel so the noise was pretty bad for most of the day/night. Breakfast good, no issues and totally worth including. Staff were also great and accomodating which I’ve found is fairly standard for Bali hotels. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The breakfast, the pool and the staff were excellent in every way. The only problem I had was that my room was right next to a compressor and it was noisy. Even though I asked them to change it, they didn't pay attention.

Have stayed at this hotel for many years and will return. Excellent service and received an upgrade on this trip. Some areas of the hotel could do with a renovation as they are looking a bit outdated but it looked like this was in progress. Thanks again!

- Rigtig gode senge. - Personalet tager lang tid om at svare via deres app - hvis de altså svarer. - Vi var nødt til at bede rengøringspersonalet fylde shampoo, conditioner og body lotion op to gange. De gjorde det ikke selv. - God medical assistance. - Dele af appen virker ikke. - Meget støj fra gangen, da gangen er stor og rummelig og der er meget ekko. - God morgenmad og burger. - Bruseren virkede ikke optimalt. Efter 8-10 min. begynder vandet at blive koldt. Overall: Vi har boet på fem forskellige hoteller i Indonesien. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming which made the experience even more enjoyable. I was given a welcome drink and a towelette, the rooms were exceptionally spacious and well-maintained, offering both comfort and style. The location is superb conveniently situated near shopping on the strip and just a short walk from Seminyak Square, making it ideal for both leisure and exploration. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a good variety and quality of offerings. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Customer service 5 star! I stayed at this hotel ten years ago and was so impressed with how well they have maintained it. The pool area is fantastic. customer service was amazing. would definitely stay again!

I did not stay as I had a visa issue leaving Australia. The staff where extremely rude and did not want to assist me or reschedule dates to help me . I was really looking forward to it and I was very stressed when they communicated . They refused a full refund and only refunded 1/3 which wasn’t cheap . Customer service isn’t there focus at all and it’s very disappointing

The breakfast, the pool and the staff were excellent in every way. The only problem I had was that my room was right next to a compressor and it was noisy. Even though I asked them to change it, they didn't pay attention.

We loved it here! The staff are amazing, extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. The room was lovely - huge, with a very comfortable bed Great facilities, the rooftop pool and sun beds are great for relaxing. The restaurant food and breakfast are high quality, with plentiful options. Gym was temporarily in the basement but was still useable. The app is also very useful! Location is very central, on one of the main streets, yet it doesn’t feel like it in the hotel, perfect!

Our stay at Cross Paasha was amazing, for our first time in Bali it was such a wonderful experience. The staff were so friendly and attentive, especially Bayu and Sumari, they went out of their way to make our stay so relaxing. Spending most of our time poolside the staff were on hand to take our food and drink orders which meant there was nothing else to do but relax. Both the food and drink menu had plenty of options and the prices were reasonable too. The rooms were very comfortable, well set out and lovely and cool. There is shopping within a short walk from the property with a lot of options, also a bakery with great coffee in Seminyak Village. We just loved our stay at Cross Paasha.

Clean rooms, amazing customer service, and a fantastic location right next to shops, restaurants, and pubs. You don’t need any transport to get to the beach or shops — everything is just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Great location. I love that you can walk outside the hotel and you have shopping, restaurants, bars, mini mart etc at your fingertips. Also loved that the hotel work on 24hr check out. We checked in at 7pm and were able to check out at 7pm. We didn’t need to find another day room or pay extra to stay longer which worked well for us as flight was 9.30pm. Huge corner suit. We loved our room, it was so spacious but the only downside with the corner suite was it was situated right at the front of the hotel so the noise was pretty bad for most of the day/night. Breakfast good, no issues and totally worth including. Staff were also great and accomodating which I’ve found is fairly standard for Bali hotels. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Really good 4 star hotel very centrally located. Had a ground floor room that was a good size with a comfortable bed. Had a small ‘balcony’ but unusable especially as a smoker. Smokers have to go out the front or onto the rooftop terrace which was not the most convenient. Staff were great and very attentive to any requests. Breakfast was tasty, a bit limited but fine for a few days. The bubbles was a nice touch. Great views from up top too

Great hotel. Good location. The rooms were large and clean, plenty of amenities. Breakfast was the best choice ive had included in my stay ever. Pool area was alway clean, never had a problem with getting a bed but it could fill up at times. Staff was all very good, nothing too much trouble to help. Would definitely use this hotel again

Rooftop pool and breakfast were amazing. All the staffa here are very professional and friendly from parking person to lobby and restaurant person. A bit distant from lgbt area but still only $2 bike taxi away. Other than that everything is quite close. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay at the Cross Paasha. The location is excellent. Right in the heart of Seminyak. Plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from. We had the suite which was very spacious and clean. Beds were great and we were very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. My only criticism is the breakfast. I found the quality of food very average, with not many options. The eggs benny were not very nice at all. The bacon was extremely dry, bread was soggy, no spinach and my eggs were hard boiled. Aside from that I was very happy overall and would very much recommend this hotel. 😊

Le personnel à la reception pas très aimable. L’hôtel pour les sanitaires aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement….. Les serviettes de toilettes pas tres propres et bien usées. Lit et les oreilles tres bien. Piscine bien agréable.

This hotel was probably once great, but is now tired and not well maintained. The pool area is particularly disappointing. I note others had commented on the loose tiles in the pool. This issue has not been addressed. It probably requires the pool to be closed and drained for a period which is probably why this has not been fixed. The daybeds are also stained on both the mattresses and curtains. The website advertises yoga at the gym but on check in the staff told us there is no yoga. The rooms are very large and fine, however my friend had to change rooms due to a persistent sewerage smell and very noisy air con unit. Each morning my room would also start to smell of cigarette smoke which was likely coming from another guest room through the air-conditioning. On the plus side the pool was nice and warm due to the rooftop location and this space could really be great with some investment. Breakfast was pretty good, but they allow smoking on the terrace which restricts use of this space unless you are happy to eat around smokers. Staff at the front desk were friendly friendly and helpful. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone with restricted mobility as there is a large set of stairs to the lobby and to the rooftop pool and restaurant.

Each morning my room would also start to smell of cigarette smoke which was likely coming from another guest room through the air-conditioning. On the plus side the pool was nice and warm due to the rooftop location and this space could really be great with some investment. Breakfast was pretty good, but they allow smoking on the terrace which restricts use of this space unless you are happy to eat around smokers. Staff at the front desk were friendly friendly and helpful. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone with restricted mobility as there is a large set of stairs to the lobby and to the rooftop pool and restaurant.
